재난 상황에서 위기관리 국가의 시스템이 제대로 작동하느냐는 물음에 우리 사회의 우려가 커지고 있다. 경찰은 전통적으로 법집행, 범죄예방 및 대응, 그리고 치안서비스를 제공하는 역할을 담당하며 이러한 본연의 역할 이외에 국가적 재난 및 위기사태 시 지원기관으로서 국가 및 지자체 등을 지원하는 역할도 동시에 담당해야 한다. 이러한 경찰관의 재난 대응 능력은 근무환경의 개선으로 인해 증대 될 수 있을 것이며 이를 실증적 분석을 통해 알아보고자 한다. 이를 실증적으로 검증 위하여 경찰청 및 전국의 시ㆍ도경찰청, 경찰서 그리고 지구대와 파출소에 근무하는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종적으로 1,242매가 회수되었다. 연구 결과, 경찰관들의 경찰관의 근무환경은 그들의 재난 대응 능력에 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 (+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통하여 경찰관들의 재난대응과 관련 있는 요인을 찾아내고 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 구체적인 개선방안을 제시해 후속 연구 활성화 기반을 마련하고자 한다. Concerns in our society are growing when asked if the crisis management state’s system is working properly in a disaster situation. The police traditionally play a role in law enforcement, crime prevention and response, and providing security services, and should also play a role in supporting the state and local governments as a support organization in the event of a national disaster and crisis. This police officer's ability to respond to disasters can be increased due to the improvement of the working environment, and this will be investigated through empirical analysis. To this end, a survey was conducted on the National Police Agency, metropolitan and provincial police offices, police stations, and police officials working in patrol stations and police boxes across the country, and 1,242 copies were finally recovered. As a result of the study, it was found that the working environment of police officers had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on their ability to respond to disasters. Through this study, it is hoped that police officers will evaluate their ability to respond to disasters and present specific improvement measures to lay the foundation for revitalizing follow up research.

Objective-The Modified Experiences in Close Relationships (ECR-M36) scale was developed for medically ill, older individuals in 2008 (Toronto, Canada, department of psychosocial oncology and palliative care, Princess Margaret Hospital). The scale has displayed satisfactory reliability and validity. This study aimed to test the reliability and validity of the Korean version of Modified Experiences in Close Relationships (K-ECR-M36) questionnaire in female patients with breast cancer. Methods-A total of 199 post-operative breast cancer patients completed the K-ECR-M36 as well as other psychological measures including the Revised Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS), World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Abbreviated Version (WHOQOL-BREF), and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). The reliability and validity of the K-ECR-M36 were evaluated. Explorative factor analysis was conducted to identify the factor structure of the K-ECR-M36. Results-The K-ECR-M36 showed good internal consistency (Cronbach’s α=0.87) and reasonable test-retest reliability (r=0.752, p< 0.001). The total as well as avoidance and anxiety subscales demonstrated construct validity with the RAAS, the HADS, and the WHOQOL-BREF. Factor analysis revealed four-factor structure which was originally proposed by Brennan, Clark, and Shaver (1998). Conclusion-These findings support that the K-ECR-M36 has satisfactory reliability, validity and factor structure among patients with breast cancer.

ZnO buffer layers were deposited on mica substrates using a sol-gel spin coating method. Then, a thin film of metallic Zn was deposited onto the ZnO buffer layer/mica substrate using a thermal evaporator, and the deposited Zn thin films were then thermally oxidized in a furnace at 500 ℃ for 2 h in air. Finally, In-doped ZnO (IZO) thin films with different In concentrations were grown on the oxidized ZnO film/ZnO buffer layer/mica substrates using the sol-gel spin-coating method. All the IZO films showed ZnO peaks with similar intensities. The full width at half maximum values of the ZnO (002) peak for the IZO thin films decreased with an increase in the In concentration to 1 at%, because the crystallinity of the films was enhanced. However, a further increase in the In concentration caused the crystal quality to degrade. This might be attributed to the fact that the higher In doping resulted in an increase in the number of ionized impurities. The Urbach energy (E<sub>U</sub>) values of the IZO thin film decreased with an increase in the In concentration to 1 at% because of the enhanced crystal quality of the films. The EU values for the IZO thin films increased with the In concentration from 1 at% to 3 at%, reflecting the broadening of localized band tail state near the conduction band edge of the films. 실험적으로 측정된 화염전달한수를 활용한 부분 예혼합 화염의 연소불안정 예측

본 연구에서는 모사 석탄가스를 연료로 사용한 부분 예혼합 모델 가스터빈 연소기에서 측정한 화염전달함수 데이터를 분석하여 기존의 예혼합 화염에서 주로 사용한 2차 필터 모델(2nd order filter model)이 아닌, 다항식전달함수(polynomial transfer function)로 곡선접합을 시도하였다. 현재 곡선접합한 화염전달함수 결과를 활용하여 해당 부분 예혼합 모델 연소기의 연소불안정을 예측하고 있다. In this study, flame transfer function data, measured from a model partially-premixed gas turbine combustor burning synthetic coal-derived gas, has been analyzed and curve-fit by using the polynomial transfer function model rather than the 2<SUP>nd</SUP> order filter model that is frequenly employed for that of the lean premixed flame. The curve-fitted flame transfer function has further imported into a lumped network prediction model, and the combustion instability of the partially-premixed flame is being predicted and will be reported.
공간 데이타를 위한 새로운 동적 색인 기법 : 2POR - 트리

최근에 활발히 연구되고 있는 지리 정보 시스템, 이미지 데이타베이스, 멀티미디어 데이타베이스 등은 2차원 이상의 공간 데이타로 구성된 공간 데이타베이스와 공간 색인 기법을 필요로 한다. 하지만 일반적인 GIS 등의 응용에서 공간 데이타의 객체의 밀도 및 크기, 죠인 및 삽입/삭제의 빈도, 지원되는 공간 연산의 종류 등에 따라 하나의 응용에서도 상황에 따라 상이한 공간 인덱싱 구조를 적용해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 하나의 공간 인덱싱 구조로 다양한 응용을 지원하며 효율적인 공간죠인을 지원하는 새로운 동적 공간 색인 기법인 2POR-트리를 제안하고 제안된 구조를 위한 기본적인 삽입, 삭제 기법과 위상 관계 연산 및 공간죠인을 위한 기법들을 함께 제시한다.

A new Lagrangian stochastic dispersion model is developed by combining the GLM(generalized Langevin<br/> model) and the elliptic relaxation method. Under the physically plausible assumptions a simple analytical<br/> solution of elliptic relaxation is obtained. To compare the performance of our model with other model, the<br/> statistics of particle velocity as well as concentration are investigated. Numerical simulation results show good<br/> agreement with available experimental data.
Level 1 Trigger System for the Belle II Experiment

<P>The super-KEKB <I>B</I> factory, currently under construction at the KEK High Energy Accelerator Research Organization in Japan, has a goal of producing 50 ab<SUP>-1</SUP> of integrated luminosity, thus allowing the Belle II experiment to study rare decays of <I>B</I> mesons, <I>D</I> mesons, and τ leptons. Such large statistics on these decays provide an experimental probe of physics beyond the Standard Model. An online trigger system is indispensable to Belle II to reduce the number of beam background events associated with high electron and positron beam currents, as well as to enhance physics-oriented events. For this purpose, we have designed the Belle II online trigger system with two kinds of primary Level 1 trigger components: a track trigger and an energy trigger. The track trigger is composed of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional tracking algorithms, and the energy trigger implements algorithms based on total energy, isolated clusters, and identification of Bhabha events. In addition, precise event trigger timing and muon tagging information are provided by the time-of-propagation detector and iron flux return muon detector, respectively.</P>
