        다수의 전이병소를 수반한 하악골의 중심성 점액표피양암종

        The authors diagnosed a 54-year-old male as central mucoepidermoid carcinoma after undergoing clinical, radiological and histopathological examinations. The characteristics were as followed: 1. Clinically, the patient complained of the painless unilateral swelling of the left mandibular molar region and had a pus discharge through the fistula. Painful nodule was palpated on the scalp of the left frontal area and it was regarded as a metastatic lesion. 2. Plain radiographs showed the ill-defined permeative radiolucent lesion. The osteolytic lesions were also detected in the cranial bone, number 9 and 11 ribs, scapula, and vertebral bodies. 3. The mandibular CT and PNS MRI showed the swelling of the left mandible and the enlargement of the several lymph nodes of 1.5 cm in size. 4. Histopathologically, many solid epidermoid type cells were mixed with mucus-secreting cells and they were arranged in duct-like structure. Most of them were epidermoid type, which indicates a high grade tumor. Mucins could be found in mucicarmine staining.

      • 박강판(薄鋼板)의 Gas용접에서 일어나는 용접단(溶接端)의 간격에 대한 고찰(Ⅲ) : 1.2mm강판의 Butt용접에 대하여

        In making a gas welding of a light sheet-sheel, various deformations are taken place, and among them a few ways of a welding practice such as Backward, Symmetrical, and Jumping types have been utilized with a view to prevent the revolving strain. Hut these ways increase both the welding stress and the amount of work, and accordingly decrease the welding efficiency. Continued on the last study on the effective ways of a welding practice making a reverse use of the revolving strain by measuring the length of interval between the other ends of two sheets suitable to the butt welding of a light sheet-steel in thickeness of 1mm published in 1969, this thesis contains a study on the length of interval between the other ends of two sheets which have thickeness of 1.2mm. When we set 15cm/min at the weld speed, tip size 50 in a welding torch, the pressure of oxygen 2kg/㎠, and the diameter 3mm of a welding rod, the length of interval between the other ends of light sheets are shortened in 1mm when the thickeness of light sheet-steel is thickened in 1.2mm as a results of this experiment. And when we formularize these, the results are as follows; 1. 5cm to 15cm width sheets

      • Grinder와 Oscilloscope를 利用한 機械材料의 識別에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ)

        In order to operate a machine without delay or to handle easily its component parts when it requires the urgency of repair, we are necessary enough to be able to descriminate what are the materials of it. Until at present, we have made use of a microphotograph to discern a thing from another. Here the other two methods are given as follows besides the above. 1. Using a grinder; When a part of machines is ground by the tachometer having a circular velocity 29,4m/sec, the flame has d variety of color, thick and thin, density etc. 2, Using an oscilloscope : After the various types of wave which sounds through the grinding are recorded the photographs of them are obtained by the oscilloscope. Then each sound wave which has a difference is figure out. Now grinder and oscilloscope both do lots of important work to distinguish some materials of a machine. In the future if we should collect many kinks of the machine ports and have a continuous observation, we could recognize the relations between carbon content and flame or sound wave.

      • PLL에서의 루프필터 특성에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a phase-locked loop(PLL) designed and simulated with todays general simulation, PSPICE PLL consists of a phase detector(PD), a voltage-controlled oscillator(VCO), and a low-pass filter(LPF). LPF out of them does a great deal of effect to the frequency characteristics of PLL. By using a RC LPF, a Butterworth, and a Chebyshev LPF in turn, the frequency characteristics of the outputs according to the variations of the inputs are analyzed respectively. When 2.5KHz is selected as specified free running frequencies in VOC block, the characteristics of the outputs show that in case of 3rd order Chebyshev LPF, the capture and lock range are 1076Hz and 2112Hz respectively. Besides, this paper shows some validity that this macromodeling technique is one of the easy and accurate methods in analyzing the frequency characteristics, and useful in simplifying the circuits.

        TPA로 야기된 HL-60 세포의 기질부착에 대한 Asadisulphide의 억제효과

        항암제로 사용되어 온 아위를 사용하여 극성에 따른 용매추출 분획을 얻고 TPA로 처리된 HL-60 세포를 사용하여 기질부착 억제실험을 수행한 결과, ethyl acetate (EA)층에서 가장 강한 부착억제효과가 있음을 알아 내었기에 ethyl acetate (EA)층을 다시 ethyl acetate (EA), hexane(HEX), ethyl ether (EE)로 추출한 뒤 3회 chromatography하여 아위 순수활성물질인 asadisulphide를 분리해 내었다. 이 순수활성물질을 가지고 HL-60 암세포에 대한 부착 억제실험을 수행한 결과 asadisulphide는 최소농도 2 ㎍/ml에서 HL-60 세포의 부착을 98%억제하였다. 또한 assdisulphide는 HL-60 세포에 대해 ED50값은 2.6 ㎍/ml이었으며, 20 ㎍/ml 농도 이하에서 세포독성이 없고 항암효과가 있다는 사실을 규명하였다. Asadisulphide were purified from Ferrula assafoetida by organic solvent extraction and chromatography. Its inhibitory effects on the TPA-induced adherence of HL-60 cells was analyzed. Since ethyl acetate extracts of F. assafoetida has the strongest inhibitory effect on adherence of HL-60 cells, it was reextracted with ethyl acetate, hexane, and ethyl ether and chromatographed three times to isolate asadisulphide. At the minimum concentration of 2㎍/ml, asadisulphide inhibited adherence of 98% of HL-60 cells that have been treated with TPA. It also showed anti-cancer effect with no cytotoxity in the ED50 value of 20㎍/ml.

      • Oxy-acetylene welder의 안전장치에 관한 연구

        A low pressure type oxyacetylene welder is equipped with a safty device. The purpose of this safty device is to prevent an explosion of the acetylene generator due to a possible back fire which could occur in the the course of welding. By installing a water gauge and a pressure gauge to the pressent safety device, an additional degree of safty is achieved. The result of a test pertaining to the relation between the weight of the floating cylinder and the pressure of the gas for the acetylene generator, between the pressure of the gas inside the hose suitable to a neutral flame for each tip number and the water level, and between the weight of the floating cylinder, the water level, and the pressure of the gas inside the hose is as follows : (1)The relation between the weight (x kg) of the floating cylinder for the acetylene generator and the pressure(Amm Aq.) of the gas : A ***** 20x-30 viz. x : 10∼20(kg) (2)The relationbetween the pressure(Hmm Aq.) of the gas inside the hose, the weight(x kg) of the floating cylinder, and the water level(W mm) : ***** (수식 p.27) (3)The weight of the floating cylinder convenient for the carring of the acetylene generator is 13 to 14kg. The water level of the safty device suitable to effective welding is 80 to 90mm.

      • 박강판(薄鋼板)의 Gas용접에서 일어나는 용접단(溶接端)의 간격에 관한 고찰 (I)

        In making a welding of light sheet-steel, the strain has a variety when tacking is prooeeding it varies with the revolving strain which results in the deformation of the weld. A few ways of welding practice such as Backward, Symmetrical, and Jumping types have been used in order to prevent the revolving strain. But these are deficient in the course of welding because of being larger stress in both flat sheets and increasing amount of work. So there has been much illogicality through a low weld ability. This absorbed the author much interest. So here the broad measure of intervals between both the other ends of light sheets which have thickness of lmm has been examined to make a true weld operated. According to the same thickness, length, and width of metals to be weld the amount which is made a reverse use of revolving strain by making a suitable interval beforehand could be arranged and then the process could be done without any defortmation in spite of the strain acts. When we set at the weld speed 15cm/min., tip size 50, pressure of oxygen 2kg/㎠, and diameter of welding rod 3mm, the resutls are as flolows; 1.5cm to 15cm width Sheets ***** 2.15cm to 20cm width sheets ***** 3.20cm and over width sheets ***** I:Interval between the other ends of two sheets.       • 공공의 이익을 위한 특허발명의 강제실시 : 의약발명을 중심으로

        This study focuses on the establishment of compulsory license to the patented invention, particularly pharmaceutic patent for public interests. With a view to promoting the development of technology and industry, Patents Act grants patentees an exclusive right to exploit the patented invention. For the purpose of the same goal, on the other hand, Patents Act imposes a few limits upon the exclusive right of patentees. A compulsory license is one of the limits upon patent right. A compulsory license is not an exceptional management from outside, it already exists in the inside of the right in view of the fact that Patent is the right granted artificially to contribute to the development of the industry. Pharmaceutic patent is closely related to human life directly or indirectly. Accordingly it has been discussed internationally to establish compulsory license to pharmaceutic patent for public interests. Regarding this problem, advanced countries and undeveloped countries are at issue with each other. We examine our position about compulsory license to pharmaceutic patent considering the degree of industrial development, especially the reality of pharmaceutic industry where Multinational Corporation of foreign country produces the most medicine. In case of Korea, there is a necessity for compulsory license in wide ranges in comparison with advanced countries such as Canada, Britain, Germany, France and so on within the limits of Agreement on TRIPs. In view of the above statements, it raises several problems of compulsory license under the Patent Act of Korea and proposes their solution. First of all there needs the realistic interpretation of the requirements for public interests and the flexible viewpoint about compulsory license to pharmaceutic patent. It is finally submitted that statutory provisions on compulsory license are designed as an efficient means of promoting goals of the Patents Acts and, also, that terms, conditions and procedures for compulsory license will have to be amended to make a better balance between the interests of patentees and public interest.
