      • Changing China`s Steel Industry -in the New Normal

        Xin chang tai (新常?) is the term that most accurately characterizes China’s economy today. It is a literal translation of the English term new normal, meaning “a new state of normality.”After reform and opening up, China’s economy maintained a double-digit annual growth rate for decades, then slowed to around 7% in 2012. Chinese authorities have described this as the “new normal”state, to which they intend to adjust China’s economic policy. <p>China’s new normal does not mean abandonment of growth, but rather a transition to a new way of growth. Changes in China’s economic fundamentals have confronted China’s steel industry with “new normal”market environment and structures.       • Web을 기반으로 한 원격관리 시스템 설계에 관한 연구

        Recently, the function of UPS(uninterruptible Power Supply) becomes more important since the high quality power sources are required in the network monitoring system, automation process, etc. In this paper, network management system based on the LAN(local area network) is investigated. It was verified through the experiment that the informations of UPS are transferred to the SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) manager through the agent board. It also verified that the UPS system is controlled by the control commands including bypass transfer command, reset, standby, on-line, etc generated from the SNMP manager. The remote management system can be applied to the monitoring system of power generation , remote control of various power equipment as well as UPS.

      • 고효율 스위칭에 의한 정전류 조정 교류전원 제어시스템

        This paper proposed an improved inverter systems with constant current regulation based on improved measuring technique of feedback current. To improve the response and precision of the measured current, moving average method of instantaneous currents was applied. Also, high frequency switching techniques was used to decrease the ching loss of inverter. By applying double-carrier modulation, the efficiency of the inverter system was improved. The proposed algorithm was verified by experiment using DSP TMS320C33. The experimental results shows that the proposed measuring technique of feedback current has fast-response. This proposed system may be used various applications including on-line type UPS, VVVF inverter, solar cell system and fuel cell.

      • 통신기지국 전원장치용 DC-DC Converter 회로해석 및제어알고리듬

        For the fast data transmission and increased quantity of the data in telecommunication markets, the larger power capacity and high efficiency for the power supply in the base telecommunication station is required. In this paper, the resonant current and voltage gain of the LLC resonant DC-DC converter for the base telecommunication station are investigated. For the ZVS(Zero Voltage Switching) mode operation in the LLC resonant converter, the voltage gains for the switching frequency and loads are analyzed. Based on the analysis and simulation, the control range of the switching frequency from no load to overload for ZVS mode operation is investigated.

      • 표면활성화법에 의한 이종재료의 저온접합에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 서로 다른 재료를 표면활성화법을 이용하여 저온에서 접합할 목적으로 이들 재료의 접합 가능성을 검토하고 이들 접합계면에서의 접합 메카니즘을 검토할 목적으로 연구하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 10-7 Torr대의 진공도에서도 알루미늄은 알루미나, 질화 알루미늄, 질화규소, 지르코늄 등의 세라믹스와 양호한 접합이 가능하였다. 2) 알루미늄, 동, 은은 같은 금속끼리의 접합이 가능하고, 또 알루미늄과 동의 이종재료의 접합도 가능하였다. 3) 실리콘은 알루미늄, 동, 은, 금 등의 실험결과 모든 금속과 접합이 가능하였다. In this paper considered it possible to bone different materials in low temperature using surface activated method. To do so, It was examined the possibility of bonding different materials and applied the bonding mechanism on the bonding surface. The followings are the result. 1) It was possible that Aluminum could be bonded well with ceramics such as alumina, nitrification aluminum, nitrification silicon, and zirconium at the vaccum level of 10-7 Torr. 2) It was possible that aluminum, copper, and copper could be bonded with each other and aluminum and copper could be bonded with other metals. 3) Silicon was bonded with aluminum copper silver, and gold which were tested before.

        This thesis aims to analyzed the determinants of regional development which is effecting positively or negatively each other and to find out role of local govenment from be followed result. And, to achieve these objectives, 3 models are adapted. The major result of this study could be summarized as follows. First, At the model of immigrant, employ and school was more effect than others were. Second, At the model of employ, tax and crime were the more important factors than others were. Third, At the model of produce, tax and employ was researched as very important factors. Finally, from the analysis, I suggested role of local government.

      • 정 전류 조정 시스템의 구성에 관한 연구

        This dissertation presents configuration of constant current regulate, the whole system configuration, a controller configuration, design of L-C filter, and driving circuit design. Therefore, this dissertation proposes stationary power system that is given constant current control and high-efficiency switching to compose an alternating power which is consist of PWM inverter. Also, it secure accuracy and quick response by using moment moving average current detector system for constant current regulate control power. To verify performance of control system by proposed constant current regulate and high-efficiency switching, an alternating power system is realized by applying high-efficiency DSP TMS320C33.

      • 슬라이딩모드 가변구조-퍼지제어를 이용한 유도전동기 구동시스템에 관한 연구

        In this paper, an induction motor (IM) drive system using sliding mode variable structure control and fuzzy control method is presented. The variable structure control (VSC) is a modern control algorithm that has robustness and invariance against external disturbance and parameter variation. But the VSC has chattering problem in the sliding mode. In fuzzy control scheme, it has good dynamic response characteristics and it is easy to construct plant model. A synthetical control scheme combining the advantages of sliding mode variable structure control and fuzzy control is studied and a speed controller with sliding mode variable structure - fuzzy control (SMVS-FC) is designed. It is also applied to the speed controller for field-oriented controlled (FOC) IM. The computer simulation results prove that the proposed speed controller has a fast dynamic response without overshoot in transient state and robustness against external disturbances and parameter variation in steady state.

      • 액정 함유(W/O)/W 에멀젼형 액막을 이용한 LD-라세믹체 아미노산으로부터 L 및 D 아미노산의 추출분리

        The purpose of this study is to separate each L-and D-amino acid from the racemic mixture of amino acid. which is obtained in chemical synthesis, using the liquid emulison membrane containing cholesteric liquid crystal. The LEM containing cholesteric liquid crystal was made according to kinds of cholesteric liquid crystal. And the selectivity of pure optical amino acid was obtained by extracting L and D-phenylalanine relatively, using the LEM containing cholesteric liquid crystal. When the optical activity of liquid ?? has negative value, the selectivity of D-phenylalanine was greater than that of L-phenylalanine in non-equlibrium state. But the selectivity disapperared as the process appoaches the eqilibrium of extraction and stripping.

      • 선박용 엔진 모니터링을 위한 CSMA/CD 프로토콜

        This study is on the development of a monitoring system which can be applied for not only large vessels but also small vessels less than 20 gross tonnage. The Monitoring system consists of many LMU(Local Monitoring Unit)s that collect data from local machinery, a host computer that controls LMU and a stable communication system. In this paper, the industrial computer is used as host computer and that is compotable to IBM PC. GUI(Graphic User Interface) for main program is constructed by the use of HANGUL library and BOLAND C??, so this software package is easy to access to beginners. The LMU is made up from 80C196KC, which consists of CPU, interface, digital input/output, analog input/output and communication. Communication system between the host computer and LMUs is the multidrop configuration using RS-485 method. One master device of industrial computer has the role of host computer and LMUs acts as slave devices. And, more efficient communication system is practicable by the aid of polling method as well as carrier sense multiple access with collision detection(CSMA/CD) protocol.
