      • 운동실천을 위한 심리행동적 중재전략

        본 연구는 운동이 건강에 좋다는 것을 알면서도 운동실천을 시작하지 못하는 사람들을 어떻게 운동실천을 시작하도록 하며 운동실천을 지속시킬 것인가에 대한 중재전략에 대해 선행연구들을 토대로 정리한 것이다. 운동중재(intervention)는 건강과 관련된 지식, 태도, 기준, 및 행동을 구체적인 목표를 가지고 운동을 하지 않는 사람들에게 인식시켜 운동을 시작케 하거나 운동을 지속적으로 유지시킬 목적을 가지고 건강관리 전문가로 이루어진 팀에 의해 실행되는 건강증진활동을 의미한다(Gauvin, Levesque, & Richard, 2001). 김병준(2006)은 운동실천 중재전략을 이론에 근거한 중재전략, 행동수정 전략, 인지행동전략, 내적동기 전략 등으로 구분하였다. 이론에 근거한 중재전략은 혜택인식, 방해요인 극복, 자기효능감 향상으로 운동실천을 하도록 동기유발을 일으킨다. 행동수정전략은 의사결정단서를 제공하고 출석상황을 게시하며 보상제공, 피도백 제공을 통해 운동실천을 하도록 유도한다. 인지전략으로는 목표를 현실적으로 구체적으로 제시하며 의사결정 균형표를 비교하며 운동일지 작성, 운동계약시 회원이 참여하도록 하여 책임감을 갖도록 하여 운동실천을 하도록 유도한다. 마지막으로 내적동기 전략으로 운동을 할 때에 즐거움을 체험하도록 하며 몰입상태에 임하도록 지도하여 운동실천 동기유발을 하도록 한다. 운동이 주는 긍정적인 효과를 인식하면서도 쉽게 운동실천을 시작하지 못하고 시작하더라도 오래가지 못하고 포기하고 중단하는 사람들을 다시 운동시킨다는 것은 쉬운 일은 아니다. 이러한 운동 실천을 하지 못하는 사람들을 다시금 운동실천을 하도록 동기유발을 하고 실천하도록 의지력을 갖도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 이것이 바로 운동실천을 위한 중재전략이다. The purpose of this study was to review the Intervention Strategies for increasing and keeping physical activity. The Intervention is growing of physical fitness with starting and maintenance physical activity by promotion of health expert team. Kim, byoung-Jun(2006) classed 4 theories intervention strategy. The theory authority of intervention strategy bring about motive for practicing physical activity with benefit recognition, interruption factor overcoming and self-efficacy growing. The behavior adjustment strategy induct into practice physical activity with decisional balance, attendance notice, offering of reward and offering of feedback. The knowledge strategy induct into practice physical activity with offering of detail target, comparing with decisional balance, completing sheet of physical activity and participation agreement of physical activity. Finally, internal motive strategy induct into practice physical activity with enjoyment experience. The intervention strategy for increasing physical activity is starting and maintenance physical activity who used not to practice physical activity and stop practice physical activity.

      • 初期缺陷이 있는 圓形쉘의 動的 挫屈에 관한 硏究

        Numerous Static Stability analysis have been made on isotropic shells. When a Cylindrical Shell is under axial Compression, the small deflection theory predicts mostly buckling stresses much higher than those found by experiments. This discrepancy was studied by many authors. A study has been made to determine the dynamic instability of long, circular cylindrical shells having initial imperfections subjected to time-dependent axial edge loads. By using a nonlinear shell theory and including the radial inertia terms. Rather than attempt to solve the equations directly, an approximate four-term deflection function having time-dependent coefficients was assumed, and by applying Hamilton's Principle, a system of four coupled, second order differential equations relating these coefficients were obtained. A criterion for the dynamic buckling load of the cylindrical shell has been established, and a study has been made of magnitude of critical loads on the shell as a function of the poisson's ratio and the initial imperfections.

        This study aims at finding a effect of various position and length of laminar tear on vibrational characteristics on beam including shear deformation. General solution for nonlaminar tear and laminar tear regions are first established. Recurrence equations relating integration constants for adjacent interior regions are established by satisfying continuity conditions at junctions of interior region. The frequency determinant is then obtained by satisfying contiuity conditions at junction between end region and interior regions immediately next to the end region. Numerical results are compared for experimental and references results.

        The use of stiffened plate is common is naval structures, vehides and railroad car structures. Recently, with development of welded structures and minimum weight design, buckling of the stiffened plates has received the attention of many investigations. But the estimation of rigidities of stiffened plates is not clarified. In this paper, we make the new decomposition of the element of stiffened plate, and derive the constitutive equation. And we obtain the rigidities of stiffened plate and compare to the ones of other theories.

      • 직교성 다항식을 이용한 평판의 진동 해석

        In this study, by using the polynomials by Gram-Schmidt process of several orthogonal polynomials as characteristic function, the defects of general orthogonal functions, for example, beam functions induced the complex analysis and orthogonal polynomials applied to limited boundary conditions, and so on, were overcome. Especially, as consequence of compare with the results by general beam functions and orthogonal polynomials, the results of this paper accord very well with those results. Thus, this paper the application possibility of very useful, new characteristic function, and the basic data in dynamic problems were repared for all possible boundary coditions of plates.

        The purpose of this study is to understand the value and effect of Dance Sport as Sport for all, and to activate Dance Sport for university student. The respondents for this study were sampled among 600 university students in Seoul and the final analysis included responses from 568 respondents. The statistical methods employed in this study are frequency analysis and chi-square test. Results obtained from this research are as followed: 1. It is needed to unify the term, "Dance Sport" for the activation of Dance Sport. 2. University students recognize the value and effects of the Dance Sport as Sport For All positive through the class and most of them want to attend advanced class of Dance Sports. 3. In order to activate Dance Sport as Sport For All, the change of the public recognition of Dance Sport, the proper public information of the government, and the educating qualified leaders are urgently asked.

      • 전로슬래그를 콘크리트용 골재로 사용하기 위한 실험적 연구

        To examine the appicability of the converter slag to aggregate, tests were performed for the converter slag specimens aged with steam, and the stability of expansion was investigated. The strength of the specimen was determined through the fracture test, and the results were summarized as follow. The strength of the converter slag was found to be smaller than that of the natural aggregate. The strength of the concrete mixed with the granulate slag was increased with an increase of the content of the granulate slag. The slump value was larger for the specimen of converter slag than that for the natural aggregate. The specific weight of the converter slag was decreased with an increase of the aging peroid. The aging time for the converter slag was accessed to be about 48 hours to accommodate the full stability of the expansion. The amount of the steam needed to age one ton of the converter slag to the range of full expansion was accessed to be 60 ㎏. From the regression analysis of the correlations among the compressive strength (σ_c), tensile strength (σ_t), and flexural strength (σ_f) the following formulas were proposed. σ_t=0.150681·σ_c+4.451729 σ_f=0.1537·σ_c+30.47224

      • 軸對稱荷重을 받는 圓形실린더의 變位解析位解에 Beam理論에 應用에 關한 硏究

        A closed form solution is presented for the deformation of a thin circular cylinder of arbitrary length subjected to uniform band pressure at arbitrary location on the basis of the theory of bending of a beam on an elastic foundation. Deformation of both the infinite and the finite length cylinder has been calculated and compared for different parameters of the cylinder, pressure band and its location. The length of the finite cylinder to be simulated as an infinitely long cylinder for a given band pressure depends upon a factor which is obtained by multiplying the length of the pressure band with the characteristics of the cylinder, or by multiplying the distance from the center of the pressure band with the characteristics of the cylinder. The solution presented by author is more simple and convenient to use than the one presented by Kulkarni & Sign.

      • LMS 방법을 이용한 차량충돌 안전성에 미치는 타이어 특성의 영향

        In this study, the tire characteristics effects on car collision is simulated using LMS method during a frontal impact is carried out. Input data of the lumped mass spring model are obtained from Stick model of a target car. The 7-Mass 13-Spring LMS model is suggested to consider the structure of a specific car. The tire is modeled as a 1-Mass 2-Spring system with clearance. Deceleration-time curves obtained from the simulation of standard model are compared with NCAP test data from the NHTSA. They show a good agreement with frontal crash data. And to investigate the effects of tire stiffness and clearance on collision characteristic, these values is changed within -20% ∼ +20%. For the case of S-car, the safety is improved when the stiffness of tire is decreased and the clearance is increased. For the case of T-car, the safety is nearly not changed when the stiffness of tire and the clearance is changed. From this results we can see the stiffness of tire and the clearance is not a important factor to the collision safety of well designed car.
