To take appropriate measures how to reduce the influence that vibration and noise occurring on the railroad have on neighboring facility is an important issue. And if the vibration raised by the train travelling is input a building structure, its vibration and noise will affect on the building as a whole. In particular, the structure-borne noise, which raises the problem of noise by the vibration propagated into the inside of structural body and the sound radiated from the surfaces of interior wall, floor and ceiling, etc, has a complicated characteristics that repeats the increase and decrease during the process of vibration and sound transfer, it is not easy to take measures. From this situation, the level of noise radiation was reviewed by using the vibration data actually measured to understand the level of structure-borne noise that has been focused as a cause of civil appeals from the residents located railroad vicinity.

요약일반적으로 AKD는 중성 초지에서 셀룰로오스와의 화학적 결합에 의해 그 효과가 발현 되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 이 이론에 대한 반대 견해도 많이 발표되었다.이 연구는 AKD와 셀룰로오스간의 화학적 결합 유무를 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 종이내에서 셀룰로오스 섬유와 화학 결합을 하고 있는 반응 AKD와 미반응 AKD가 각각 사이즈도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으므로 화학적 결합이 존재한다면 AKD 사이즈 처 리된 종이내에서 고온하 수증기상 전이를 일으킬 수 있는 성분을 조사하였다. 그 밖에 이 연구에서는 초지시 여러 제반 요인들에 의한 AKD의 반응성을 알아 보 았다.ABSTRACTGenerally, it has been know that AKD develops sizing efficiency by forming the chemical bond with cellulose in neutral paper making. However, there have been many expriments in opposition to this theory.This study was carried out to find whether there is chemical bond between AKD and cellulose or not. Also, it was investigated that how much the reacted AKD forming chemical bond and the unreacted AKD contribute to sizing degree respectively if chemical bond presents, and what caused AKD sized paper to migrate under high temperature.Besides, this work experimented several factors having influences on AKD sizing in paper amking.

Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) due to coronary embolism can occur in patients with normal coronary artery. Coronary embolism is believed to be a cause of acute myocardial infarction when emergent coronary angiography shows perfectly normal coronary trees, except for the finding of coronary artery occlusion. In this report, we describe four patients with AMI due to coronary embolism who were successfully treated using a thrombus aspiration device and anticoagulation, and those patients had intracardial thrombus arising from the left atrium due to chronic atrial fibrillation and valvular heart disease. Patients with chronic or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can present with AMI due to coronary embolism, and thrombus aspiration with percutaneous aspiration device is a feasible treatment option for these patients along with anticoagulation the rapy.

혈액질환 가운데 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 알려진 것은 호지킨 림프종을 포함한 림프증식성질환 그리고 모양세포성 백혈병 등이 있다. 또한 동종 골수이식을 받은 환자에서도 결핵은 증가한다고 알려져있다. Kaplan 등은 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵 발생이 증가한다고 보고하였다. 그러나 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 결핵의 발생이 증가하는 이유에 대해서는 아직까지 정확하게 밝혀지지 않았다. 저자들이 2년 동안 후향적으로 조사한 180명의 성인 골수구성 백혈병 환자들 가운데 결핵이 발생한 환자는 4명이었고, 발생 부위는 모두 림프절이었다. 결핵은 골수구성 백혈병의 특정 아형에만 국한되어 발생하지 않았지만, 50%에서 FAB 분류에 의한 M4였다. 림프절이 종대된 골수구성 백혈병 환자에서 특히, 결핵의 유병율이 높은 나라에서는 결핵성 림프절염도 감별진단에 포함시켜야 한다. During the neutropenic phase, leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy are prone to bacterial and, fungal infections; occasionally mycobacterial, viral and protozoal organisms may also cause infections. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection was reported very rarely in these patients. This report describes four patients with M. tuberculosis infection identified from 185 adult patients who were diagnosed myelogenous leukemia between January 2003, and December 2004. There was no patient with M. tuberculosis infection from 44 lymphoid leukemia and 11 acute biphenotypic leukemia patients. Sites of infection were all lymph nodes. Three among four patients were presented with lymphadenopathy at initial diagnosis of leukemia, and the other one presented with lymphadenopathy after induction chemotherapy. There was no patient presented with lymphadenopathy during the neutropenic phase. Tuberculous lymphadenitis was presented in a patient with three acute myelogenous leukemia (FAB class 2 M4, 1 M2) and a chronic myelogenous leukemia, accelerated phase. An acute myelogenous leukemia patient had a leukemic cell and tubercle bacilli in the same lymph node. Tuberculosis should also be included as a differential diagnosis in myelogenous leukemia patient with lymphadenopathy, especially in the countries in which the disease is endemic.

This article aims to review current knowledge concerning the kinetics and kinematics aimed at improving tennis performance. For the purpose of this study, a search for 32 articles published from 1990 to 2010 was done using the korean journal of physical education and the korean journal of sport biomechanics. Keywords used were tennis, kinetics, and kinematics. The articles were classified and analyzed by research theme, subjects, methodology, experimental designs and tools, and contexts. The results of this study showed that (1) a lot of researchers have interested in tennis serve and forehand ground strokes rather than service return, valley, overhead smash, footwork or step; (2) most of the subject was male, their ages were between 13-19 years, and their performance level was state representative; (3) the experimental tools mainly used were visual materials, but the visual analysis has not done well dealing with kinetics such as momentum and energy; and (4) the mainly analyzed variances that researcher have interested in were kinematic variances such as displacement, velocity, and angle. The future study should focus on impulse and power of applied variances to more effectively understand practical performance and ball speed and success & fail of performance to effectively apply.
다양한 잡음 환경하에서의 PSO 정규화를 적용한 음성인식 성능평가

Automatic speech recognition(ASR) has been actively studied for a long time because of convenient in speech. But, Speech recognition is difficult to apply for real environments. Input speech was changed the feature by ambient noise and the condition of microphone, and speech recognition performance was reduced by distorted input speech. In this paper, we evaluated recognition performance in the various noise environment using the normalization of PSO(particle swam optimization) which is thought to be successful in the noisy speech recognition. Phoneme confidence measure was normalized by signal to noise ratio(SNR), and the speech DB from 18 persons was performed. Our experimental results, it was found that speech recognition was improved in every noise environment, especially recognition performance was improved 5~7% in SNR 15dB.
