        시험용 달 궤도선의 발사 요구조건 사전 분석 단계로 최근 외국에서 발사한 달 탐사선의 발사 요구조건을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 달 탐사선의 발사 요구조건은 달 임무 궤도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이며, 또한 지구, 달, 태양의 상대적인 운동으로 인해 임무궤도 요구조건을 만족하는 발사 가능 시간이 주기적으로 반복되는 경향이 있다. 분석 결과 설정된 발사 요구조건들로부터 달 궤도선의 주 임무가 달의 남/북극 지역의 광학 관측 임을 간접적으로 알 수 있었다. 향후 우리나라 달 궤도선 발사 요구 조건 설정에 본 논문이 도움이 되길 기대한다. In the preliminary study on launch window requirement for Korea Path-finder Lunar Orbiter(KPLO), the recent foreign lunar orbiter’s lauch window requirement was analyzed. Normally, the launch requirements depends on the mission orbit. Based on the relationship between Moon, Earth, and Sun, the launch time will be available periodically to meet requirements. In this paper, it is understood that the launch window requirements come from payload mission requirements to take picture each poles of Moon. This paper might be a practical example to derive KPLO launch requirements in the future.

      • 卵巢 腫瘍組織의 植物凝集素 結合에 關한 免疫酵素組織化學的 硏究

        Certain plant proteins called lectins are much more stable than globulin antibodies and are used to detect characteristics of carbobydrate on the cell membranes. To evaluate the changes in lectin bindings, the author had carried an experiment by applying wseveral kinds of lectins to each 3 cases of formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded mucinus cystadenoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, serous cystadenoma, papillary serous cystadenocarcinoma, endometriod adenocarcinoma, granulosa cell tumor, Sertoli cell tumor, benign cystic teratoma, dysgerminoma and choriocarcinoma were selcted. Lectins used were concanavalin-A (Con-A), wheat grem agglutinin (WGA), peanut agglutinin (PNA), soybean agglutinin (SBA), Ricinus communis agglutinin I (RCA I), Ulex europaeus agglutinin I (UEA I), dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA) and Pinellia ternata agglutinin (PTA). And binding of lectins were evaluated by an immunohistochemistry based upon the avidinbiotin system. The results obtained are as follows; 1. On the neoplastic cells of mucinous cystadenoma, WGA, PNA SBA, RCA I, and DBA showed-positive reaction on the contrary WGA, SBA, RCA I and UEA I revealed positive reaction on those of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma. 2. On the serous neoplastic cells of serous cystadenoma, WGA, and RCA I showed positive reactions, on the contrary WGA, PNA, RCA I and PTA showed positive reactions on those of serous cystadenocarcinoma. 3. On the neoplastic cells of endomtrioid adenocarcinoma, WGA, PNA, RNA I, UEA I and PTA showed positive reactions. 4. On the neoplstic cells of granulosa-theca cell tumors, con-A, WGA and PTA showed positive reactions only on the theca cells. 5. On the neoplastic cells of Sertoli cells, Con-A and WGA showed psositive reactions. 6. On the neoplastic components of benign cystic teratomas, variable binding reactions were noted on the eqidermal, sebaceous and eccrine gland tissues. 7. On the neoplastic cells of dysgerminoumas, all the lectine showed negative reactions. 8. On the syncytiotrophoblasts of the chorcarcinomas, Con-A, WGA and PTA showed positive reactions, and only WGA showed positive reactions on the cytotropholbasts of the choriocarcinomas. Above findings suggest that the application of lectin pannel can be used for the purpose of differentiation between benign and malignant ovarian tumors.

      • 도금사업장의 작업환경의 유해인자 노출수준에 관한 연구

        Objective : For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and assessing the status of exposure level of chemical substances and physical agents. Methods and Material : Such as noise, two types of dust, four types of metals, seventeen types of organic solvents, and four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances in 21 metal product plating factories classified by 28 processes. The author determined exposure level on those hazardous materials from Jan. to Dec. 2001. Results : The results were as follows: 1. The exposure level for noise was exceeded to Threshold Limit Value(TLV) in the process of 6 cases of Machining, 5 and 4 cases of pre and post-buffing, and 6 cases of waterdrop-removing, the mean noise level of all of processes was not exceeded to compliance level. 2. The exposure level for dust was not exceeded to TLV at all. 3. The exposure level for Chromium(Cr) was exceeded to TLV in Chromium plating process, metal exposure level including Zinc(Zn), Manganese(Mn), and Lead(Pb) was not exceeded to TLV. 4. The exposure level of toluene in case of organic solvents was exceeded to TLV in 1 case of finishing/cleaning, coating/developing process, respectively. 5. The exposure level of four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances were not exceeded to TLV. 6. The exposure level for dust and metal including Zn, Mn, and Pb was decreased in comparison with two results of air monitoring performed. There was no difference of the exposure level for Cr, noise, and four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances, and the exposure level for organic solvents was slightly increased. 7. The exposure level for noise in factories employing more than 21 workers was higher than that for noise in foadtories employing less than 20 workers. The more workers, the lower exposure level in metal including Zn, Mn. The exposure level for Cr was increasing in factories employing more than 51 workers, and the more workers the lower exposure level in organic solvents. Conclusion : According to above results, this study suggests positive work environment managements in processes exceeding exposure limit value as well as continuously consecutive work environment management in processes not exceeding exposure limit value and revealing no chronological difference of exposure level should be needed.

        The writer has viewed the poetic world of Lee Sang-hwa. He was a poet who was active in 1920's mainly. In those days modern poetry was beginning to develop. He was a national poet who wrote decadent-poetry at first and then proletarian-poetry and anti-Japanes-poetry afterwards. He, like all poets at that time, addicted himself to gloomy emotion under the influence of sentiments from the failure of the Samil (1919) Indipendence movement, the signs of the end of romanticism and the melancholy of Russian literature. But as facing up to the dark reality as our nation was, he awoke inflexibly to the obvious consciousness of society and exhausitive consciousness of a nation from individual character of a noble-minded patriot and his family of distinguished lineage. In those social consciousness and national consciousness. Lee Sang-hwa overcoming the sentiment, melancholy and frustration, thought much of a nation and love brothers increasingly by means of resistance, denunciation and struggle. Hence he wrote anti-Japanese poetry that cristalized into thought of a nation and love of brothers. There are fate, self-sufficiency, submission, idleness, happiness, death, a storm and so forth in his poetic diction quite often written. If he self-sufficed this miserable reality as fate, he would enjoy idleness and happiness in submission, if not, he would be prepared for death and a storm against submission. Of course, how to look the relation between society and literature is a very important and difficult problem. But the relation was not to be neglected in those circumstances of hard realities like ours. When one has got miserable past as we have, how to love his native country and people is a very important problem. Therefore it would be more valuable than any political or social activity that the man studying literature love his country and people through it. Following those lesson, from Lee Sang-hwa, we should keep in mind a duty that we must purely love our nation and people at present time. The writer give high praise to Lee Sang-hwa who lived strongly in the unessiest times by colonialists of imperialistic Japan as in the past and to a national poet, himself, who loved his nation and people with all his soul. So the writer will love him and study his poem from this time forward as in the past.

      • 變斷面 圓弧아-치의 數値解析에 관한 硏究

        The governing differential equations for the hinged-tapered circular arch have been derived, and a numerical procedure for the solution of these equations have been developed. The governing differential equations were solved numerically by an initial value integration procedure and Shooting methods for boundary value problems. The Runge-Kutta integration technique was used. The numerical solution was made through a Cyber 73-18 computer. A numerical example for a hinged-tapered circular arch with a half central angle of 0.7 radian were solved, and the results were compared with that of a fixed-tapered circula arch. The results of this study can be utilized to determinate the deflections, angle of slope, bending moments and torsional moment of thin and long hinged-tapered circular arch design.

        플러그셀 크기 및 용토가 거어베라의 묘생장에 미치는 영향

        양액재배용 거어베라 우량묘를 생산하기 위한 기초연구로 플러그셀 크기 및 용토가 묘생장에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 용토의 물리성을 측정한 결과 가비중, 진비중 및 공극율은 퍼얼라이트에서 가장 높게 나타났으며 수분보유량은 코코피트에서 가장 높게 측정되었다. 162, 129, 72, 50구 플러그셀 트레리별로 퍼얼라이트 코코피트 그리고 퍼얼라이트+코코제트(1:1)을 채우고 60일간 육묘하여 묘의 생육을 조사하였다. 묘의 엽수는 125구 코코피트 처리에서 가장 많았으며 엽면적은 50구 코코피트 처리에서 높게 나타났다. 신초와 뿌리의 생체중 및 건물중 그리고 엽록소 함량은 퍼얼라이트+코코피트 처리에서 높게 측정되었다. 플러그셀 크기가 클수록 유모 생장에 효과적이었으며 퍼얼라이트 단용 보다는 코코피트와의 혼용 용토에서 유묘 생육이 가장 양호하였다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of plug tray cell size and growth media on good seedling production of Gerbera hybrida Hort. Seedlings were worm for 60 days in 50, 72, 128, 162 cell trays continuing perlite, cocopeat and perlite+cocopeat(1:1, v/v). Perlite showed higher bulk density than cocopeat and perUte+cocepeat. Total porosity was greater in perlite, cocopeat and perlite+cacopeat in order. Cocopeat showed the highest water balding capacity. Number of leaves were greatest in 128 cell tray containing cocopeat. Leaf area was greatest in 50 cell tray containing cocopeat. Seedling growth was also better in plug tray of bigger cell size. Seedling growth of fresh and dry weight of shoot and root was much better in the growth media of perlite+cocopeat.

        This study in to know the development transition of juveniles age(10∼17 of ages) about the relationship of natural developmental, patterns, according to sexes, ages and regions by vertical and crossing methods. To analyze the degree developed through intended training and its related meaning, the objects are chosen from 4 regions(urban, farming and mining community etc). The objects for vertical study are 2000 persons : crossing study, 6400 : experimental study, 320 The results through analyzing statistical date by electronic computer, based on the materials investigation, measurement and experiment, from July 1 to Nov. 30 1987, are following 1. The aspect of the form This report was represented that the body measurement value of the height, the weight, the chst-girth, and the sitting height was continuously increased the growth development till 10∼17 age, according to increased with age, and the cross-sectional change have a tendency both for male and female to excess crossing change. 2. The aspect of the function (in the viewpoint of action fitness element) 1) This report was showed that the fitness of the male continuously in creased till 17 ages, and that of the female in distinctly decreased or maintained after 14 ages. 2) The exercise items prevailed the crossing change were the speed (100M sprint), the power (throwing) and endurance of total body (longtime running (female)) And the exercise items prevailed the vertical change were the power (long jump), endurance (muscle endurance : chinning, chin hanging, sit-ups, endurance of total body : 800M and 1,000M lony-time running) 3. The results through experiments 1) Grip strength (1) Maximal strength The development of strength is almost parallel to the development of body and it shows rapid development speed, especially, in the adolescent juveniles. (2) Muscle Endurance There are outstanding development in both sexes. Because the development speed become slow after being 15 of ages, applying muscle endurance training from being 14 of ages is effective. 2) Long-time running In both sexes the rate of increase is high after they are 15 years old (or after being of 15 ages). To anticipate the good effect of training of long-time running, therefore, it is effective to apply the training after they are 15 years old (or after being 15 ages)
