        단클론항체를 이용한 타액 내 Streptococcus mutans 수준의 측정

        Streptococcus mutans는 구강 내에 상존하는 치아우식증의 주요 원인균으로서 치면의 피막에 부착 후 glucan을 형성하여 세균의 군락을 이루며, 외부로부터 공급된 자당대사를 통하여 유기산을 생성함으로써 법랑질을 탈회시킨다. 치아우식 활성도의 평가를 위한 단클론항체를 이용한 방법은 진료실에서 빠른 시간 내에 간편하게 타액에 존재하는 Streptococcus mutans의 정량분석이 가능한 방법이다. 이 연구는 3세에서 6세 사이의 어린이 15명을 대상으로 자극성 타액을 채취하여 시판 중인 단클론항체를 이용한 Salivacheck Mutans, strip을 이용한 Dentocult-SM 그리고 MSB배지 배양법으로서 타액 내 Streptococcus mutans를 측정한 후 그 값을 우식경험치아수와 비교하여 상관관계를 알아보았다. Saliva-check Mutans를 이용한 방법은 Dentocult-SM과 MSB배지법과 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였으나 (p<0.05), MSB배지법은 어린이의 우식경험치아수와 통계학적으로 유의한 결과를 나타내지 않았다 (p=0.34). Streptococcus mutans, one of the major causal agents of dental caries, is component of the dental plaque. It produces various organic acids such as lactic acid which is the end-product of glycolysis, and this leads to dental caries. A new system using species-specific monoclonal antibodies was developed to detect Streptococcus mutans in saliva. The system quickly detects salivary Streptococcus mutans in 30min and classifies the result into two levels. The purpose of this study was to investigate correlation between monoclonal antibody-based detecting system and selective medium-based detecting methods. Children's deft indices were also compared with Streptococcus mutans counts in MSB agar plate. Subjects consisted of 15 children in the age of 3 to 6 years. They were assigned to three groups: Group Ⅰ (deft index = 3), Group Ⅱ (deft index ≤ 3), Group Ⅲ (deft index ≥ 4). The results are as follows : 1. The rate of children with positive response was 13.3% and with negative response was 86.7% in the result of Saliva-check Mutans test kit. 2. There was a positive correlation between monoclonal antibody-based detecting system and selective medium-based detecting methods (p<0.05). 3. Streptococcus mutans counts in MSB agar plate were irrelevant to deft of children(p=0.34).

        SECKEL 증후군 환자의 증례보고

        Seckel 증후군은 상염색체 열성 유전질환으로 태내에서의 성장지연에 따른 출생 후의 소인증, 심한 소두증을 나타내며, 큰눈과 돌출된 코, 후퇴된 하악을 동반한 새 모양의 안모가 특징적이다. 다른 임상증상으로는 관절의 결함, 내반족, 드문드문 난 모발, 비뇨생식기의 이형성, 정신지체, 혈액학적 이상 등이 나타날 수 있다. Seckel 증후군의 구강 내 소견으로는 부정교합, 법랑질 저형성증, 일부 치아의 선천적 결손, 우상치 등이 나타날 수 있다. 본 증례는 Seckel 증후군을 보이는 두 증례에서 발육부전, 새 모양의 안모, 비뇨기과적 기형, 치아의 저형성과 부정교합 등 다양한 전신증상과 구강 내 증상들을 보였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Seckel syndrome is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by intrauterine growth retardation and post-natally by dwarfism, severe microcephaly, bird-headed profile with receding chin, prominent nose, joint defects, clubfoot, sparse hair, malformation of genitourinary tract and rectum, mental retardation and hematological disorders. There is also a reduction in the number of blood cells. Dental anomalies of Seckel syndrome are crowded teeth with malocclusion, enamel hypoplasia, absence of some teeth and taurodontism. This report described the oral and maxillofacial manifestations of children associated with Seckel syndrome. Children with Seckel syndrome have several dental and skeletal irregularities. The purpose of this study was to report the dental and medical characteristics of the patient and review the literatures of Seckel syndrome.

        1) 鋪裝 沿邊의 公害物質이 견층비율에 큰 영향을 나타난다. 2) 春蠶, 秋蠶 晩秋蠶 飼育에 대한 公害의 影響은 매우 차가 심하여 견층 비율은 각 계절간에 다양하게 나타났다. 3) 桑園 肥培管理를 철저히하여 누에 生理에 유의하여 公害를 다소나마 防止해야겠다. 4) 綜合的인 公害 방지책을 硏究해야겠다. This study was Carried out to investigate the effect of airpollution substance on raising silkworms and the way reducing the damoge of a public nuisance. The result obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Imjury of air pollution substanel at the areaa asphalt road was increased more than Cocoon layer ratio of a hilly country. 2. As the effect of public hagard about the raising silkworms in the spring, fall and late­fall showed very difference, Cocoon lager ratio was varietal to the treatment of season all. 3. I think that we must reduce the damage of air pallution as think over the silkworm physiology.

        개구부가 있는 밀폐공간내 화재의 복합열전달 및 연소가스 분석에 관한 연구

        The natural convection and combined heat transfer induced by fire in a rectangular enclosure is numerically studied. The model for this numerical analysis is partially opened right wall. The solution procedure includes the standard k-ε model for turbulnt flow and the discrete ordinates method (DOM) is used for the calculation of radiauve heat transfer equation. In numerical study, SIMPLE algorithm is applied for fluid flow analysis, and the investigations of combustor gas induced by fire is performed by FAST model of HAZARDI program. In this study, numerical simulation on the combined naturnal convection and radiation is car ried out in a partial enclosure fifed with absorbed emitted gray media, but is not considered scattering problem. The streamlines, isothermal lines, average radiation intensity and kinetic energy are compared the results of pure convection with those of the combined convection-radiation, the combined heat transfer. Comparing the results of pure convection with those of the combined convection-radiation, the combined heat transfer analysis shows the stronger circulation than those of the pure convection. Three different location of heat source are considered to observe the effect of heat source location on the heat transfer phenomena. As the results, the circulation and the heat transfer in the left region from heating block are mich more influenced than those in the right region. It is also founded that the radiation effect cannot be neglected in analyzing the building in fire. And as the results of combustion gas analysis from FAST model, it is found that O_2 concentration is decreased according to time. While CO and CO_2 concentration are rapidly increased in the beginning(about 100sec), but slowly decreased from that time on.

        도덕교육에서 그릿(Grit)의 올바른 활용 방안

        도덕적인 인간이 되는 것은 우리의 삶에서 장기적인 목표이고 그 장기적인 목표를 달성하려면 상당한 인내와 열정이 필요하다는 것을 고려할 때, 외견상 그릿은 우리의 도덕적인 삶에 필수적인 구인이고, 도덕교육을 통해 우리가 반드시 가르쳐야 할 교육 내용으로 보인다. 이에 이 논문에서는 그릿에 관한 문헌 분석을 토대로 도덕교육의 내용으로서 그릿의 타당성을 비판적으로 분석하고, 도덕교육에서 올바른 그릿 개입의 방안을 제안하였다. 그릿의 교육적 효과에 관한 설명은 아직 인과적인 설명에 미치지 못하고 있으며, 도덕성과 그릿의 관계에 대한 논의와 설명은 여전히 모호한 상태다. 도덕적이고 행복한 삶을 영위하는 데 그릿이 필요충분한 것도 아니다. 그러므로 도덕교육자로서 우리는 시대적ㆍ교육적 유행에 맹목적으로 열광하기보다는 과학적 근거와 토대를 마련하는 데 더 많은 연구와 노력을 기울여야 한다. Given that being a moral human is a long-term goal in our lives and that it requires considerable patience and passion to achieve that long-term goal, grit is seemingly an essential recruitment in our moral life and seems to be an educational content that we must teach through moral education. Therefore, this paper critically analyzed the validity of grit as the content of moral education based on literature analysis on grit, and proposed a plan for proper grit intervention in moral education. The explanation of the educational effect of grit has not yet reached a causal explanation, and the discussion and explanation of the relationship between morality and grit are still ambiguous. Grit is not necessary and sufficient to lead a moral and happy life. Therefore, as moral educators, we should put more research and effort into laying the scientific basis and foundation rather than blindly enthusiastic about an educational fad.

        Stretchable and Transparent Electrodes using Hybrid Structures of Graphene–Metal Nanotrough Networks with High Performances and Ultimate Uniformity

        <P>Transparent electrodes that can maintain their electrical and optical properties stably against large mechanical deformations are essential in numerous applications of flexible and wearable electronics. In this paper, we report a comprehensive analysis of the electrical, optical, and mechanical properties of hybrid nanostructures based on graphene and metal nanotrough networks as stretchable and transparent electrodes. Compared to the single material of graphene or the nanotrough, the formation of this hybrid can improve the uniformity of sheet resistance significantly, that is, a very low sheet resistance (1 Ω/sq) with a standard deviation of less than ±0.1 Ω/sq, high transparency (91% in the visible light regime), and superb stretchability (80% in tensile strain).         거시경제의 변화가 상업용 부동산시장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the study is to analyze macroeconomic variables that affect the price of commericial land in Seoul and exhibit standards for rational decision-making using VECM(Vector Error Correction Model). In doing so, 5 macroeconomic variables(economic growth, interest rate, foreign exchange rate, consumer price and M2) are used. The results are as follows; First, it is found that the price of commercial land in Seoul is mainly influenced by foreign exchange rate, economic growth and changes of consumer price. Among them, the foreign exchange rate is most sensitive to the price of commercial land, So consider foreign investors who think exchange rate as important factor. Secondly, the price of commercial land is sensitively responsed by the changes of economic growth and consumer price. it is because that a lower economic growth leads to a decrease in the investment capacity for real property, and higher inflation resulting in an increase of the function of inflation hedge which has been recognized as a main feature of real property. Considering that it is expected that the potential economic growth of Kora would be declined and the population and birth rate is expected to be decreased, the commercial real estate market in Seoul will be continuously recessed unless the global economy is positively turned. Finally, the implication of the study are discussed along with the suggestion of the future direction.

        소화용 스프링클러 헤드의 살수분포 및 수적 특성에 대한 연구

        The effect of water spray for the fire sprinkler depends on droples distribution over maximum possible floor area. The present study are carried out for the characteristics of water spray and droplets experimentally and numerically from two fire sprinkler heads which are CHM head and CHl head. CHM head is self-production and CHl head is widely used up to date. As the result of using CHM head, water spray and droplets are distributed over large area, because CHM head has smooth surface and non-flamed shape. When the pressure of fire sprinkler head is low, SMD(sauter mean dieter) is large and when the pressure of fire sprinkler head is high, SMD is small.
