GIS와 항공정사사진을 이용한 산림정보 관리시스템 구축

우리나라 산림행정 업무의 대부분은 서류 및 대장에 의존하고 있는 실정으로 신속, 정확하고 다양한 업무 처리를 위해서는 첨단의 공잔정보기술을 이용한 과학적인 산림정보 관리시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 특히 지리정보시스템(GIS)과 항공사진 활용기술의 도입은 산림이용기본계획이나 산지개발, 산림자원 관리 및 산림보호 정책 등의 의사결정지원에 효율적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 GIS와 항공사진(1998년도 촬영)을 기반으로 주요 산림정보인 수치지도, 수치임상도, 임야도 및 관련 속성데이터 둥을 가공하여 DBMS(data base management system) 내에 저장하였으며, 이를 기반으로 세부 응용시스템인 지번별 임야정보 검색, 산지이용개발 정보관리, 법정제한림 정보관리, 산림자원 정보검색 등의 인터페이스를 개발함으로써 산림 관련 실무자가 산림정보의 종합적인 공간분석 및 질의 검색이 가능한 산림정보 관리시스템을 구축하였다. 본 시스템의 구축으로 산림의 효율적 관리는 물론, 경제적인 산림자원 및 임산업 육성과 쾌적한 산림환경을 조성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 부서들 간의 표준화된 공간 자료 공유와 과학적인 정보체계의 연동으로 산림자원 관리를 위한 집약된 공간 및 전자 정보화 인프라 구축의 기반을 마련할 것으로 사료된다. Recently in order to more effectively and scientifically process forest official tasks, which have been focused on documents and inventories, they should be applied with the up-to-date spatial information technologies. Especially, the forest resource information management based on GIS (geographic information system) and aerial orthophoto is expected not only to play an important role as DSS (decision support system) for domestic forest conservation policy and forestry development industry but also to service forest resource information toward people such as the owners of a mountain rapidly. In this study, the important forest information such as digital topography map, digital forest type map, digital forest cadastral map, digital aerial photographs and attribute data were first reprocessed and constructed in DBMS (data base management system). In addition, forest officials could analyze and retrieve forest information by using detail sub-application systems such as forest cadastral retrieval, forest land development information management, reserved forest information management and forest resource information retrieval. For this, the user interface is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MapObjects 2. 1 of ESRI based on CBD (component based development) technology. The result of developing this system will not only perform constructing economical forest and better environment but also be the foundation of domestic spatial technology for forest resource management.
HindⅡ 중합효소 연쇄반응 제한효소 분석에 (HindⅡ Polymerase Chain Reaction Restriction Analysis)의한 결핵균군과 비결핵항산성균의 감별

HindII-PCR amplification-restriction analysis (PRA) of rpoB DNA (342 bp) was used for differential identification between Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) strains. By the HindII digestion of amplicons of 44 reference strains and 30 clinical isolates, M. tuberculosis complex could be distinguished from nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM). It was also possible to detect and identify M. tuberculosis directly from sputa as well as from cultures. These results suggested that PRA of rpoB DNA is a simple and feasible method for differential identification between M. tuberculosis and NTM strains.

To meet the demand for higher efficiency of power plant, high strength and heat resisting steels have been developed to improve the fatigue crack resisting properties under high steam pressure and temperature condition in power plants. As the result, P92 steel which has tempered martensitic 9% Cr and which is strengthened by replacing Mo with W, can be used for piping material that is critical in fossil power plant. Since the pipes are jointed by welding, the fatigue property, strength and life of weldment at high temperature is very important. In this study, the effect of high temperature on fatigue crack growth behavior in weld metal, HAZ(Heat Affected Zone) and base metal of P92 steel were investigated. Fatigue test was conducted under sinusodial waveform with constant load ratio(R=0.1) and frequency(f=20㎐) using CT specimens. Test temperatures were 600Δ℃. 650℃ and 700℃ and fatigue crack growth rates were characterized by the ΔK parameter at each test temperature.

Objective : The use of herbal therapy is becoming an increasingly attractive approach for the treatment of various inflammatory disorders. The Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma is popular in Aisa as a traditional herbal medicine. Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma is a species of the ginger family(Zingiberacease). Method : This study was performed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract by the methods of "carrageenan induced paw edema" and "Lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory mediators in mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells". Result : We suggest that Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract decreased paw volume induced by plantar injection of carrageenan. Also Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract inhibited nitric oxide, prostaglandin E₂production and induced nitric oxide synthase, cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression in Mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide. Conclusion : This study shows that Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract seems to have anti-inflammatory effect by inhibition of nitric oxide, prostaglandin E_(2) production and nitric oxide synthase, cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression.

Functionalization reaction of poly(butadienyl)lithium with 4,4'-bis(dimethylamino)-benzophenone, 4,4'-bis(diethylamino)benzophenone, 1,1'-bis[(4-dimethylamino)phenyl]ethylene, and 1,1'-bis[(4-diethylamino)phenyl]ethylene in n-heptane provide the corresponding ω-amine chain-end funstionalized polymers in 90∼95% yields. α-Functionalized polybutadienes were prepared by the polymerization using amine functional initiator, which was obtained by the stoichiometric reaction of sec-butyllithium and 1,1'-bis[(4-dimethylamino)phenyl]ethylene, or 1,1'-bis[(4-diethylamino)phenyl]ethylene. Utilizing these two reaction technologies, well-known α,ω-difunctionalized polybutadienes could be synthesized by the polymerization using amine functional initiator followed by chain-end functionalization.

본 논문에서는, 일반적인 스트립 구조의 결합기가 갖는 문제 즉, 높은 온도에서 나쁜 특성을 보이는 문제점을 극복하고자 Air Line Type의 결합기를 구현하였다. 또한 이 결합기는 24dB이상의 지향성을 가지고 있다. 해석을 위해 짝수 모드와 홀수 모드 해석법을 사용하였고, EM-Simulation으로 확인한 특성과 실제 제작된 20dB, 30dB Cellular 대역(800∼900MHz) Air Line 결합기의 결고 특성은 좋은 일치를 보여주고 있다. 또한 최대 장점인 온도 특성은 온도 데이터를 통하여 온도에 강한 특성을 보임을 알 수 있다.

Three major trails of campus forest in Chungnam National University were selected to investigate the use impacts on environmental deterioration of trail according to the different amount of use. Rook-exposed, root-exposed, deepening, widening, diverged points as the deterioration types of trail which were surveyed at total of 92 points in major trail of campus forest in Chungnam National University. Major deterioration types of trail were widening, rock-exposure, root-exposure, in order of frequency. And trail conditions(trail slope and maximum depth) of deteriorated points were significantly different from those of non-deteriorated points.
