      • 光中斷 處里가 促成 딸기의 生育 및 體內 成分含量에 미치는 影響

        本 硏究는 最近 딸기의 需要가 계절에 관계없이 계속됨에 따라 光周性을 利用한 각각 다른 光中斷 處理를 施行함으로서 生育狀態 및 體內 成分含量을 比較하고 周年 栽培의 可能性을 타진함과 아울러 醫學的 으로 證明되어있으며 近來에 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 抗癌物質인 ellagic acid를 定量分析하여 딸기를 健康食品으로 認識 定着시킴은 물론 栽培農家의 收入增大에 기여함을 目的으로 遂行하였는데 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 葉柄長, 葉數 等의 生育 狀態에서 光中斷處理區가 對照區보다 良好하였으며 處理時間이 길어질수록 높아지는 傾向을 보였다. 2. 收?? 開始期는 光中斷 處理區가 對照區보다 빨랐고, 時間이 길수록 效果는 上昇하였다. 3. 株當 果數는 女峰의 3時間 光中斷區에서 가장 많았으며 두 品種 공히 2時間과 3時間 光中斷 處理間에는 차이가 없었고 平均果實 무게에도 有意性은 인정되지 않았다. 4. 糖度와 酸度를 比較하면 初冬에 比하여 女峰의 糖과 酸 含量이 높았으며 두 品種 공히 處理時間이 길수록 糖ㆍ酸含量이 增加하였으나 初冬은 處理間에 糖度의 차이가 없었다. 5. Soluble sugar 含量은 還元糖인 果糖과 葡萄糖이 많았으며 非還元糖인 蔗糖은 적었고 處理時間이 길어질수록 增加하였다. 6. Organic acid 含量은 品種, 處理間에 관계없이 citric acid含量이 비교적 많았으며 fumaric acid, tartaric acid順이었다. 7. Ascorbic acid 含量은 女峰의 3時間處理區에서 가장 많았으며 初冬인 경우는 對照區에서 가장 적은 數値를 보였다. 8. 抗癌物質 Ellagic acid含量은 과실에 比하여 잎이 約 4배가 많았으며 分離形이 結合形에 比하여 約 2배가 높았고 處理間에는 初冬인 경우는 差異가 있었으나 女峰에서는 유의성이 없었다. This study was conducted by various lihgt break treatments using physiological characteristics, photoperiodism, to know possibility of year round culture of strawberry, the status of growth and development, comparison of component in vivo because demand of strawberry fruit is getting increase all the year round. In addition, as acting quantitative analysis of ellagic acid which is getting a target of concern recently and verifying medically, it was to fix recognition "strawberry fruit as a healthy food" and to contribute increase of income in farm house. Results were summerized as follows: 1. In the growth status of petiole length, leaf number, light break plots were bigger than that of control and showed getting bigger as time goes by. 2. In the harvest time, light break plots were earlier than that of control and the more the time of light break was the earlier the effect was. 3. Fruit numbers a plant were the most in light break plot for three hours of cv. Yeobong. But, there were't significant between 2 and 3 hour light break plot. There was also same trend in mean fruit weight. 4. Sugar and acid contents of cv. Yebong were higher than those of cv. Chodong and in both of two cultivars the more the time of light break was the higher the sugar and acid contents were. But ˚Brix wasn't significant in cv. Chodong. 5. Fructose and glucose contents were high but sucrose was a little and as time goes by titratable sugar contents were more and more increase in both of two cultivars. 6. Citric acid contents was the highest and in order of fumaric acid, tartaric acid 7. Ascorbic acid contents was the highest in 3 hour light break plot of cv. Yeobong and was the least in control plot of cv. chodong. 8. Ellagic acid contents in leaf was 4 time as much as that of fruit and that of free form was 2 time as much as that of conjugation form. As increase the elapsed time, ellagic acid contents was more increase remarkably in cv. Chodong but weren't significant among treatments except control in cv. Yeobong.

      • 만성중이염의 골도청력변화

        We have usually experienced bone conduction impairment in chronic otitis media, but it is unclear that raised bone conduction threshold is due to the reflection of cochlear dam- age and / or Carhart effect ( an artificial elevation of bone conduction threshold due to conductive defect ) or both. The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the artificial elevation of the bone conduction threshold in chronic otitis media and to estimate Carhart effect. A total of 336 cases of tympanoplasty with unilateral chronic otitis media without any other causes of sensorineural hearing loss was studied. The average threshold levels of the bone conduction in diseased ears ranged from 18.5dB at 4kHz to 12.1dB at 250Hz The longer duration of the disease, the larger perforation size, the more severe damage of the middle ear structure and the presence of the cholesteatoma made bone conduction threshold increased. The postoperative thresholds of bone conduction were Improved in 36 cases (40.4%) of the 89 cases that underwent operation with type I tympanoplasty technique without electrie drilling. The degree of the maximal improvement was 14.3dB at 2000Hz and the minimum was 8.8dB at 250Hz. but these result did differ from a statistically significant degree. The result suggest that the bone conduction threshold in chronic otitis media is elevated artificially by conductive defect and improved by successful reconstructive surgery.

        This paper was the study on the change of the water quality an water quality management of reservior when Yong-dam dam constructed. The results obtained are as follows, water quality of river in surroundings area was BOD 1-2 ㎎/ℓ, TKN 1 ㎎/ℓ, T-P 0.03-0.013 ㎎/ℓ. Results from calculatin of the pollution loading of conteminations according to environmental factor, water quality was calculated to BOD 0.87 ㎎/ℓ, T-N 0.07 ㎎/ℓ. Because of increased of inlet nutrient, nutrient conditions in Yong-dam reservior will generated to eutrophication. Therefore, methods for control and management nutrition conditions are must be intercept and control to inflow of nutrient that included to water and wastewater.

      • 吸氣管 內에 空氣噴射가 터보過給디젤機關의 급가속시 應答特性에 미치는 影響

        본 연구는 터보 과급기 부착 디젤 기관의 급가속 운전시 기관과 과급기의 과도 응답 성능을 규명하고 이를 개선하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 과도 응답 성능 규명은 일정한 회전 속도로 정상 운전 중인 기관의 연료 펌프 랙을 10%에서 40%까지 일정시간동안 급가속하였을 경우에 대하여 수행하였으며, 이 때의 과급기 응답 지연 현상을 개선하기 위한 실험은 급가속과 동시에 압축기 출구의 흡기메니폴드 내에 일정한 압력의 공기를 추가 분사하는 방법을 이용하였다. 그리고 공기 분사 압력, 공기 분사 기간, 가속률, 가속 시간 등이 압축기 출구의 압력과 온도, 터빈 입구의 압력과 온도, 실린더 압력, 기관과 과급기 회전 속도 등의 응답 성능에 미치는 영향을 가속전 정상 상태의 기관 회전 속도와 적용 부하의 변화에 따라 시간의 함수로 나타내었다.

        This study investigates the characteristics of transient response in a turbocharged diesel engine by using the computer simulation with experiments. Experimental study on the engine system is carried out to examine the validity of numerical analysis, and the predicted results are compared with experimental data at various conditions. Further, experiment for improving the low speed torque and acceleration performance is also performed by means of injecting air in the inlet manifold. The effects of air injection on the response performance are investigated at various conditions such as injection pressure, injection period, accelerating time, accelerating rate, load and engine speed.

        아세클로페낙 연질캡슬(클란자 에스 연질캡슬)의 개발

        To develop and aceclofenac soft capsule, four preparations with various solubilizers were prepared and their dissolution test was carried out. Among four preparations tested, a preparation with ethanolamine was selected a formula of aceclofenac soft capsule (Clanza S^(™), since it showed the fastest dissolution rate. Bioequivalence of aceclofenac tablet, Airtal^(™)(Dae-Woong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and aceclofenac soft capsule, Clanza S^(™)(Korea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA. Fourteen normal male volunteers (age 20-25 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After oral administration of one tablet or capsule containing 100 ㎎ of aceclofenac, blood ws taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of aceclofenac in plasma wa determined with an HPLC method under UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters (C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between Airtal tablet and Clanza soft capsule were 2.89%, 0.18% and 43.0%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.250(e.g.log(0.81) - log(1.23) and log(0.89) - log(1.14)) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively. Thus, the criteria of the KDFA guidelines for the equivalence was satisfied, indicating that Clanza S^(™) soft capsule is bioequivalent to Airtal^(™) tablet.
