        데이터와 서비스 대범람의 시대, DR 데이터센터 원거리 배치를 위한 기술 및 정책 방안

        지난 2022년 국내 대기업 데이터센터의 화재로 인한 국민대표 SNS 서 비 스인 카카오의 먹통 이슈로 인해 재해복구 데이터센터가 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이러한 재해복구 데이터센터 구축의 필요성에 따라 본 연구에서는 먼저 국내외의 데이터센터 현황 및 DR데이터센터 현황을 살펴보고 이와 관련한 문제점을 분석하였다. 또한, 데이터센터를 구축하기 위한 3가지 입지적 요건(환경, 통신·전력인프라)과 2가지 기준(부지 레벨, 사회경제/인력/정부)에 따라 제주가 가진 장·단점을 살펴보고 제주도의 민간 데이터센터/DR데이터센터 유치를 장려하기 위한 기술적 정책적 방안을 고찰해보도록 한다. Recently, in late 2022, Disaster Recovery Data Center is recognized as important due to the disruption issue of Kakao, the Korea' s #1 SNS service provider caused by a fire at their separated operating data center. In this response; the needs of establishing the Disaster Reovery Data Center, this paper is examining the brief current status of domestic and foreign data centers and D.R. data centers and analyzing the related problems. Moreover, according to three requirements (environment, communication and power infrastructure) and two criteria (site level, socio-economic/manpower/government) to find the r ight location for the data center, Jeju's strengths and weaknesses were examined, and considered with the technical and policy measures for Jeju Island to encourage for the attraction of private sector's data centers/DR data centers.

        Spectrophotometric Determination of Soil Chemical Properties Using Soiltek<sup>®</sup> KA-P Spectrophotometer

        일반 밭, 논, 과수원 및 비닐하우스 토양 78점을 채취하여 3반복으로 농촌진흥청 표준분석법과 Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P 분광광도계법으로 유기물, 치환성 K, Ca 및 Mg, CEC, 유효규산 및 질산염 함량을 측정하였다. Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P 분광광도계로 측정한 유기물, 치환성 Ca, 및 Mg 용액의 발색 안정도는 1시간 동안 약 2%정도 낮아졌으며, 치환성 K, CEC및 질산염은 거의 변화가 없었다. Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P 분광광도계로 측정한 분석 절대값은 농촌진흥청 표준분석법으로 측정한 값과 거의 1:1의 관계를 갖고 있었으며, 결정계수($R^2$)는 0.9501 이상이었다. 두 방법으로 측정한 유기물, 치환성 K, Ca 및 Mg, CEC, 유효규산 및 질산염의 표준편차는 각각 ${\pm}1.8gkg^{-1}$, ${\pm}0.05cmol^+kg^{-1}$, ${\pm}0.18cmol^+kg^{-1}$ 및 ${\pm}0.13cmol^+kg^{-1}$, ${\pm}1.0cmol^+kg^{-1}$, ${\pm}5.0mgkg^{-1}$ 및 ${\pm}10.0mgkg^{-1}$ 이하였다. 모든 성분에 대한 분석값은 95% 신뢰수준을 만족시켰으며, 변이계수는 7~17% 이하였다. 따라서, 기기조작의 간편성 저가 기기의 사용, 정확도, 정밀도 등을 고려한다면 Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P 분광광도계에서 제시하는 방법으로 측정하는 것도 유용한 방법이라고 생각된다. To enable rapid and convenient soil test, new soil analytical methods, which require only one instrument, UV/Vis spectrophotometer, were developed and named "Soiltek KA-P spectrophotometric methods". The Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P spectrophotometric method was compared with standard method of RDA in analytical capability for soil chemical properties. Using the 78 soils collected from upland, paddy, orchard, and vinyl house soils, soil organic matter, exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg. CEC, available $SiO_2$, and nitrate were analyzed by the two methods. The color stability(ratio of the absorbance at elapsed time t to the absorbance at time t=0) of organic matter. Ca, Mg, and available $SiO_2$ decreased to about 2% within one hour. However, that of exchangeable K, CEC, and nitrate remained constant. The results obtained with Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P spectrophotometric method showed highly significant correlation with those measured by the standard method of RDA($R^2$ >0.9501), in which the slopes were near unity of $1.0{\pm}0.05$. The standard deviation values of organic matter, exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg, CEC, available $SiO_2$, and nitrate were apparently lower than ${\pm}1.8gkg^{-1}$, ${\pm}0.05cmol^+kg^{-1}$, ${\pm}0.18cmol^+kg^{-1}$, and ${\pm}0.13cmol^+kg^{-1}$, ${\pm}1.0cmol^+kg^{-1}$, ${\pm}5.0mgkg^{-1}$, and ${\pm}10.0mgkg^{-1}$, respectively. All the measurements showed coefficients of variation of less than 7~17% and were within the confidence level of 95%, which means both the methods are precise. Considering the relative simplicity, low cost, precision and accuracy, the proposed Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-P spectrophotometric methods could be recommended as an alternative to standard method.

        According to the recent revision of the Building fire protection-structure rules, fire dampers that penetrate the walls or floors of fire resistant structures are stipulated to be installed in a structure that automatically closes by detecting smoke or flame, but It is known that there is a high possibility of malfunction due to the limitation of the operation characteristic that transmits a fire signal based on a specific set value. Since the automatic backflow prevention damper and the thermal fuse type fire damper installed in the bathroom work complementary, the thermal fuse type fire damper is judged to be a suitable facility when considering the bathroom environment. Under the same conditions as a real fire in the apartment bathroom, a smoke diffusion experiment was conducted on the upper and lower houses. fire experiment in the bathroom shows that the automatic backflow prevention damper installed in the bathroom blocked the movement of smoke to the upper house. In addition, the bathroom in the apartment is a place where there is a concern about the malfunction of the sensor due to the influence of water vapor. Therefore, we propose that the economical thermal fuse type fire damper can be applied in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen.

        Evaluation on Overtourism in Jeju Island

        Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to find out the relative importance of the problems caused by over-tourism in Jeju Island and to provide a clue for policy response to the problems caused by over-tourism in Jeju at this time. Specifically, we will investigate the perception of problems caused by over-tourism felt by Jeju residents through surveying Jeju residents and seek areas that require policy response, especially among problems caused by over-tourism through analysis using IPMA (Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis). Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, SmartPLS 3.0 software was used to perform IPMA (Importance-Performance Map Analysis) analysis based on PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling). Result -The first quadrant, where both importance and performance (the degree of awareness of the damage) are measured highly, is the ecological environment and living prices. On the other hand, it can be seen that the items located in the second quadrant are issues of high importance but low level of damage, but the level of destruction of local legitimacy (regional culture and habits) in Jeju Island is still not worrisome. Items located in the third quadrant includes low importance and performance, and relatively low priority, such as stench, privacy violations, and declining kindness. The issues located in the fourth quadrant should be seen as the most pressing issues, such as traffic jams, trash, damage to historical sites and damage to the real estate market Conclusion - The theoretical contribution of this study, firstly, as a relatively recent field of research, was intended to expand the theoretical understanding and base of over-tourism of the island s tourist destination by studying the problem of over-tourism, especially in the field of over-tourism, which lacks a domestic theoretical background, through literature research. Second, by addressing important issues in Jeju, we can compare problems caused by over-tourism in urban areas with those caused by over-tourism in island tourist destinations. In addition, Jeju residents attempted to analyze problems related to over-tourism into a new relationship called criticality and degree of victimization to prevent over-tourism, providing important clues in setting policy priorities for policy authorities.

        두개안면골 재건분야에 있어서 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(MEDPOR)을 이용한 치험례

        The method of craniofacial reconstruction has been applied in bone defect due to trauma, malignant cancer, and congenital anomaly, for many years. The materials using in craniofacial reconstruction largely divided into autogenous bone graft and alloplastic material. Each has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages in the cases of using autogenous bone graft show no postoperative rejection and good adaptation, because it is not foreign material. It is also economical. The disadvantages are limited donor site, adjunctive operational risk, postoperative bone absorption, and unpredictable postoperative results. The advantages of alloplastic material such as high density polyethylene(MEDPOR) are; the alloplastic material can be readily available and formable, also predictable, the postoperative prognosis. The disadvantages are expensive cost, infection, exposure, and delayed healing compaired with autogenous bone graft. Although craniofacial reconstruction using aurtogenous bone graft developed at the end of 19th century alloplastic material are still used for craniofacial reconstruction as the development of high scientific technology develops. In our department craniofacial reconstruction was performed using high density polyethylene(MEDPOR) implant between Sept. 1993-Sept. 1994. with excellent results with minimal complication. We are reporting these cases with review of literatures.

      • 상악 4전치 후방 견인시 치근 주위 응력 분포에 대한 광탄성법적 분석 : High Pull J-hook Headgear의 효과 The Effects of the High Pull J-hook Headgear

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the High Pull J-hook Headgear in retraction the maxillary 4 incisors. The maxillary part of a dry skull that had Angle's Class Ⅱ malocclusion and axes of the central incisors were 60 degrees to the occlusal plane was duplicated with epoxy resin. In this epoxy resin model, the maxillary 4 incisors were retracted by the 1㎜ activated vertical closing loop, High Pull J-hook Headgear with a directional force of 34 degrees to the occlusal plane and 600g in total force, and both of them. The obtained stress distributions around the roots were analysed by three dimensional photoelastic method. The results were as follows; 1. When the maxillary 4 incisors were retracted by the 1㎜ activated vertical closing loop, simple lingual tipping movement patterns were shown. 2. When the maxillary 4 incisors were retracted by the High Pull J-hook Headgear with a directional force of 34 degrees to the occlusal plane and 600g in total force, intrusive bodily movement patterns were shown. 3. When the maxillary 4 incisors were retracted by the 1㎜ activated vertical closing loop and the High Pull J-hook headgear with a directional force of 34 degrees to the occlusal plane and 600g in total force, simple lingual tipping movement patterns and intrusive bodily movement patterns were shown in the same time.
