        This thesis is to be helpful in promoting competitive power in two-line parellel bar competition of women's gymnastics through showing the right way of efficiently training players. For this purpose, the refrees' grade list and video-recorded tapes of women's high school players in the 82nd National 체육대회 were used in analysing difficulty, composition, performance, bonus points, penalty count factors and their details. 1. There were, in difficulty-level, A-grade 4.13, B-grade 4.0, C-grade 2.13, D-grade 3.0 and E-grade 0.25. 2. In performance perfection rate, Ms. Oh from Kyeonggi-do has 94.24%, Ms. Park from Seoul 81%, and Ms. Cheon from Jeonbuk 80.5%, which is in accordance with the ranking order. This simply means that perfection rate and the grade, to a great extent, have something to do with each other. In other hand, despite Ms. Jeon from Chungbuk and Ms. Park from Gangwon-do have 9.6 and 9.5 each as the SV grade, they happened to be far away from Top 3 rank due to the failure in decent and landing. This proves an importance of the repetitive training, which results in the maturity in performance. 3. It also proves the necessity of over D-level performance in landing skill that only 2 players out of 8 satisfied the special landing requirments. 4. As shown in the example that Ms. Jeon from Chungbuk earned at most 7.80 with perfection rate of 64% in spite of plus points of 0.7, and Ms. Park 6.925 with perfection rate of 48.5% despite plus points of 0.5, the failure risk in high-level performances is so high that trainers should encourage their players to acquire the proper skills necessary for such high-levels. I understand I can hardly generalize these results, simply because I limited my research materials to the 82nd National sports Nevetheless, The research results above definitely show us that the players should have the environments in which they are able to feel psychologically stable. And the stability, I believe, comes from the accumulated experiences of participating in the game. Furthermore, the scientific program to improve players' skills should be urgently created and adopted to their training.

        Lee, Jung-Bo (1693-1766),indeed, has produced many work in quantitywise, but however, failed to draw the attention of academic circle because of Poor arrangemsnt and assertion in composing of bis poetic work and had bsen deemed an ordinary poetic worker. However, when we examin the contents of sijo(時調), we can find some aspect which draw our attention. Of his work, mostly a praise of rural life, admiration of nature, aspiration of fairy and doubt against political circle. Thess are the thing that he has bsen pondered and felt and we find such aspects are contained in his works. Such as Lee Jung-Bo the poet who has successed in expressing his valuable experinece that he acquired through his life, through “sijo,,. Since he was not professional post, he can not be said an autstanding in so far as technique of potery is concerned. We, however, can notice that he has lived together with the “sijo” than any poet elese. reflecting his real life in his work. Considering the afore stated remarks, the “sijo” can bs worked out, though one is not professional post, as far as relect the valuable experince freshly, it proves that it is a style of literatuer which can aPPrached to Korean Race.

      • 2007 개정 체육과 교육과정의 내용 분석

        본 연구는 현행 제7차 체육과 교육과정의 문제점을 짚어보고, 이에 따라 2007 개정 체육과 교육과정의 특징을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 개정 체육과 교육과정이 학교 현장에서 그 취지를 살려 올바르게 실행되기 위한 바람직한 연수의 방향을 탐색하였다. 제7차 체육과 교육과정은 학교 현장의 적용성의 어려움, 교육과정 구성 요소간의 연계성과 일관성의 결여, 교육방법 및 평가의 효율성과 자율성의 부족 등의 문제점을 드러내었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 2007 개정 체육과 교육과정에서는 그 동안의 운동 기능중심 교육과정에서 신체활동의 가치를 추구하는 교육과정 기본 철학의 전환을 바탕으로, 체육교과의 인문성과 예술성을 강화하였다. 또한 체육교육의 내용을 건강·도전·경쟁·표현·여가 활동으로 통일하여 일관성과 연계성을 유지하였고, 학교 현장에의 상황에 맞게 운영할 수 있도록 교육 방법 및 평가 등에서 자율성과 효율성을 강화하였다. 이러한 2007 개정 체육과 교육과정이 학교현장에 안착하기 위해서는 다방면에 걸친 교사 연수가 실시되어야 할 것이며, 무엇보다 교사의 자발적인 참여의지가 중요할 것이다. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of 2007 revised national physical education curriculum, and to give the guidelines for implementing it to the schools in teaching physical education. To achieve these goals, it needs to review the 7th physical education curriculum and find out the faults of that. Also, it is required to observe the philosophy which is the background of that curriculum. As a results of the research, the physical education curriculum advocates 'Physical movement value-oriented curriculum' and it fortifies the Humanity and Aesthetic to restore the essence of physical education. The contents of curriculum are consisted of the tendency of physical activity knowledge oriented. Besides, it strengthen both the connection of goal, content, evaluation, teaching-learning method and the autonomy of an operation of the education curriculum. Moreover, it designs contents -by fitting some factors such as health, challenge, competition, expression, and leisure activity- with consistency. In addition, it has some features that put emphasis on obligation, integration, individuality, and self-determination of evaluation. Such a revised curriculum is transmitted to teachers by education curriculum specialists through teacher education programs. To be better program, firstly, various programs are required such as cyber education. Secondly, most of teacher educators try to encourage teachers to be more vigorous.

      • 초임체육교사의 교수가치관 형성

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the teaching perspectives of beginning physical education teachers. Therefore, the following was investigated: (a) a composite biography of beginning teachers, (b) the construction of beginning teachers' teaching perspectives, and (c) the changes in beginning teachers' teaching perspectives. The investigator employed three established data-gathering methods: interviews (patton, 1990), observation(Spradley, 1980), and document analysis (Goodman, 1985: Tabachnick et al, 1980). Interviews (Patton, 1990) were the primary data-gathering method. The principles of the "constant comparative" method of analysis (Glaser & Strauss, 1967) were used to analyze data obtained from observations, interviews and document analysis. The findings of this study indicated that the beginning teachers were affected in different ways by the apprenticeship of observation, but they were all profoundly affectted by it. While many beginning teachers in this study tried to pattern themselves after good teachers, some beginning teachers rejected the negative characteristics of some of their former teachers, particularly those who were authoritarian. At least some teachers tried to critically reflect on their apprenticeship: the poor experiences they encountered as students prompted them to create teaching environments different from those they personally experienced. The socializing power of the university appeared to be weak compared with the apprenticeship of observation and the contending norms of schools. Furthermore, this study supports the contention that formal teacher education program is limited in its ability to reshape previously established beliefs and practices. Many changes took place in the beginning teachers' perspectives and practices. First of all, many believed they became more effective in their teaching methods and in controlling students. Secondly, with their growing confidence, the beginning teachers with well-established teaching perspectives attempted to express their teaching perspectives whenever they perceived it as appropriate while beginning physical education teachers with less-established teaching perspectives were easily molded into the framework of the status quo. The third, most prevalent change detected was related to their conceptions of student control. Six out of thirteen beginning teachers experienced the reality shock (Veenman, 1984) common among first year classroom teachers. The deginning teachers' feelings of unpreparedness and related reality shock might be traced to the grueling situations found in the Korean educational system, and unrealistic university preparation program in Korea, and the superficial attitudes they had about their university coursework. Recommendations of teacher educators and researchers of teacher socialization were made to improve the quality of preparation programs. Recommendations were also made for beginning teachers to help them move from novice teachers to successful veterans.

      • 체육교육 학문화 운동과 실증주의적 체육교육학의 성립

        There is a movement in progress in the field of physical education. It is a scholarly movement in which the subdiscipline, conventionally called physical education curriculum and instruction, is being redefined as sport pedagogy. Sport pedagogy is a relatively recent addition to the discipline of Human Movement Studies. Despite its short academic history, sport pedagogy has already achieved a recognition within the Human Movement Studies research community and has produced a coinsiderable body of literature. However, it seems that a dominant conception about the nature of this new subdiscipline has been created. The dominant image of sport pedagogy assumes the positivist view in regard to its object of study and ways of knowledge acquisition. The positivist sport pedagogy incorporates the unidimensional and uniparadigmatic perspective. In the positivist view, sport pedagogy is seen as the scientific study of teaching and learning in physical education, where the empirical-analytic research paradigm governs and only the observable and measurable dimension of teaching is highlighted. The intent of this study was to identify the academic nature of the positivist sport pedagogy, its characteristics, and its problems. The discussion began with a description of the disciplinary movement. It proceeded to the evolution of sport pedagogy as a legitimate field of study in Human Movement Studies. It ended with the identification of positivist sport pedagogy’influence on developing a set of practices in research, teaching and teacher education, called here the technocratic physical education.

        보험설계사의 역량과 조직지원이 영업성과에 미치는 영향 : MDRT 목표지향성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        보험 산업에서 고객과의 장기 관계의 성과는 일반적으로 설계사의 고객 유지 및 신규 고객 확보 증가를 통해 수행된다. 이는 개인 고객과의 장기적 충성도의 유대를 구축하고 유지하기 위해서는 설계사의 역량과 조직지원의 개선이 시급함을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구는 설계사의 역량과 조직지원이 영업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 또한 역량과 조직지원이 영업성과에 미치는 영향력에서 MDRT 목표지향성 매개역할을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상품 및 고객역량, 디지털 역량, 네트워크 역량은 영업성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 영업지원은 영업성과에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 설계사의 역량과 영업성과 간에 MDRT 목표지향성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 영업지원과 영업성과의 관계에서 MDRT 목표지향성은 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 설계사의 우수한 역량을 통한 고객관리, 보험 트렌드 변화에 대응하는 조직지원, MDRT 목표지향성을 통한 역량개발이 영업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. The achievement of the long-term relationship is commonly executed by a salesperson that is eventually very crucial to enhance the customer retention in the insurance industry. It indicates there is an urgency to improve the competence of salesperson and organization support to build and maintain bonds of long-lasting loyalty with the individual customers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of planners competency and organizational support on sales performance, and to verify empirically whether MDRT goal orientation mediating role between competency, organizational support and sales performance. The results of this research are as follows: firstly, product and customer competence, digital competence, network competence positively affect sales performance. Secondly, sales support positively affect sales performance. Thirdly, meditating effect of MDRT goal orientation were significant found between the planners competency and sales performance. Moreover, in the relationship between sales support and sales performance, MDRT goal orientation have a fully mediated effect. This means customer management through excellent competency, organization support to insurance trend change, and competence development through MDRT goal orientation positively affect sales performance.

        중학교 체육수업의 학습참여유형 분석

        The purpose of this study was to determine the student participation patterns in physical education classes at a middle school. To determine the student participation patterns, the student interaction patterns with factors including subject matter, teachers, peer students, and classroom environments were investigated. To collect the data for the study, physical education classes at a co-ed middle school in Seoul were observed during the second semester in 1998. Educational ethnography was used in order to gather the qualitative data; participant observation for the classes and in-depth interview with the teacher and students were made to collect data needed for the study. The data were analyzed and categorized by the methods of the constant comparative method. Also, the collected data analysis were verified by member checks, peer debriefing, and triangulation. Five paterns of student participation were categorized; ``serious style``, ``good boys/good girls``, ``reluctant style``, ``frivolous style``, and ``wimps style.`` Results were discussed relative to related previous studies. Also, recommendations were made for the improvement of teaching in physical education in the middle school.

        Effect of Information Characteristics of COVID-19 Vaccine on Acceptance Attitude Through Health Belief Theory

        COVID-19 vaccines have been developed worldwide in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection-19, but some people tend to refuse to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Therefore, we will investigate how people's understanding of COVID-19 vaccines affects their attitude to accept COVID-19 vaccination information. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the determinants that affect the acceptability of COVID-19 vaccine through the informational characteristics of COVID-19 vaccine and the individual health belief theory. This study conducted an offline survey of 215 adult men and women living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province during the period from September 1 to September 10, 2022, and we have conducted a final analysis using a total of 212 questionnaires. The results of our study were as follows. First, among the information characteristics of COVID-19 vaccine, it was confirmed that the amount of information had a significant positive effect on susceptibility, severity, and barriers in health belief theory, respectively. Second, among the information characteristics of COVID-19 vaccine, it was found that the quality of information had a significant positive effect on the susceptibility in health belief theory. Third, susceptibility and barriers in the health belief theory significantly had a positive effect on voluntary attitude and involuntary attitude in acceptance attitude, respectively. And finally, it was found that the severity of the health belief theory had a positive effect on the involuntary attitude in acceptance attitude. The results of this study suggest that policy efforts are needed to make accurate information about COVID-19 vaccine known to the people.
