In this paper, microprogram compaction algorithm that can reduce executive time & control memory is proposed. The proposed algorithm considers data dependency and resource confrict of micro-operations in a basic block and minimizes the number of microinstruction. Examples shows that this method can minimize the more number of microinstruction than that of FCFS[4] method.

전자계약에 관한 국제협약 예비초안의 논점과 특징에 관한 고찰

Legal rules applying to the commerce and international commerce in particular contracts, proper law, jurisdiction and so on, have improved with time and experience. Engaging in a-commerce on the World Wide Web may expose the company to the risk of being sued in any foreign country where Internet user can establish a legal claim. The modern law of contracts is highly sophisticated and difficult to understand. With contracts created in cyberspace, the basic rules are no difference that we can find. However, there are situations in e-commerce that are altogether new and to which the existing rules cannot apply. Here uncertainty and business risk is too high for trading partners to deal with certainty. Therefore existing law must change to e-commerce law so that it provides certainty and enforceability over e-commence. UNCI TRAL Working Group on Electronic Commerce prepared the Preliminary Draft Convention on [International] Contracts Concluded or Evidenced by Data Message from the thirty-ninth session in 2002 which applies to international contracts concluded or evidenced by means of data messages. An electronic contract is concluded when the acceptance of an offer becomes effective, and an offer becomes effective when it is received by the offeree, and an acceptance of an offer becomes effective when the indication of assent is received by the offeror according to this Convention. Electronic contract may be concluded by the interaction of an automated computer system and natural person or by the interaction of automated computer systems, and a contract formed by a natural person that accesses an automated computer system of another person has no legal effect in case the neutral person made a material error in a data message.

한 · 일 중재법상 중재판정의 비교법적 고찰

The parties in the trade can have full autonomy and can resolve disputes independently, impartially and without delay by selecting arbitration by agreement. Korea and Japan had revised their Arbitration Laws to incorporate as many provisions of the 1985 UNCITRAL Model Law as possible. Japan had amended its century-cld arbitration law, becoming the 45th country to adopt the UNCITRAL Model Law on International commercial arbitration. New Arbitration Law was enacted as Law No.138 of 2003 and effective on March 1, 2004, is applicable to both national international arbitration. Korea had amended its arbitration law on December 31, 1999 and its New Arbitration Law incorporates the most of the 1985 UNCITRAL Model Law as Japan. Arbitration must be popular in resolving international commercial disputes in Northeast Asian bloc in order to increase the volume of intra-trade in the Northeast Asian bloc. But in order for the parties to make use of arbitration in the bloc, the arbitration laws of nations in the bloc must have similarity and unification. As Korea and Japan playes important roles in the bloc, both nations's arbitration laws must be studied in view of similarity and difference to unify both nations' arbitration laws by way of showing an example. Therefore, this paper deals with both nations' arbitration laws in view of comparative law to unify their arbitration laws and Northeast Asian Nations' arbitration laws.

불교비판에 나타난 성리학의 교육적 의의

성리학의 사상을 이해하는 하나의 방식은 불교비판을 통해서일 것이다. 성리학이 불교의 영향을 받았으면서도 결국에 비판적 태도를 견지하였다는 것은 성리학이 불교와 유사한 사상적 경향에서 출발하였지만, 결국은 그 차이점을 부각시킴으로서 자신의 사상적 정체성을 강조하였다는 점에 주목할 필요가 있다. 따라서 성리학 사상이 불교비판을 통해 정립되었다는 전제는 성리학 사상의 교육적 의의 또한 불교비판을 통하여 시사 받을 수 있음을 상정해 볼 수 있다. 즉, 성리학 사상의 강조점들이 불교 비판을 통해 드러나고 있다는 점에서 볼 때, 성리학 사상이 갖는 교육적 의의나 강조점 역시 불교 비판의 내용 속에서 찾지 않을 수 없다는 것이다. 대부분의 성리학자들은 허무(虛無), 적멸(寂滅), 환영(幻影)의 원리로서 불교를 파악하였다. 따라서 불교에서의 심(心)에는 절대적 원리인 리(理)가 결여되어 있으므로 인간에게 비도덕적인 태도를 허용할 수밖에 없다고 비판한다. 이처럼 불교비판은 비판 그 자체의 타당성을 넘어서, 당시 성리학자들의 불교 이해방식은 물론 성리학적 세계관의 이해방식 대한 단서를 제공한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 중국과 한국의 불교비판의 역사를 논의하면서 불교 비판의 관점에서 성리학의 교육적 시사점을 통합하고자 시도하였다. 성리학자들의 불교비판 사례를 통해 그들의 사상적 배경을 검토하였고, 성리학의 교육적 의의는 교육목적론과 교육방법론의 범주로 나누어 구성하였다. The one way we can envisage the ideas of Neo-Confucianism is through criticizing Buddhism. It means the educational significance of Neo-Confucianism can be induced from Anti-Buddhism. Most of the Neo-Confucians understood Buddhism in terms of the principles like ‘nothingness’(虛無), ‘annihilation’(寂滅), and ‘phantom’(幻影). So, they criticized Buddhism allows people to take an immoral attitude by lacking the absolute principle ‘li’(理) of ‘mind’(心). As pointed out, through this kinds of criticisms, we can grasp the way of Neo-Confucian's understanding of Buddhism and that of Neo-Confucian paradigm. I tried to unify the educational significance of Neo-Confucianism on the view point of the criticisms on Buddhism, after discussing the history on Anti-Buddhism by the method of the chronological enumeration in China and Korea. It consists of educational categories such as "the objection in education" and "the method in education".

전자신용장의 본질과 서류의 전자제시에 관한 연구

전자상거래중 국제간, 기업간 전자상거래라고 할 수 있는 글로벌전자무역이 볼레로 서비스의 도입으로 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제무역에서 대금결제수단으로서 사용되고 있는 신용장의 대안으로서의 전자신용장의 도입에 따른 본질을 규명하고 전자신용거래에서 서류의 저자제시에 대하여 연구하였다. 우선 기존무역거래절차의 한계와 글로벌전자무역의 의의를 살펴보았고 신용장통일규칙과 신용장거래원칙의 차원에서 전자신용장의 본질을 규명하였으며 전자신용장의 거래원칙으로서 독립 · 추상성의 원칙, 전자서류거래의 원칙, 엄격일치의 원칙을 제시하였다. 그러고 선적서류의 전자제시로서 기존의 선화증권의 도입사례를 간략히 살펴보았고 특히 볼레로 선화증권과 전자신용장거래와의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 월경전증후군의 진단분류학적 개념 및 원인과 치료 : Nosology, Etiology, and Treatment

Since the emergence of the term premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in the 1950s, PMS has become an increasingly discussed topic in popular media sources. Thus self management techniques are easily accessed by women through the media or through their peers. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) comprises extremely distressing emotional and behavioral symptoms. Women with PMDD report premenstrual symptoms, primarily mood symptoms, that are severe enough to seriously interfere with their life style and relationships and usually do not respond to conservative and conventional interventions. Although women with PMS are most often seen in primary care or by their obstetricians/gynecologists, the result of recent study suggested a high rate of missed diagnoses. The premenstrual syndromes include the more common PMS, the less prevalent PMDD, and menstrual psychosis. The etiology of PMS and PMDD is still largely unknown. That PMS and PMDD are primarily biological phenomena is underscored by recent, convincing evidence. Therapeutic interventions for PMS and PMDD range from the conservative to treatment with psychotropic medication and, for the more extreme cases, hormonal therapy or surgical procedures.

Magnolol과 Honokiol이 항균, 교원질 분해효소, 세포독성 및 Cytokine생산에 미치는 영향

The oral microbiota such as P. gingivalis, P. intermedia and A. actinomycetemcomitans play a primary role in the initiation and progression of the periodontal disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antimicrobial effects and inhibitory effects of honokiol and magnolol on the bacterial collagenase activity, cytotoxicity and cytokine production of periodontopathic microorganisms. The antimicrobial activities of honokiol and magnolol was evaluted with minimum inhibition concentration. Honokiol was more active than magnolol, but less than chlorhexidine on antimicrobial activity. The inhibitory effects of magnolol and honokiol on the collagenolytic activity and cytotoxicity were evaluated using a Collagenokit CLN-100 and rapid colorimetric assay (MTT method) for cellular growth and survival of gingival fibroblast and periodontalligament cell and [^3H]-thymidine incorporation for the gingival epithelial cell. The inhibitory effects on the collagenolytic activity was the highest in chlorhexidine, and the lowest in magnolol. Magnolol had the lowest cytotoxic effect and chlorhexidine had the highest. The inhibitory effects on cytokine production was evaluated using interleukin-1β ELISA kit (Cistron Biotech.), IL-6, TNF-α ELISA kit (Genzyme) and inhibitory effects were higher than bacterial LPS and there is no difference among the honokiol, magnolol and chlorhexidine. From these results, the antimicrobial and antienzymatic activities of honokiol and magnolol were seemed to inhibit bacterial growth and enzyme activites with lesser cytotoxic activities. Therefore, it was suggested that honokiol and magnolol are very effective antimicrobial agents on periodontal pathogens.

부산시 가로수 현황과 토양환경개선에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between soil hardness, soil acidity, and the vitality of street trees. This data was investigatived in 40 areas on 10 main street routes of Pusan; Chungang-ro, Naktong-ro, Suyeong-ro, Taejong-ro, Konghang-ro, Kudeok-ro, Kumjeong-ro, Mandeok-ro, Kaya-ro, Chungjang-ro. The findings are as follows : 1. The average soil hardness where tree grates have been built was shown to be 22.23㎜. In the absence of tree grates, the average soil hardness was 24.60㎜. These figures do not exceed the accepted parameters for acceptable soil hardness when rearing trees (22∼25㎜). However, soil hardness was measured higher in areas where tree grates were absent. Consequently, tree grates are necessary. 2. Soil acidity was measured as satisfactory(pH 5.5), mediocre(pH 5.5∼5.0), inferior(pH 5.0∼4.5), very inferior(pH 4.5). No areas were measured as satisfactory soil acidity. Four areas were measured as mediocre(10%), 19 areas as inferior(47.5%), and 17 areas as very inferior (42.5%). This indicates a requirement to improve soil acidity as about 90% of the investigatived areas were measured as either inferior or very inferior. 3. The following is an analysis of correlation between soil hardness, soil acidity and the vitality of the Ginkgo biloba ; The Ginkgo biloba was found to have a positive correlation was measured with the diagram (R²). In conclusion, the results of the analysis show a strong influence of soil hardness and soil acidity upon the vitality of Street Tree.

역수정법에 의한 구조변수의 추정

A principal goal of the structural analyst is to formulate an analytical model of a structure which can be verified by actual test, and what is more, in the analysis and the maintenance of complex structure, its dynamic behavior as well as static one shall be taken into account to determine the response characteristics of the structure. As for this structural damage detection algorithm, by use of S.I.(system identification) technique structural uncertainties making the difference between the actual measurements and the FEM analysis results was quantitatively transformed in the modal coordinates. Accordingly, improvement of finite element model could be achieved, and it can be applied to predict change of dynamic characteristics due to repair or reinforcement and to estimate extent of deterioration for objective structures. In order to verify the proposed algorithm, simple beam model is tested.
