        공공미술교육을 위한 서울 지하철역 벽화작품의 예술적 특징과 과제

        본 연구의 목적은 공공예술로서 서울 지하철역에 설치된 벽화작품의 주요 예술적 특징들을 살펴보고 문화예술교육 공간을 조성하기 위한 방향을 제시하는 데에 두었다. 이를 위해 서울 지하철역 벽화에 관한 선행연구들이 수집되어 내용분석이 실시되었다. 벽화작품의 내용과 주제, 재료, 표현기법 및 색채를 대상으로 분석한 결과 벽화들은 지하철역 지명의 역사와 문화, 추상적인 내용, 자연, 인간 및 일상생활과 관련된 내용을 주요 주제로 이용하고, 작품재료는 주로 도자타일이 이용되었다. 표현기법은 구상적이거나 추상적인 기법이 활용되고 색체는 동적인 색상이 이용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 선행연구의 결과에 기초하여 서울 지하철역 벽화작품이 공공미술교육의 공간으로서 시민들의 문화의식을 함양하고 도시환경을 개선시키기 위하여 작품내용 선정, 작가선정, 그리고 벽화관리 등을 중심으로 몇 가지 개선방안을 제시하였다. The main purpose of this study was to investigate major artistic characteristics of murals in Seoul subway stations as public art and to suggest the future directions for creating eco-friendly culture and art space. For this previous academic articles on murals in Seoul subway stations were collected and conducted using content analysis. The results of content analysis show that murals deal with history and culture related to the name of its subway stations, abstract subject, nature, human, and everyday lives. Materials of the murals mainly used ceramic tiles and expressive techniques were abstract. Colors of the murals were dynamic and static. To suggest a future direction for improving city environments and enhancing citizens’cultural consciousness and sense of aesthetic, some problems related with contents of the murals, artists choice, and management are discussed.

        Bacterial Population in Intestines of Litopenaeus vannamei Fed Different Probiotics or Probiotic Supernatant

        The interactions of microbiota in the gut play an important role in promoting or maintaining the health of hosts. In this study, in order to investigate and compare the effects of dietary supplementation with Lactobacillus pentosus HC-2 (HC-2), Enterococcus faecium NRW-2, or the bacteria-free supernatant of a HC-2 culture on the bacterial composition of Litopenaeus vannamei, Illumina sequencing of the V1-V2 region of the 16S rRNA gene was used. The results showed that unique species exclusively existed in specific dietary groups, and the abundance of Actinobacteria was significantly increased in the intestinal bacterial community of shrimp fed with the bacteria-free supernatant of an HC-2 culture compared with the control. In addition, the histology of intestines of the shrimp from the four dietary groups was also described, but no obvious improvements in the intestinal histology were observed. The findings in this work will help to promote the understanding of the roles of intestinal bacteria in shrimps when fed with probiotics or probiotic supernatant.

        Application of new porous binder material in fluid catalytic cracking reaction

        A novel porous binder was obtained by acid-treated kaolin. This new binder owned abundant mesomacro pore and good hydrothermal stability. The prepared catalyst using new binder had a character of low attrition index and large pore volume. The catalysts were tested in a fixed-fluidized bed unit. Compared with comparison sample, the conversion of new catalyst was increased by 0.73%, heavy oil yield decreased by 1.11%, the total liquid and light oil yield increased by 0.95% and 0.74%, respectively. The perfect pore structure and good hydrothermal stability of new binder were the possible reason of obtaining prominent performance.

        Factors Affecting the Response to First-Line Treatments in Patients with Anti-N-Methyl-D-Aspartate Receptor Encephalitis

        Background and Purpose Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (anti-NMDAR) encephalitis is the most common type of autoimmune encephalitis. This study aimed to explore the possible factors affecting the response to first-line treatments in patients with anti-NMDAR encephalitis. Methods We enrolled 29 patients who were diagnosed as anti-NMDAR encephalitis between January 1, 2015, and June 30, 2018. They were divided into the remission and nonremission groups according to their response to first-line treatments. The demographics, clinical manifestations, main ancillary examinations, follow-up treatments, and prognosis of patients were recorded. The symptoms reported on in this study occurred before treatments or during the course of first-line treatments. Results There were 18 patients (62.07%) in the remission group and 11 patients (37.93%) in the nonremission group. Compared to the remission group, a higher proportion of the patients in the nonremission group exhibited involuntary movements, decreased consciousness, central hypoventilation, lung infection, and hypoalbuminemia. The nonremission group had a high incidence of increased intracranial pressure and significant elevations of the neutrophilto- lymphocyte ratio in peripheral blood (NLR), aspartate aminotransferase, and fibrinogen. Six patients (54.55%) in the nonremission group received second-line immunotherapy. Only one patient (3.45%) died, which was due to multiple- organ failure. Conclusions Anti-NMDAR-encephalitis patients with more symptoms—especially involuntary movements, disturbance of consciousness, central hypoventilation, and accompanying hypoalbuminemia and pulmonary infection—may respond poorly to first-line treatments. Positive second-line immunotherapy therefore needs to be considered. Admission to an intensive-care unit, increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure, and increased NLR might be the significant factors affecting the response to first-line treatments.

        Residual Strength of Steel-Reinforced Concrete-Filled Square Steel Tubular (SRCFST) Stub Columns After Exposure to ISO-834 Standard Fire

        Steel-reinforced concrete-fi lled square steel tubular (SRCFST) column has been acknowledged as a progressive form from the steel–concrete composite system, having a higher load-bearing capacity. Aiming at lying the foundations for SRCFST full-scale research after fi re exposure, this paper has studied the axial compression behavior of SRCFST stub columns after diff erent modes of fi re exposure. To start with, temperature distributions, failure patterns and load–strain relationships of four existing SRCFST columns were experimentally analyzed. Based on this, numerical models of square SRCFST columns with suffi cient correctness and eff ectiveness were established for further holistically examining impacts of fi re duration time, yield strength of steel tube, compressive strength of concrete, confi nement index, section steel index and sectional dimensions on residual strength of SRCFST columns. The results indicate that residual strength of square SRCFST columns decrease signifi cantly with fi re duration time, sectional dimensions and section steel index, while yield strength of steel, compressive strength of concrete and confi nement index exert negligible eff ects. Afterwards, predictive formulas that can calculate residual strength index of square SRCFST columns under diff erent patterns of fi re exposure were proposed.

        Sublethal and transgenerational effects of six insecticides on Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) (Diptera: Tephritidae)

        To clarify the effects of sublethal concentration of insecticide on the growth, development and reproduction of Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) (Diptera: Tephritidae), the sublethal and transgenerational effects of the LC 30 of six insecticides on adults and progeny (F 1 and F 2 generations) were studied using age-stage, two-sex life tables. Exposure to six insecticides had significant negative impacts on the life-history traits of B. dorsalis and led to reduced adult longevity and fecundity in F 0 , a longer larval stage duration in F 1 , and reduced fertility and survival. The intrinsic rate of increase (r), finite rate of increase (λ), and net reproductive rate (R 0 ) were reduced in F 1 , with the greatest reduction observed in the chlorpyrifos treatment. In the F 2 generation, the adverse effects were weakened, only the cyantraniliprole treatment had lower values than the control, and the fecundity of other treatments returned to normal. Obvious “hormesis” phenomena were not observed in any of the generations. Based on the population hazard index, chlorpyrifos had the best control effect in the early stage, and cyan traniliprole had the best control effect in the long term. These results indicate that the LC 30 of the six insecticides exert different transgenerational effects on the B. dorsalis population.

        Characterization of tunnel oxide passivated contact with n-type poly-Si on ptype c-Si wafer substrate

        The junction properties of tunnel silicon oxide (SiOx) passivated contact (TOPCon) with n-type poly-Si on p-type c-Si wafer are characterized using current-voltage (J-V) and capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements. The dark J-V curves show a standard diode characteristic with a turn-on voltage of ∼0.63 V, indicating a p-n junction is formed. While the C-V curve displays an irregular shape with features of 1) a slow C increase with the decrease of the magnitude of reverse bias voltage, being used to estimate the built-in potential (Vbi), 2) a significant increase at a given positive bias voltage, corresponding to the geometric capacitance crossing the ultrathin SiOx, and 3) a sharp decrease to negative values, resulting from the charge tunneling through the SiOx layer. The C of depleting layer deviates from the normal linear curve in the 1/C2-V plot, which is caused by the diffusion of P dopants from the n-type poly-Si into the p-type c-Si wafer as confirmed by the electrochemical capacitance-voltage measurements. However, the 1/C2+γ-V plots with γ > 0 leads to linear curves with a proper γ and the Vbi can still be estimated. We find that the Vbi is the range of 0.75–0.85 V, increases with the increase of the doping ratio during the poly-Si fabrication process, and correlates with the passivation quality as measured by the reverse saturated current and implied open circuit voltage extracted from transient photoconductivity decay.

      • A New Arrangement of LCL Filter for Dual-Inverter Fed Open-End Winding Transformer Topology in PV Applications

        Dual-inverter fed open end winding transformer (OEW-DI) topology can be an alternative scheme of the traditional parallel inverter topology used in high power medium-voltage (MV) grid-connected systems, due to its advantage of lower output voltage harmonics, which can reduce the requirement of the filter inductance. LCL filter is commonly used in this topology because of the attenuation and size tradeoff. Besides, the leakage inductance of the transformer in such systems is a relative large value and should be used properly, but none of the existing paper has noticed this. Therefore, this paper proposes a new arrangement of LCL filter for the OEW-DI topology, in which the transformer leakage inductance is set as the inverter-side inductor, the shunt capacitor and the grid-side inductor are set at the secondary side of the MV transformer. The overall inductance of the recommend filter can save a lot than the existing filters. The comparative analysis and discussions regarding to the existing LCL filter and the proposed one are presented and evaluated through simulation on a 1 MW dual-three-level inverter system and experiment on a 30kW dual-three-level inverter prototype.
