        [논문]칸트 반성적 판단의 유아교육적 의미 탐구

        본 연구는 칸트 반성적 판단의 유아교육적 의미를 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 칸트의 미적 인식과 반성적 판단과의 관련성에 대해 살펴보았으며, 다음으로 반성적 판단의 의미와 원리에 대해 다루어보았다. 이를 기반으로 도출해낸 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아들의 지식 구성은 칸트의 반성적 판단에 기반한다는 것이다. 둘째, 유아들의 지식은 반성적 판단의 원리인 감각적 경험에 의하여 구성된다는 것이다. 셋째, 유아들의 지식은 반성적 판단의 원리인 주관적 정서에 의하여 구성된다는 것이다. 넷째, 유아들의 지식은 반성적 판단의 원리인 상상력에 의하여 구성된다는 것이다. 이상의 결과를 통해 알 수 있는 것은 유아들이 사물 및 현상세계를 자신만의 독특한 경험과 주관적 감정, 창조적 상상에 근거하여 소통하고 그로부터 내적 질서를 읽어내는 존재라는 것이다. This study is a literature review for the quest of the early childhood educational meaning of Kant's reflective judgement. This study results show as below. First, Young children's knowledge is composed ofbase on Kant's reflective judgement. Second, Young children's construction of knowledge is composed of sensory perception that is a principle of reflective judgment. Third, Young children's construction of knowledge is composed of subjective emotions that is a principle of reflective judgement. Forth, Young children's construction of knowledge is composed of imagination that is a principle of reflective judgement. Consequently, It implies the construction of knowledge through reflective judgement. Sensory perception, Subjective emotions, and imagination are very important in early childhood education because construction of knowledge originates in reflective judgement.

      • Polycaprolactone(PCL)/탄산칼슘 복합체의 물성 및 내후성 연구

        Polycaprolactone(PCL)/Master Batch(MB) composite was made by blending PCL and MB. The major component of MB is calcium carbonate(CaCO3). Wheatherability, thermal properties, mechanical properties and water absorption were investigated in PCL/MB composite. Stress and strain at break were decreased but Young's modulus was comparatively maintained as the time of outdoor exposure was increased. The mechanical properties of PCL/MB composite were decreased as the content of MB was increased and the parallel samples were better than transverse samples in stress at break, strain at break and Young's modulus. The melting temperature of PCL/MB composite was about 57℃. The water absorption of PCL/MB was higher than PCL. but the change of water absorption by the content of MB could be ignored because the total water absorption of PCL/MB composite was not reached at 1%.

        본 연구는 영양표시에서 1회분량 및 영양소함량표시의 기준으로 사용되는 "식픔창고량"에 관한 연구를 수행하므로써 합리적이고 일관성있는 영양표시기준 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 하였다. 이를 위하여 미국 및 캐나다를 중심으로 제외국의 현황 및 식품참고량 설정방법을 조사 ·연구 하으며 제도도입 및 개선 방안을 강구하였파. 또한, 시판 제품의 영양료시현황 및 음료류 둥의 포장단위 등을 피악하여 식품참고량설정을 위한 기초자료로 활용코자 하였다. 앞으로 국민건강 ·영양조사자료의 체계적인 통계분석, 가공식품의 섭취량조사 등을 통하여 우리나라 국민의 1인 1회 섭취량자료의 축적이 선행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this ?roject is to study on the reference amounts customarily consumed per eating occasion to improve the nutrition labelling standards. We Performed to study on the methodology to establish the reference amounts on the basis of the review on the advanced counITy's status. And we investigated the packaged unit ofprocessed foods. Further study is needed to establlsh the customarily consumed amount per eating occasionthrough the statistical analysis of nationwide food consumption data. Our results will be helpful information to improve nutrition labelling system in Korea.

        참당귀의 흰쥐 4-Vessel Occlusion 전뇌허혈에 대한 신경방어효과

        Objectives : Angelicae Radix, the root of Angelica gigas N_AKAI (Umbelliferae) , which has been used to nourish the blood(補血), regulate menstruation(調經), relieve pain and promote bowel movements(崩漏) and activate blood circulation for the treatment of fatigue, headache, constipation and blood troubles in traditional Korean medicine. It's flavour and channel tropism is sweet(甘), pungent(辛), warm(溫), acting on the lung, heart and spleen(肺, 心, 脾). The purpose of study we report here was to determine the neuroprotective effect of Angelica gigas on global ischemia induced by 4-vessel occlusion in Wistar rats. Methods : Angelica gigas extracts was lyphilized after extraction with 85% methanol. We induced 4-VO for 10 minutes and reperfused again. The number of CA1 pyramidal neurons were counted after 7 days of reperfusion under the cresyl violet staining. Results : The results showed that Angelica gigas had significantly neuroprotective effects (100, 250 and 500mg/kg of AR extracts, p<0.001) compared with control group. Each neuroprotective ratio was about 66.1, 79.3 and 78.6% respectively. Immunohistochemical data partially explained the protective effects of Angelica gigas via attenuation of COX-2 induction in hippocampus. Conclusion : Angelica gigas gas neuroprotective effects on the global ischemia induced by 4-vessel occlusion in Wistar rats and the attenuation of COX-2 induction is thought to be its possible mechanism.

        This study intends to analyze the concept of infinity centered on the secondary school curriculum, as a part of the educational guidebook developments for cultivating logical way of thinking and imagining, as well as understanding the fundamental concept of "infinity". In the chapter l, we will investigate and analyze the historical back-ground of the concept for infinities and in the chapter ll, the infinity concerned areas will be dealt with in the current secondary mathematics curriculum by presenting many as well as theoretical examples about rather intuitional views of definitions and theories. So the students could have the opportunities to enlarge their thinking areas, and also we could develop the educational data concerning the concept of infinity.

        피로과정에서 S45C강의 반가폭과 잔류응력의 변화양상

        기계구조물의 피로과정에 대한 손상정도를 평가하기 위하여 X선 회절을 이용하여 반가폭 및 하중방향과 수직방향에서의 2축에 대한 잔류응력의 변화를 측정하였다. 반가폭은 피로과정의 초기에는 큰 변화를 보이지만 피로수명비의 약10∼20%이후에는 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 2축 방향에 대한 잔류응력은 피로수명비의 40% 전후에서 길이방향의 경우는 감소와 증가를, 폭방향의 경우는 증가와 감소를 하였으며, 응력진폭이 클수록 잔류응력의 절대 값은 커지는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. The purpose of this study is to examine the change of full width half maximum(FWHM) and residual stress during fatigue process in S45C Steel by X-ray diffraction. For S45C Steel, the relationship between the change in fatigue damage of the specimen and the FWHM, and residual stress of X-ray diffraction profiles during the fatigue processes has been investigated. The FWHM decreases in the early period of fatigue cycle. The change of FWHM is associated with cyclic work hardening. The change of the FWHM is not significant in 10∼20% of ratio of fatigue life. The residual stress is changed with fatigue cycle increasing during the fatigue process.

        In this paper, we propose the new algorithm for image vector quantizer. Image data is seperated to the edge part and nonedge part. Edge part is classified and edge table is generated. Using this edge table, codebook for edge data is generateted by LBG algorithm through the distance measure of abstract difference. Codebook for nonedge data is conventional one. Experimental results for X-ray image are compared by proposed vector quantizer and conventional one.

        응급센터내에서의 Do-Not-Resuscitate Order

        Do-not-resuscitate(DNR) decision in certain patients is a important part of patient management. The use of DNR order has been widely recognized in hospitalized patients, but there has been little discussion of the use of DNR order in emergency department. DNR decision in emergency department is difficult because there is no previous contact between physician and patient. To identify the medical reasons of the DNR decision and the process of the DNR in the emergency department, 293 DNR patients in emergency department during 1 year and 36 physicians having experienced DNR decision were studied. Reasons for DNR are irreversible states from brain damage or acute illness(63%), chronic irreversible illness(15%), prolonged cardiac arrest over 30 minutes(16%), physical injuries including decapitation(1%) and family's hope(5%). Almost DNR(72%) were decided by physicians. 72% of DNR decision were not documented. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was attempted before DNR decision in 38% of the patients and 17% of CPR attempts were unnecessary. Almost physician(88%) replied that physician should discuss resuscitation with family and process of DNR decision should be documented.

      • 탄산칼슘이 포함된 HDPE 필름의 광산화후 생분해

        대량생산 체제에서 기계적 산화 공정을 응용하여 공기 분위기에서 광분해성 마스터 뱃치(M/B)를 제조하였다. 제조된 M/B가 40 중량 % 첨가된 광분해성 HDPE 얇은 필름을 인플레이션 법으로 제조하였다. 필름의 광분해성을 시험하기 위하여 필름을 옥외에 노출시켜 기계적 물성 및 필름의 화학적 변화를 FTIR을 사용하여 관찰했다. 생분해 실험은 인큐베이터 및 토양 매립 실험을 동시에 실시했다. 광분해성 필름을 옥외 태양광 노출을 각각 0, 14, 28, 42일간 수행한 후 미생물 배양 시험을 행했다. 미생물 배양 시험에서 필름의 표면에 미생물의 성장과 포자의 형성을 관찰할 수 있었고 옥외 노출 기간이 증가함에 따라 필름 표면에 미생물의 성장이 증대되는 것을 관찰했다. 토양에 매립된 필름에서도 약간의 화학적인 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. Photodegradable commercial master batch(M/B) was prepared by using mechanical oxidation during melt mixing with high shear under air environment. High density polyethylene(HDPE) thin film containing 40 wt % photodegradable M/B was prepared by inflation film processing. The film was exposed to the sunlight to observe the photodegradability. The degradability of film was determined by the loss of tensile properties and degradation was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy. Biodegradation of exposed and unexposed film was investigated by microbiological test and soil burial test, respectively. Photodegradable film(P-1) was exposed for periods of 0, 14, 28, 42 days before being mixed with fungi. It was found that microorganisms(fungi) growth on the surface of film was augmented as sunlight exposed time increased. Soil buried film showed the chemical changes of matrix polymer.
