Purpose: At the industrial sites of aviation enterprises there is a significant optimization of the main production processes through the use of advanced digital technologies. The most promising are the latest technologies of industrial Internet of Things, active use of big data and practical application of artificial intelligence in production. Research design, data and methodology: The process of creating a competitive product in the high-tech aviation sector is actively linked to the investment appeal of aircraft and helicopter construction products, which is built on the basis of reducing production and time costs through the creation of an effective digital system. Results: The aviation cluster of Rostec State Corporation is currently being transformed in a significant way. The leading enterprises of the Russian aviation industry are actively mastering cooperation schemes using integrated digital management principles and the widespread introduction of digital products from leading Russian vendors. Conclusions: Following the transition to electronic aircraft design technologies and modern materials in the production of aircraft, UAC continues to improve all production processes through robotization and optimization of technological processes, due to the introduction of aircraft assembly technology in accordance with digital models.
Fault accommodation in systems described by finite automaton models

The problem of fault accommodation in discrete-event systems described by finite automaton models is considered. Solution to the problem is related to constructing the control law which provides full decoupling with respect to fault effects. Existing conditions are formulated and calculating relations are given for the control law determination.
Application of ecological interface design in nuclear power plant (NPP) operator support system

Most publications confirm that an ecological interface is a very efficient tool to supporting operators inrecognition of complex and unusual situations and in decision-making. The present article describes theexperience of implementation of an ecological interface concept for visualization of material balance in adrum separator of RBMK-type NPPs. Functional analysis of the domain area was carried out and revealedmain factors and contributors to the balance. The proposed ecological display was designed to facilitateexecution of the most complicated cognitive operations, such as comparison, summarizing, prediction,etc. The experimental series carried out at NPPs demonstrated considerable reduction of operators'mental load, time of reaction, and error rate.
OECD/NEA Study on the Economics and Market of Small Reactors

According to the OECD/NEA estimates, nuclear power plants (NPPs), whether with a large reactor or with small modular reactors (SMRs), are competitive with many other electricity generation technologies in a significant number of cases, one of the exceptions being natural gas in the USA with the current level of prices. However, SMRs have particular features and requirements setting conditions for their deployment. This paper presents the preliminary analysis by OECD/NEA of the economics, opportunities, and market for small nuclear reactors.
Nietzsche-Rezeption in Russland - Ein Überblick

Im vorliegenden Artikel geht es um die wichtigsten Perioden und Tendenzen der russischen Nietzsche-Rezeption - seit Ende der 1880er-Jahre bis zur modernen Zeit. Trotz der zensorischen Hindernisse der ersten Jahre wird Nietzsche allmählich zu einem Denker, dessen Ideen die wichtigsten geistigen Stroemungen der damaligen Zeit (z.B. diejenigen der Symbolisten und der Marxisten) sowie die zentralen Figuren unter den russischen Intellektuellen (etwa W. Solowjev, V. Ivanov und L. Schestov) beeinflusst haben. Nach der Revolution von 1917 und insbesondere seit Ende der 1920er-Jahre wird Nietzsche zu einer tabuisierten Figur. Erst in 1960-er-Jahren fängt eine neue, von der ‘marxistischen’ Methode geprägte Phase der Nietzsche-Analyse an. Mit dem Zerfall von Sowjetuinon beginnt eine 'Renaissance' der Nietzsche-Rezeption in Russland.
Creation of High-Quality Abstractions in Software Engineering

Abstraction is the cornerstone of ideal software engineering (SWE). This paper discusses a problem of forming reasonable generalizations, representations and descriptions in various software development processes through the prism of poor-quality (rash, unconsidered, uncertain and harmful) abstractions. To do this, emphasis is made on an induced strategic connection between the required abstraction and its compact specific formulation based on existing research and the author's introspective experience. A software aim point and characteristic preservation of the solution integrity is the subject of the best formulation and a program module or code associated with it. Moreover, a personal attitude expressed by personal interest, motivation and creativity, is proclaimed to be a fundamental factor in successful software development.
Prolongation of the BOR-60 reactor operation

The fast neutron reactor BOR-60 is one of the key experimental facilities worldwide to perform large-scale tests of fuel, absorbing, and structural materials for advanced reactors. The BOR-60 reactor was put into operation in December 1969, and by the end of 2014 it had been operating on power for ∼265,000 hours. BOR-60 still demonstrates potential capabilities to extend the lifetime of sodium-cooled fast reactors. The BOR-60 lifetime should have expired at the end of 2014. Over the past few years, a great scope of work has been performed to justify the possibility of extending its lifetime. The work included inspection of the equipment conditions, calculations and experimental research on operating parameters and the conditions of nonremovable components, investigation of the structural material samples after their long-term operation under irradiation, etc. Based on the results of the work performed, the residual lifetime was evaluated and the reactor operator made a decision to extend the lifetime period of the BOR-60 reactor. After considering both a set of documents about the reactor conditions and the positive decision of independent experts, the Regulatory Authority of the Russian Federation extended the BOR-60 operating license up to 2020.

The influence of magnetic fields on chemical processes has long been the subject of interest to researchers. For this time numerous investigations show that commonly the effect of a magnetic field on chemical reactions is insignificant with impact less than 10 percent. However, there are some papers that point to the observation of external magnetic field effect on chemical and biochemical systems actually having a significant impact on the reactions. Thus, of great interest is an active search for rather simple but realistic models, that are based on physically explicit assumptions and able to account for a strong effect of low magnetic fields. The present work theoretically deals with two models explaining how an applied weak magnetic field might influence the steady state of a non-equilibrium chemical system. It is assumed that external magnetic field can have effect on the rates of radical reactions occurring in a system. This, in turn, leads to bifurcation of the nonequilibrium stationary state and, thus, to a drastic change in the properties of chemical systems (temperature and reagent concentration).
Nietzsche und der Glaube der Griechen

Der Gegenstand des Artikels ist die Rolle des griechischen Glaubens in der Philosophie von Friedrich Nietzsche. Indem Nietzsche die Existenz einer von dem heutigen Standpunkt unüberwindbaren Kluft zwischen der platonisch-christlichen und vorplatonischen (bzw. “eigentlich” griechischen) Periode der griechischen Kultur betont, macht er eine Unterscheidung zwischen der Sittlichkeit und “Unmoralität” (bzw. Unverantwortlichkeit) des Glaubens, die durch die allmähliche Entwicklung der “aristokratischen Moral” geprägt ist, und dem ethischen Bild seit Platon. Diese Gegenüberstellung knüpft sich an die Opposition von Polytheismus (als “natürlich”) und Monotheismus (als “widernatürlich”) und an die Frage über die Notwendigkeit von mehreren persönlichen Idealen anstatt eines allgemeingültigen, das von dem “guten” Gott garantiert ist.
