In this article, a series of coumarin derivativefluorescent probes have been synthesized, which can realizesimple, rapid and sensitive detection of Pd2+. We tested thefluorescence properties of threefluorescentprobes, (E)-N0-(((4-chloropyridin-2-yl) methylene)-7-(diethylamino)-2-oxo-2H-chromene-3-carbohy(CMDCC) has the betterfluorescence properties and anti-interference ability. Then, CMDCC as thefluorescence probe for detection of Pd2+ was systematic studied. Under optimized conditions, this probehas a wide pH range, a lower detection limit (4.4510 8 mol L-1), and a faster response speed (3 min). Inthe Pd2+ concentration range of 0.1 5 mmol L-1, thefluorescence intensity of this probe and concentrationof Pd2+ show a good linear response. In this work, Pd2+ content in organic waste liquid was successfullydetected and a standard addition test was also performed. The satisfactory recovery rate was obtained. Moreover, it can be observed with naked eyes that the palladium ion changes the solution color of CMDCCfrom green to red. This color change can easily be compared with other metal salts. It indicates thatCMDCC can also detect Pd2+ by colorimetric method. Therefore, CMDCC should be used to rapidly,conveniently detect Pd2+ in environmental samples.
MR Imaging of the Spine at 3.0T with T2-Weighted IDEAL Fast Recovery Fast Spin-Echo Technique

Objective: To compare the iterative decomposition of water and fat with echo asymmetry and the least-squares estimation (IDEAL) method with a fat-saturated T2-weighted (T2W) fast recovery fast spin-echo (FRFSE) imaging of the spine. Materials and Methods: Images acquired at 3.0 Tesla (T) in 35 patients with different spine lesions using fat-saturated T2W FRFSE imaging were compared with T2W IDEAL FRFSE images. Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)-efficiencies measurements were made in the vertebral bodies and spinal cord in the mid-sagittal plane or nearest to the mid-sagittal plane. Images were scored with the consensus of two experienced radiologists on a four-point grading scale for fat suppression and overall image quality. Statistical analysis of SNR-efficiency, fat suppression and image quality scores was performed with a paired Student’s t test and Wilcoxon’s signed rank test. Results: Signal-to-noise ratio-efficiency for both vertebral body and spinal cord was higher with T2W IDEAL FRFSE imaging (p < 0.05) than with T2W FRFSE imaging. T2W IDEAL FRFSE demonstrated superior fat suppression (p < 0.01) and image quality (p < 0.01) compared to fat-saturated T2W FRFSE. Conclusion: As compared with fat-saturated T2W FRFSE, IDEAL can provide a higher image quality, higher SNR-efficiency, and consistent, robust and uniform fat suppression. T2W IDEAL FRFSE is a promising technique for MR imaging of the spine at 3.0T. To evaluate the relationship between abortions and risk of breast cancer, we conducted a case-control study with 669 cases and 682 population-based controls in Jiangsu Province of China. A structured questionnaire was used to elicit detailed information. Unconditional logistic regression analysis was performed to calculate odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). The results have revealed that induced abortion was related to increased risk of breast caner. Premenopausal women who had ${\geq}3$ times of induced abortion were at increased crude OR (2.41, 95%CI: 1.09-5.42) and adjusted-OR (1.55, 95%CI: 1.15-5.68). Postmenopausal women with a previous induced abortion were at increased crude OR (2.04, 95%CI: 1.48-2.81) and adjusted-OR (1.82, 95%CI: 1.30-2.54), and there was a significant increase trend in OR with number of induced abortions (p for trend: 0.0001). Overall, spontaneous abortion did not significantly alter the risk of breast cancer, but postmenopausal women who had history of spontaneous abortion were at increased OR. These results suggested that relationship between breast cancer and abortions may depend on menopausal status and induced abortion may played an important role in the development of breast cancer in Jiangsu' women of China.
매체융합(媒介融合) 관점에서 본 회화의 존재 방식에 대한 논의 - “반 고흐 예술의 몰입 체험”의 분석을 기반으로 -

본 연구는 반 고흐 예술의 몰입 체험전에서 시작하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 반 고흐 몰입 체험전을 분석하여 디지털 시대의 회화 존재 방식에 대한 문제와 미래 추세에 대한 것이다. 본 논문의 연구방법은 이론분석과 실천 고찰을 결합하여, 마샬 맥루한(Marshall McLuhan)의 매체와 인체 지각의 관계이론을 바탕으로, 반 고흐 예술의 몰입 체험을 통해 회화 원작과 포스트 디지털 페인팅 매체의 지각 차이를 논하는 방식이다. 본 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 미디어 커뮤니케이션의 관점에서 볼 때, 반 고흐 예술의 몰입 체험전은 오직 새로운 매체 기술을 이용하여 반 고흐회화 작품을 전개한 일종의 표현 방식이다. 작품 속성으로 볼 때, 이는 회화 작품을 소재로 2차 창작을 통해 완성한 새로운 매체 특성을 가진 작품이다. 즉, 이는 포스트 디지털 페인팅으로 회화 자체의 존재 형식을 벗어나며, 지각 측면에서 회화를 감상하는 방식을 변화시킨 것이다. 매체 융합 과정에서 화가의 순수한 의도와 담화력은 상실되고, 화가의 지위는 주도적 역할에서 존재의 필요성 정도로 낮아진다. 또한, 회화의 운반체와 매개체가 비물질화 될 가능성이 있으며, 시각 예술인 회화는 청각, 촉각, 운동 지각과 함께 공감각적 인터렉티브 형식을 구성하여 단일한 지각 심미경험을 대체할 가능성도 있다. 미래의 순수 회화는 관객들을 지각적으로 만족시키지 못해, 그 존재 방식은 역사적 단절을 맞이할 가능성이 있으며, 이로 인해 미래의 회화는 음악과 연기의 내재적 속성과 구조적 특징을 갖추게 될 것이다. This study started with Van Gogh Art Immersive Experience Exhibition. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Exhibition to study the problems and future trends of paintings in the digital era. The research method of this paper combines theoretical analysis and practical consideration, based on Marshall McLuhan"s theory of relations between media and human perception, and discusses perceptive differences between original paintings and post-digital painting media through immersive experiences of the Exhibition. The results and contents of this study are as follows. Viewing from media communication, the Exhibition is just a way to spread Van Gogh"s paintings using only new media technology. In terms of the work attributes, these are the works with new media characteristics that are completed through secondary creation based on the painting works. In other words, these are the post digital paintings that deviate from the existence form of the painting itself, and changes the way people appreciate paintings perceptually. During the media integration, painters" pure intentionality and discourse power will be lost, and their status will decline from leading role to necessity of existence. The carrier media of paintings will go non-material finally. As a kind of visual art, painting, together with hearing, touch and kinesthesis, forms an all-in-one sensory interaction and will replace the single perception aesthetic experience permanently. The pure intentional paintings will not satisfy the audience in perception and the way of existence will face a historical severance. Therefore, paintings in the future will have the intrinsic properties and structural characteristics of music and performance.

The alongside replenishment scheduling problem with time constraint determining the partition of the ships, the order of replenishment and the allocation of time to the ships at the same time is analyzed. It is equivalent to a multi-stage flow shop scheduling problem with the object of maximizing the effectiveness value of ship fleet. The problem solving process is divided into three steps, and based on the analysis of the three steps, a heuristic algorithm is proposed. The algorithm firstly considers the time allocated to each ship, and then sequences the ships by heuristic rule combining greed with insertion, finally determines the ships partitioning to the port and standard side. Emulating example with different problems’ scale and time constraints shows that the proposed heuristic algorithm is superior to some other algorithms.

In view of the modular multilevel topology with its uses in medium-voltage DC vessel integrated power systems, this paper deals with typical modular multilevel DC-DC converter (MMDC) topologies and AC control methods. In terms of DC control, a brief introduction is first made about a MMDC topology with parallel branches and its static characteristics. Then, an analysis is focused on the modeling of the MMDC and its model simplification. An optimal control strategy is proposed for the simplified model. Finally, the sensitivity of this system to model and parameter uncertainties is verified both theoretically and experimentally. The obtained results show that the proposed MMDC consisting of a heterogeneous full-bridge submodule and a parallel-branch structure can make the submodule voltage self-balancing and the range of output voltage wide. The use of an optimal control strategy based on a simplified model can lead the system to achieve good static and dynamic performance and robustness.
Design of PD Observers in Descriptor Linear Systems

A class of new observers in descriptor linear systems, proportional-derivative (PD) observers, are proposed. A parametric design approach for such observers is proposed based on a complete parametric solution to the generalized Sylvester matrix equation. The approach provides complete parameterizations for all the observer gains, gives the parametric expression for the corresponding left eigenvector matrix of the observer system matrix, realizes elimination of impulsive behaviors, and guarantees the regularity of the observer system.

Background: The utilization of Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) has gained popularity and acceptance worldwide. Increasing use of CHM either as a stand-alone or an adjunctive treatment for cancers has given rise to increasing concern on potential herbal-drug reactions. Possible combinatory effects are important to be explored in evaluating the rationality of integrating CHM and chemotherapy in clinical practice. This study aims to update the current knowledge on herbal-drug interactions (HDI) of the commonly used platinum-based chemotherapy (PtC) in cancer patients. Methods: Systemic searches will perform on online databases (English and Chinese) to identify papers from inception until December 2019 for inclusion into the review. The search strategy will be following PRISMA Scoping Reviews Checklist as a quality assurance step. All records retrieved will be screened by 2 independent reviewers. The preclinical studies and clinical studies that involve in assessing the concurrent use of CHM and PtC will be considered. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses will be used as scoping review framework. Discussion: This scoping review will explore the compatibility or combination rule of CHM-PtC and assist in understanding HDI in CHM-PtC co-treatment. Identification of active properties in CHM’s HDI and understanding pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamic of the CHM alone or as co-treatment are essential for patients’ safety profile. It will provide a new insight for future practice in cancer treatment. Robust H-infinity Estimation for Linear Time-Delay Systems: An Improved LMI Approach

The problem of robust H∞ estimation for the polytopic uncertain linear system with state delay is considered. Firstly, by introducing two auxiliary matrices a new LMI representation of H∞ performance is presented for the linear systems with a single time-varying state delay. The proposed criterion exhibits a kind of separation between the system matrices and the positive definite Lyapunov matrices. So the vertex-dependent Lyapunov functions can be adopted, and thus a less conservative re-sult is expected to be obtained.
