        항암화학요법 관련 오심과 구토 완화를 위한 비약물요법에 관한 연구동향

        Purpose: Purposes of this study were to understand the current trends on complementary therapy in relieving chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and to suggest the future research direction. Method: Subjects were selected on CINAHL, MEDLINE, Korean Academy Data Base from 1980 to 2001 which used nausea, vomiting, chemotherapy and complementary therapy as key words in experimental studies. Eight korean articles and twenty-one international articles were analyzed in terms of general characteristics, research methods, and types of complementary therapy. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods. Result: Since 2000, researchers have more actively used complementary therapy. In subject characteristics, mean age was 35.5 years old, 45% of the researchers were performed with high level of incidence of chemotherapy induced vomiting, 14% of them set limit of consecutive cycle during research, and 65% of them did not comment the selecting criteria of sample. About 60% of them were designed post-test only control group: 35% used INV by Rhodes, 31% used Likert scale, and 24% used VAS for dependent variable. Muscle relaxation therapy was mostly applied for relief of nausea and vomiting. Conclusion: Further studies will be needed to control extrinsic variables affecting nausea and vomiting in research design and to accumulate evidence with studies applying various complementary therapies.

        영·유아교육기관 교사의 직업적 어려움에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the professional problems perceived by the public & private kindergarten teachers, day care center teachers. The subjects of this study were 188 the public & private kindergarten teachers, day care center teachers. The results of this study were as follows : 1) For the frequency of teacher's perceived the professional problems according to the child education institution type, the nine global areas of factors was ranked the highest in which teachers of the day care center. 2) For the frequency of teacher's perceived the professional problems according to the age background of the child education institution teachers, the nine global areas of factors ranked the highest from twenty age to the middle of thirty age. 3) For the frequency of teacher's perceived the professional problems according to the academic background of the child education institution teachers, the global areas of factors showed a significant statistical difference in which teachers of graduated from a college than a university. 4) For the frequency of teacher's perceived the professional problems according to the career background with child education institution teachers, the global areas of factors showed a significant statistical difference.

        부산지역 대학생들의 대학가 음식문화 실태조사 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate a dietary life style of university student at campus towns and the actual condition of F&B(Food and Beverage) shop. This survey about the dietary was carried out with a variety of questionares about the life style. The subjects are 364 males and 278 females university students in Pusan area. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Package Program. The summary of the results are as follows : The most of the subjects have a meal in-campus restaurant with rice during daytime. In out-campus popular restaurant is a flouryfood restaurant and the most of subject used to go the restaurant to take a meal more than once for 2~3 days. Although a half of the subjects are satisfied with the restaurant in out-campus. Some of the subjects are unsatisfied with a price of food. A taste is the most popular criteria for selecting food in the restaurant and almost of the subjects take a meal in price 2,000~2,500won. Cchachangmyun is the most popular with the subject in the flouryfood restaurant, coffee is popular with the subject in the coffee shop. A half of the subjects used to go a hof house to drink, and beer is the most popular liquor with them. More than a half of the subject have a drinking at least more than once for a week in the drinking shop. A half of male subjects are able to drink more than 2,000cc beer and more than a half of female subjects are able to drink more than 500cc beer. More than a half of the subjects want to new F&B shop to got a new experience.

        B형 간염예방에 대한 교육매체의 효과 : 중·고등학생을 대상으로

        Purpose: Our research team developed two types of hepatitis B prevention materials: video tape and leaflet. We showed them to two groups of subjects separately, and the effect of education was compared to find out a more effective educational material for preventing hepatitis B. Method: Students at a middle school and a high school, one class for each school year, participated in the five areas of this study. They were educated for hepatitis management using the video tape and the leaflet. Before and after the education, they were tested for knowledge on hepatitis and health belief to analyze the effect of education. Results: 1) The video tape was more effective than the leaflet in delivering hepatitis knowledge and enhancing sensitivity & severity in health belief. 2) Hepatitis knowledge was improved significantly after the education. 3) Sensitivity & severity in health belief was improved significantly after the education. 4) Benefit in health belief was improved significantly after the education 5) Barrier in health belief decreased significantly after the education. 6) There was a correlation between hepatitis knowledge, sensitivity & severity in health belief and benefit in health belief. Conclusion: We suggest that for preventing hepatitis B it would be helpful to educate students in middle school and high school face to face with educational materials.

      • 한방재료를 첨가한 타조 추출액의 영양학적 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was undertaken to analyze chemical composition, macro- and micro-mineral contents of ostrich bone with flesh meat (BF), ostrich bone with flesh meat with herb medicine (BFH) and ostrich bone with internal organs (BI). Crude fat of the BFH was lower, but crude protein and crude ash of the BFH were significantly higher than those of the BF and the Bl. Among the minerals, Ca, P. Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn content of the BFH were significantly higher than the content in the BF and the BE The minerals, Ph, Cd and As were not detected in ostrich and herb medicine extracts. From the sensory, test of ostrich and herb medicine, the preferences were in the following order: ostrich bone with flesh meat with herb medicine (BFH), ostrich bone with flesh meat (BF), and ostrich bone with internal organs (BI) in extracts.

        뽕잎추출액코팅농도에 따른 뽕잎쌀밥의 품질에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to assess the optimum coating ratio for rice, using various ratios of mulberry leaves extract, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0%, and to determine the optimum ratio of added water, in proportion to the total weight of mulberry rice. The moisture content of the soaked rice, and the optimum water uptake rate, moisture content of the cooked rice, as well as its blue and color values, mechanical characteristics, internal structure and sensory evaluation, were analyzed. The statistical data analyses were completed using the SAS program. The results are summarized as follows: The moisture content of mulberry rice was less than that of raw rice. The average optimum water uptake of the soaked mulberry rice at the different water temperatures, 10, 20 and 30℃, was 20% of the total weight of the raw mulberry rice. As for the results of the sensory evaluation; 140% water, in proportion to the total weight of raw mulberry rice, was judged to be the optimum. The average moisture content of the cooked mulberry rice was 45~50%, but there was no significant difference in the various coating ratios. The blue value of the cooked mulberry rice awas highest on the first day of cooking. The L- and a-values decreased with increasing coating ratio, but the b-value increased under the same conditions. As for the mechanical characteristics,; the adhesiveness, hardness and springiness decreased during 2 days of storage. The internal structure of the mulberry rice, observed by SEM, showed a close structure on increasing the coating ratios of mulberry leaves extracts. It was concluded that the optimum coating ratio of mulberry rice and ratio of added water for cooking whereas 1.5 and 140%, respectively, in proportion to the total weight of raw mulberry rice.

        인형의 집 놀이에서 유아의 사회적 능력과 마음 이해능력과의 관계

        본 연구는 유아의 마음 이해능력과 유아의 사회적 능력간에 어떠한 관련이 있는지를 알아보고자 만 4-5세 유아 51명을 대상으로 마음 이해능력과 사회적 능력을 조사하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 마음 이해능력과제로는 속임수과제, Smarities과제, Maxi과제를 제시하여 마음 이해능력 유무를 측정하였으며, 사회적 능력의 측정은 인형의 집 놀이상황에서 Bronson 척도를 사용하여 관찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과 마음 이해능력과 ‘사회적 능력’이 유의하게 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 따 라서 유아의 마음 이해능력과 사회적 능력 간에는 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 본 연구의 결과는 마음 이해능력을 기초로 한 사회적 능력 향상 프로그램 개발에 기초 자료로써 제공될 수 있을 것이다. This study examined the subjects' ability to understand mind and their social capacity with 51 children between four and five years old in order to know relationship between child's ability to understand mind and their social capacities. It measured their abilities to understand mind by presenting tasks to understand mind used in this study included trickery, Smarities and Maxi tasks and their social capacities were observed with Bronson measure at doll house play situation. As a result of this study, it was found that their abilities to understand mind and 'social capacities' were significantly high. Accordingly, there was a close relationship between children's abilities to understand mind and social capacities and the results of this study can be provided as basic materials for developing programs of improving their social capacities based on their abilities to understand mind.
