생애주기별 신체활동 치유 프로그램의 현황과 활성화 방안 연구 - 호서지역 보건소 프로그램 중심으로 -

This study was to analyze the Life-Cycle Physical Activity Therapy Programs (PATPs) in Hoseo Region and to suggest the Activation of the program. The subjects were the 81 PATPs performed in 36 of the Community Health Centers in the region. The basic data was collected by Official Documents, the Homepage of the Centers, Telephone Interview, and e-mail with the person in charge of the programs. All the data were classified to the administrative districts (Rural, Urban-Rural Intergration and Urban Region), the Life Cycles (Children, Youth, Adult and Old Adult) and the Health-related Fitness Variables (Strength/Muscle endurance, Flexibility and Aerobics). The ACSM’s (American College Sports Medicine) Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription were used to evaluate the PATPs. In the results, the number of the PATPs was too low compared to the population. Also, the PATPs were not considered to the Life-Cycle proportion of the population. The management of the PATPs was principally inadequate. The frequency and duration of the PATPs were deficient in order to improve the Health-related Fitness. In conclusion, the number of the PATPs should be increased proportionally compared to the population, operated and developed on the Specificity of the Life-Cycle Population in the administrative districts. Further, the PATPs should be managed on the scientific knowledge of physical activity therapy.
순환운동프로그램이 중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질, 혈관탄성 및 근력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of circuit training on body composition, blood lipid, vascular compliance, and isotonic strength in obese middle aged women. 20 obese (percentage of body fat ≥ 30%) middle aged women were recruited from public health center. For intervention participants, their body composition (body weight, percentage of body fat, fat free mass), blood lipid profiles(TC, TG), vascular compliancd(upper hand,lower foot), and strength were measured at before and after the intervention. Subjects were divided into two groups; circuit training group (n=23), control group (n=23). First, After 12 weeks, body weight, percentage of body fat were significantly decreased in the circuit training group compared to the control group. Second, After 12 weeks, TC, TG were significantly decreased in the circuit training group compared to the control group. Also, vascular compliance and isotonic strength were significantly effectiveness in exercise groups. It was concluded that circuit training program has positive effect on promoting body composition, lipid profile, vascular compliance and isotonic strength in obese middle aged women.

본 연구 목적은 고지방식이 유도 비만 쥐의 피하지방조직에서 라스베라트롤 투여가 대식세포 침윤관련 염증인자에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 정상식이군, 고지방식이군, 고지방식이+라스베라트롤 투여군으로 분류한 후, 라스베라트롤 투여군은 15주간 25 mg/kg 농도로 Dimethyl Sulfoxide에 용해하여 투여하였으며, 비교군은 Dimethyl Sulfoxide 용액만을 투여하였다. 연구결과 고지방식이군은 정상식이군에 비하여 체중이 유의하게 증가하였고, 라스베라트롤 투여군에서 고지방식이 군보다 NLRP3. ASC, Casepase1 mRNA 발현이 감소하였다. 또한 염증마커로 알려진 IL-18 mRNA 발현이 라스베라트롤 투여군에서 정상식이군과 고지방식이군보다 낮게 나타났다. 대식세포 침윤 마커인 F480, CD86 mRNA 발현에서도 라스베라트롤 투여군에서 고지방식이 군보다 유의한 감소를 보였다. 따라서 라스베라트롤 투여는 고지방식이 유도 비만 상황에서 대식세포 침윤 염증과 inflammasome에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of resveratrol supplementation on inflammasome, inflammation, and macrophage markers in subcutaneous adipose tissue of high-fat-diet–induced obese mice. C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to three groups: normal diet control (NC; n=10), high-fat diet control (HC; n=10), or high fat with resveratrol (HRE; n=10) group. The mice were fed a high-fat diet (60% of calories from fat) or normal diet (18% of calories from fat). Resveratrol dissolved in a 0.1ml solution of dimethyl sulfoxide was supplemented orally at 25 mg/kg body weight. After 15 weeks, the body weight was significantly higher in the high-fat diet group than in the normal diet group. The inflammasome markers NLRP3, ASC, and caspase1 were significantly lower in the HRE group than in the HC group. The levels of an inflammation marker, IL-18, were also significantly lower in the HRE group than in the NC and HC groups. The levels of macrophage markers F480 and CD86 were significantly lower in the HRE group than in the HC group. The levels of the M2 macrophage marker CD206 were significantly decreased in the HC and HRE groups. Resveratrol had a positive effect on ameliorating the complications of high fat diet-induced obesity by reducing inflammasome and M1 macrophage gene expressions. However, resveratrol supplementation did not reduce inflammation gene expression.

본 연구 목적은 고지방식이 동물의 간 조직에서 크리신 투여 또는 중강도운동이 Inflammasome과 thermogenesis 유전자 발현의 차이를 규명하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구를 위해 정상식이군, 고지방식이군, 고지방식이+크리신 투여군, 고지방식이+중강도 운동군으로 분류한 후, 크리신 투여군은 16주간 50 ㎎/㎏ 농도로 투여하였으며, 운동군은 최대산소섭취량의 60-75%의 중강도 운동으로 실시되었다. 연구결과 크리신 그리고 중강도운동군은 지방조직, 간조직 무게 그리고 지방세포 크기가 고지방식이 군과 비교해 유의하게 감소하였다. Inflammasome 유전자 변화는 크리신 투여군 그리고 중강도 운동군에서 NLRP3. ASC, Casepase1 mRNA 발현이 고지방식이 군과 비교해 유의하게 감소하였다. 열발생마커로 알려진 PGC-1a, BMP7 mRNA 발현은 중강도 운동군에서만 고지방식이군과 비교해 유의하게 증가했다. 결론적으로 중강도 운동은 고지방식이 동물에서 지방무게, Inflammasome, 그리고 열발생 유전자들의 발현을 비만을 억제하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여진다. 하지만 크리신 투여는 열발생 유전자 발현에는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였다. 향후 연구에서는 크리신의 비만억제 효과를 규명하기 위해 투여농도 기간을 고려한 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of either chrysin or exercise on the inflammasome and thermogenic markers in the livers of high-fat fed mice. C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to four groups: normal diet control (NC; n=5), high-fat diet control (HC; n=5), high-fat diet with chrysin (Hch; n=5), and high-fat diet with moderate exercise (HME; n=5). The mice were fed a high-fat diet (60% of calories from fat) or normal diet (18% of calories from fat). Chrysin was supplemented orally as 50㎎/㎏/day dissolved in a 0.1ml solution of dimethyl sulfoxide. The exercised mice ran on a treadmill at 12-20 m/min for 30-60 min/day, 5 times/week, for 16 weeks. After the intervention, the epididymal fat and liver weights were significantly decreased in the HME group compared with HC and Hch groups. The adipocyte size was effectively decreased in the Hch and HME groups compared with the HC group. The inflammasome markers NLRP3, IL-1β, and caspase1 were significantly decreased in the Hch and HME groups compared with the HC group. The thermogenic markers PGC-1α and BMP7 were significantly lower in the HC than in the NC group. However, the HME group showed an increase in the thermogenic markers. In conclusion, chrysin and moderate exercise have positive effects on obese metabolic complications induced by high-fat diets by reducing inflammasome genes. However, chrysin supplementation had no effect on thermogenic gene expression. Moderate exercise would therefore seem to be more effective in controlling obesity-induced metabolic deregulation.
저지방식이를 병행한 유산소 운동과 케르세틴 섭취가 비만쥐의 비장세포 염증성 사이토카인과 Th1, Th2 사이토카인 발현에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise training and quercetin supplementation with low fat diet on inflammation and Th1, Th2 cytokine production in splenocytes in obese mice. C57BL/6 mice were fed high fat diet (45% fat) for 12 weeks first, then switched low fat diet (10% fat) for 8 weeks. Mice were divided into four groups: (1) control group (HLC, n=10), (2) quercetin with low fat diet (HLQ), (3) exercise with low fat diet (HLE), and (4) quercetin and exercise with low fat diet (HLEQ). Exercise training was performed for 8 weeks on a motorized treadmill running for 30~60 min/day at 10~18 m/min, 0% grade, five times per week. Quercetin supplement was administrated once a day, 10mg/kg, 5 days/week for 8 weeks. After 20 weeks, all the splenocyte was collected and Con A(Concanvalin A 10μg/㎖) were used to stimulate the cells. Then, TNF-a, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-10 were measured by ELISA kits. Two way ANOVA was used and p value under 0.05 was considered as statistical significance. In the results, body weight, TNF-a production were significantly reduced and IL-2, IL=10 were significantly increased after 8 weeks aerobic exercise with low fat diet. This data suggest that aerobic exercise training with low fat diet has a positive effect to improve immunocompetence in obese mice
중강도 운동과 라스베라트롤 투여가 고지방식이 비만쥐 지방조직의 대식세포 침윤과 염증반응에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness either resveratrol or exercise with a low fat diet on visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue of high fat diet-induced obese mice. METHODS: C57BL/6 mice were fed a high fat diet for 12 weeks first and a low fat diet for 8 weeks later. Mice were divided into 5 groups: high-fat diet (HD), low-fat diet control (HLC), low-fat diet with resveratrol (HLR), low-fat diet with exercise (HLE), low-fat diet with exercise plus resveratrol (HLER). The training groups ran on a treadmill at 12-20 m/min for 30-60 min/day, 5 times/weeks for 8 week. After the 20 weeks, visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissues were analyzed. RESULTS: As a result, F480 mRNA expression of HLR, HLE, and HLER was significantly decreased compared to HD in both adipose tissues. CD11c mRNA expression was significantly decreased HLE, HLER in both adipose tissue. CD163 mRNA expression was significantly increased by HLE, HLER in visceral adipose tissue only. Exercise groups were markedly inhibited TLR4 mRNA expression, ICAM-1, VCAM-1 and IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1 mRNA in visceral adipose tissue only. In visceral and subcutaneous adipose tissue, IL-6, TNF-α mRNA were partially prevented. CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that exercise or resveratrol with a low-fat diet have a positive effect to ameliorate the obeseinduced metabolic disturbances compared to a low-fat diet alone. However, it seems that exercise with a low fat diet is more effectively macrophage infiltration in visceral than subcutaneous adipose tissue.
태권도 선수의 시즌기와 비시즌기 체중감량 차이가 신체구성, 체력, 무산소성 파워 및 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes between the seasons and the off-season of body composition, physical fitness, anaerobic power, isokinetic muscular function by weight reduction levels in Taekwondo players. Twenty-four Taekwondo players was divided into 2 groups: STD(standard weight reduction group, n=12), NSTD(non-standard weight reduction group, n=12). Body composition, physical fitness(strength, endurance, power, flexibility, agility, reaction time, coordination, lung capacity) and anaerobic power, isokinetic muscular function were measured. The results of this study were as follows: Muscle mass, lean body mass, total body water, lung capacity(one second) and anaerobic power in STD group was significantly higher than NSTD group (p<.05). In this results, to prevent performance loss, weight maintenance and weight reduction is recommended through diet and exercise of between the season and off-season.
