        참깨의 抗酸化性 物質含量과 主要性分 및 種實特性間 相互 關係

        This study was conducted to obtain basic information for oil quality improvement of sesame varieties. The sesamin content was positively correlated with oil content, unsaturated fatty acids and seed weight, while it showed negative correlation with protein content and hulled ratio. The relation of sesamolin content to oil and protein content was not significant. Significant positive correlation was obtained between seed weight and oil content while correlation between seed weight and hulled ratio was negatively significant. Based on the relationship between, oil content and ratios of sesamolin to sesamin content 40 tested varieties were classified into three groups, Type A : Black-seed varieties, Type B : White and brown-seed varieties, Type C : White-seed varieties(determinated plant types).

        참깨品種의 貯藏溫度 및 期間에 따른 抗酸化成分 含量의 變化

        The changes in content of antioxidant as affected by storage temperature and period were investigated in order to obtain the basic informations on the judgement of the degrees of storage injury in sesame. Varietal differences of decreasing rate in antioxidant content were clearly observed. Decreasing rate of antioxidants content of the cultivar, suwon 9, showed smaller variation compared with those of the other varietal variations. The highest decreasing rate as affected by storage temperature and period was appeared in oil content. While, the lowest deceasing rate was observed in sesamolin. The sesamin content was medium. On the other hand, the variation of fatty acids by storage was increased in palmitic and stearic acid, while decreased in oleic and linoleic acid. The antioxdants contained in sesame seed were little changed in spite of the long storage period, and this might be related to the germinating ability due to the inhibition of oxidation in sesame seed components.

        野生 참깨 sesangolin 成分의 分離 및 定量分析

        This study was conducted to obtain basic information on the lignan components from sesame seed. Sesangolin was isolated and identified by means of spectral data, and quantitative analysis was performed by HPLC from sesame varieties S. radiatum, S. alatum and Gana-wild sesame. Separation was achieved by isocratic elution using reversed phase Develosil ODS colunm. The content of the major lignan components was about 0.13%, 0.51% from S. radiatum, 0.16%, 0.47%, from S. alatum 0.14, 0.29% from Gana wild sesame for sesamin and sesangolin respectively.

        참깨 種實 抗酸化性 物質의 品種間 差異

        This study was conducted to obtain basic information for breeding materials on the anti-oxidants of sesame seeds. The 116 sesame collections originated from domestic and foreign countries were tested to evaluate sesamin and sesamolin contents. Sesamin contents of sesame varieties were ranged 0.04~0.68% and sesamolin contents of those were ranged 0.08-0.68%. The Korea bred varieties, America varieties, white seed coat color and one capsule, bi-carpels, quadri-loculi collections showed higher sesamin contents than that of other regions, brown or black seed coat color and three capsules, quadri-carpels, octo-loculi sesame. The Korea bred varieties, America varieties, black seed coat color showed higher sesamolin contents than that of other regions and white seed coat color. Universally, the large sesame seed showed higher sesamin and sesamolin content than that of small seed. Significant correlation coefficients were found between sesamin and sesamolin.

        참깨의 着朔位置에 따른 抗酸化成分 含量의 變化

        The study was conducted to provide basic information to breeder and agronomists working with sesame. Antioxidant contents, oil content and seed weight were investigated for two plant type identified and classified by branching habit. Changes of Antioxidant contents, oil content and seed weight as affected by capsule position in different plant type o sesame were estimated. Eight capsule positions, five on the main stem and three on the branches, were selected and the results obtained are as follows. The sesamin and sesamolin content of branch type was greatest at positions on the lower central part of the main stem and branches. The sesamin and sesamolin content of nonbranch type was greatest at positions on the upper bottom part of the main stem, the central part of the branch and smallest at the position on the top part of the main stem and branches. The oil content and seed weight was greatest at positions on the lower bottom part of the main stem, the bottom part of the branches. Non-branch type was better than branch-type in variation of sesamin and sesamolin content. Side capsule on main stem and branch were better than center capsule of main stem and branch in variation of sesamin and sesamolin content. The sesamin, sesamolin, oil content and seed weight of 4~9th node was shown lowest variation in comparison with those of other nodes.

        마 珠芽(零餘子) 器內培養에 의한 캘러스 誘起 및 植物體 再分化

        This studies was carried out to understand the effect of some kinds of media, concentration levels of plant growth regulators and activated characoal on callus induction plant regeneration and growth aspects of regenerated plant from bulbil in vitro culture. Percentage of callus induction was reduced at gradual increase levels of IAA concentration with activated charcoal MS compared with control MS. Regeneration frequency showed to increase at low level of IAA concentration with activated charcoal 1/8 MS in all culture varieties. In case of Jangma variety, callus induction was not showed at low level of IAA concentration with activated charcoal 1/8 MS. Regeneration frequency with the kinds of media were 86% at Heller, 85% at 1/8 MS and 80% at N6. In case of N6, number of roots and number of branch were remarkably increase at additive concentration level with IAA 0.5~1.0㎎/ℓ and kinetin 1㎎/ℓ, also in case of MS, percentage of callus induction was high, but regeneration frequency was very low.
