        월성 1호기 계속운전을 위한 증기발생기 열화관리

        As a part of license renewal for the continued operation of Wolsong unit 1, the periodic safety review report was submitted near the end of design lifetime, 2012, and now is under reviewing. Major components of primary system such as pressure tubes, feeder pipes and so on are being replaced and many components of secondary system are also being repaired. So the license renewal of Wolsong unit 1 is expected to be acquired without significant issues. But on the other hand, steam generators of Wolsong unit 1 had the good performance and therefore the replacement and repair for the steam generator are not needed. Recently it is reported that some cracks were detected in a few of european steam generator with Alloy 800 tubes and the cause of cracks was the outer diameter stress corrosion cracking(ODSCC) due to the concentration of chemical impurities on the outer surface of tube. Accordingly the overall review on this issue was performed. The long-term operation is likely to results to form the concentration mechanism for the tube corrosion as the sludge build-up in the secondary side of steam generator and the crack in the crevice between tube and tube-sheet and expansion transitions is apt to be occurred. In this paper, the history of steam generator inspection and operation of Wolsong unit 1 are reviewed and the reliability of steam generator tube is evaluated and the steam generator aging management program for Wolsong unit 1 is introduced.

        월성1호기 계속운전 관련 결함연료위치탐지계통 배관의 열화관리평가

        The end of design lifetime for Wolsong unit 1 will be reached on 20th November in 2012. So the license renewal documents for the continuous operation of Wolsong unit 1 is under reviewing now. Major components of primary system such as pressure tubes, feeder pipes including delayed neutron monitoring system tubing are being replaced and many components of secondary system are also being repaired. In this paper, the assessment on the wear degradation of delayed neutron monitoring system tubing(on the other hand, DN tube was called) was performed for the ageing management of the same component. The wear defects of this component was one of causes that resulted in heavy water leakage accidents. Therefore design specifications of Wolsong uint 1 and heavy water leakage accidents of pressurized heavy water reactors were reviewed and causes of wear defect for DN tubes were analyzed. Wear propagation equations based on the heavy water leakage history were made and the proper repairing time was possible to be expected if the continued operation was considered. Finally design change items of DN tubes that were conducted for the long term operation of Wolsong unit 1 are introduced.

        기판력(旣判力)의 문제를 중심으로 한 진정명의회복(眞正名義回復)을 위한 소유권이전등기청구(所有權移轉登記請求)에 관한 고찰

        99다37894 전원합의체 판결은 소송물이 ``실질적으로 동일``한 경우란 형식적으로는 별개의 소송물이지만 ``갈음할 수 있는 관계``인 경우이고, 그 요건은 청구권 목적의 실질적 동일성 및 법적 근거와 성질의 동일성이라는 판시를 하고 있다. 말소등기청구소송의 기판력이 소유권의 존부까지 미치게 하기 위해 위 전원합의체 판결의 다수의견이나 별개의견이 소송물의 실질적 동일성이나 신의칙을 제시한 것은 아니다. 대법원이 전소인 소유권이전등기청구소송에서 패소한 자가 전소원고를 상대로 후소인 진정명의회복을 위한 소유권이전등기청구소송을 제기할 수 없다는 입장으로 바뀌었지만 종래 모순관계를 형식적으로 파악하여온 입장 자체를 변경하였다고 보기는 어렵다. 전소인 소유권이전등기청구소송의 피고로서 패소한 자가 최종등기명의인을 상대로 후소인 진정명의회복을 위한 소유권이전등기청구소송을 제기하는 경우, 전소와 후소의 당사자가 다르고 변론종결 후의 승계인에 해당하지도 않으므로 전소의 기판력의 적용을 받지 않는다. 전소인 소유권이전등기말소청구소송의 피고로서 패소한 자가 후소로써 제기하는 진정명의회복을 위한 소유권이전등기청구가 기판력에 저촉되는 이유에는 말소회복등기청구의 대용물이라는 점이 적시되어야 한다.

        월성1호기 계속운전 경년열화 규제기술 개발

        As NPPs' operating times increase, the integrity of nuclear components is continually degraded due to aging effects of systems, structures and components. In addition, for the case of continued operation beyond design life, additional aging effects occurred during the extended operating period lead to more degradation of the integrity of nuclear components. Therefore, it is very important to mange and evaluate the aging to secure the safety of NPPs. Wolsong unit 1 is approaching to its design life of 30 years in 2012. The license renewal documents for continued operation of Wolsong unit 1 Is under reviewing now. In this paper, regulatory technologies for continued operation of Wolsong unit 1 developed by KINS will be introduced. That technologies include the safety review guidelines, regulatory guides for aging management program and regulatory program for audit calculation.

        한국표준형원전 증기발생기 전열관 확관부위의 응력해석

        The steam generators of OPR-1000 plants have Alloy 600 and Alloy 690 as the tube material and its tube expansion method is the explosive expansion method. According to the experience of these plants, circumferential cracks were largely occurred in steam generator tubes expanded by the explosive expansion method and their locations were the outer surface of tube expansion transition region surrounding with piled-up sludge. But even though tubes have the same conditions, tubes with the hydraulic expansion method shows the prevail trend of axial cracks compared to circumferential cracks. Therefore in this study, in order to identify the difference of such phenomena as above, configurations of tube and tubesheet were modeled and at operating conditions, stress values applied in the tube expansion transition area in accordance with tube expansion methods were calculated by using computational program and the direction and the predominance of cracks were evaluated. 한국표준형원전(OPR-1000)의 증기발생기 전열관은 관재료로 Alloy 600과 Alloy 690이 사용되고 있으며 전열관 확관방법은 폭발확관법이 적용되었다. 원전 운전경험에 따르면 전열관 확관법으로 폭발확관법이 사용된 증기발생기의 전열관들은 원주방향 균열이 잘 발생하였으며 그 위치는 전열관의 확관천이부위 외면이었고 슬러지에 의해 둘러싸인 지역이었다. 그러나 같은 조건의 전열관이라도 수압확관법이 적용된 경우는 원주방향 균열보다는 축방향 균열이 우세한 경향을 보여왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상기와 같은 차이를 규명하기 위하여 전열관과 관판의 형상을 모델링하였으며 확관법에 따라 운전중 조건에서 전열관의 확관천이 부위에 작용하는 응력의 크기를 전산프로그램을 사용하여 계산하였고, 균열의 방향성과 우세성을 평가하였다.

        LED 모듈 표준 표시사항의 경제적인 평가를 위한 단일 핀 방열 블록의 냉각성능 예측

        LED has received intensive research attention due to its long life, high efficacy, fast response and wide colour availability, and has secured extensive application areas. However, LED chips within the modules convert only fraction of electric energy into light, and majority of supplied energy needs to be dissipated as heat, which challenges in the performance and life of the LED modules. IEC 62717 specifies the performance requirements for LED modules together with the test methods and conditions. The present study examined the influence of different design parameters on performance temperature through series of experiments and numerical simulations. The economic means to change the module performance temperature during the measurement of mandatory markings were suggested based on predicted cooling performances.

        하이드레이트 펠릿의 비평형 분해과정 수치해석

        The prediction of hydrate pellet decomposition characteristics is required to design the regasification process of GTS (gas to solid) technology, which is considered as an economic alternative for LNG technology to transport natural gas produced from small and stranded gas wells. Mathematical model based on the conservation principles, the phase equilibrium relation, equation of gas state and phase change kinetics was set up and numerical solution procedure employing volume averaged fixed grid formulation and extended enthalpy method are implemented. Initially, porous methane hydrate pellet is at uniform temperature and pressure within hydrate stable region. The pressure starts to decrease with a fixed rate down to the final pressure and is kept constant afterwards while the bounding surface of pellet is heated by convection. The predicted convective heat and mass transfer accompanied by the decomposed gas flow through hydrate/ice solid matrix is reported focused on the comparison of spherical and cylindrical pellets having the same effective radius.

        목분 충진 고분자 용융체의 압출다이 내 유동 및 열전달에 관한 수치해석

        A three-dimensional numerical analysis of the flow and heat transfer characteristic of wood-flour-filled polypropylene melt in an extrusion die was carried out. Used for this analysis were Finite Concept Method based on FVM, unstructured grid and non-Newtonian fluid viscosity model. Temperature and flow fields are closely coupled through temperature dependent viscosity and viscous dissipation. With large Peclet, Nahme, Brinkman numbers, viscous heating caused high temperature belt near die housing. Changing taper plate thickness and examining some predefined parameters at die exit investigated the effect of taper plate on velocity and temperature uniformities. In the presence of taper plate, uniformity at die exit could be improved and there existed an optimum thickness to maximize it.
