        암환자와 그 가족의 가족레질리언스 강화 프로그램 개발과 효과성 검증

        This study aims to develop a program for enhancing family resilience in cancer patients along with their family members and verify its effectiveness. The subjects were inpatients with cancer and their families, totaling 46 subjects at an university hospital in Busan. They were divided into two groups, the participating group who were in an experiment and the control group who were not taking part in the experiment. Then family resilience was measured before and after completing the program sessions. The program was conducted once a week, 4 times, for two hours. The participating group of family resilience strengthening program showed higher family resilience compared with that of the control group. The results suggest that family resilience can be enhanced through adversity. It also verifies that family resilience of family members with cancer patients can be strengthened by expressing emotion, conveying deep affection, and sufficiently supporting one another through the family resilience strengthening approach.

        大麥의 半矮性 短稈 및 GA反應性의 遺傳 Ⅰ. 半矮性 短桿形質의 遺傳分析

        This investigation was carried out to identify dwarfing sources of five Korean barley cultivars, Baekdong, Namhae, Songhak, Paldal, and Dusan 8. Three foreign cultivars, Himalaya, Svanhals, and Baitori 10 were used as the genetic markers of the dwarf genes, br, br₂ and uz respectively. Eight cultivars were crossed by all possible combinations so as to know the genetic sources of their culm lengths. The major dwarf gene of Baekdong was the uz by which Baitori 10 was controlled. Songhak was controlled by two independent recessive dwarf genes and one of them was considered to be uz gene. The crosses between Korean cultivars, Namhae, Paldal and Dusan 8, and the cultivars of three genetic markers showed that three Korean cultivars were controlled by one recessive dwarf gene different from br,br₂ and uz gene. In the crosses among three Korean cultivars, Namhae, Paldal, Dusan 8, each one was controlled by different gene or genes from another ones.

        메밀 遺傳資源의 種實 및 植物體內 루틴含量 變異

        Distribution of rutin content was investigated with the 69 domestic and 43 introduced lines of buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) by spectrophotometric method. All the native lines and most of the introduced ones from foreign countries except five lines were assorted in the range of 20~50㎎/100g of rutin content, implying the potential use of five exotic lines which showed high rutin content above 50㎎/100g. Rutin content of some plant parts at the flowering stage was higher with order of flower > leaf > stem > root and that of flower was 28.2 times higher as compared with the seed groat of Kunggijaerae(diploid). During the growth stage up to flowering, the rutin content in whole plant increased by two or three leaf stages, then decreased. The HPLC analysis of seeds pointed out that the tetraploid lines had much higher rutin content than diploid ones. Increment of rutin content may be possible by doubling chromosome and these genetic resources of higher rutin can be useful in buckwheat breeding program.

      • 고속 발효 시스템을 이용하여 생산된 유기질비료 효능평가에 관한 연구

        고속 유기질 비료 생산 시스템이 농업 폐자원인 돈분과 왕겨를 재활용 하기 위하여 개발되었다. 본 연구는 이 시스템으로 부터 생산된 유기질 비료의 효능을 평가하기 위해서 수행되었다 몇 가지 종류의 미생물들이 돈분과 왕겨의 퇴비화를 가속화하기 위해 사용되었다. 포장에서 사용된 유기비료의 효능을 평가하기 위해 상치를 재배하였다 초기 돈분과 왕겨 혼합물의 평균 C/N 비율은 40.64이었으나 24시간후 21 57로 낮게 나타났다. 5개의 미생물 조합들 중에서 ABab조합이 가장 낮은 C/N 비율인 19 82를 나타내었다. 이것은 돈분과 왕겨의 퇴비화에는 ABab조합이 가장 적절한 미생물 조합이라는 것을 지적하고 있다. Bab와 Bb조합들은 C/N 비율이 각자 20 12 와 20 14 나타내었으며 이는 미생물 그룹들 중에 B와 b그룹이 돈분과 왕겨 혼합물에서 가장 효율이 높은 그룹인 것이라는 것을 지적해 주고 있다 상치를 재배했을 때 오직 화학비료(NPK조합)만을 사용한 조합은 여러 미생물 조합을 사용한 조합들과 유의성을 나타내지 않았다. 이것은 장기적인 측면에서 유기질 비료를 사용하는 것이 단기적으로 화학비료 사용으로 인한 토양 산성화와 오염 등의 폐단을 극소화하기 위한 가장 바람직한 방법이라는 것을 나타내고 있다.       • Perlite와 NFT 재배방식에 따른 채소작물의 생육특성연구

        본 연구는 채소작물에 알맞은 양액재배용 배지를 구하기 위해 수행되었다. 사용된 채소 작물은 샐러리, 엔다이브, 결구상추이었으며 2가지 사용된 배지는 필라이트와 암면(대,소)이었다. 이용된 채소작물들의 생장특성은 필라이트 재배시보다 암면재배시 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 샐러리와 엔다이브는 작은 암면을 사용했을 때가 큰 암면을 사용했을 때보다 생육이 양호했으며 결구상추는 반대로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 실험에서 사용된 채소작물들에 알맞은 양약재배 배지는 필라이트 재배방식보다는 암면인 것으로 추측되며 암면의 크기가 생장에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 생각된다. This study was carried out to decide a optimum medium for three vegetable crops in a soilless culture. The vegetable crops used were celery(APium graveolns L.), endive(Cichorium endivia L), and head lettuce(Lactuca sativa L. var, Capitata) and media used were a perlite and a rockwood with a nutrient film technique(NFT). Growth characteristics of the vegetable crops were investigated in early two stages. The vegetables appeared to grow better in NFT(rockwood) system than in a large rockwood system, while head lettuce showed better growth in a large rockwood system. Therefore, it may be concluded that an optimum best hydroponic system fot the vegetables is a rockwood system, and that the size of rockwood is a significant influence on the growth of the vegetables.
