        유도결합방식에 의한 무선 에너지 및 데이터 전송

        최근 첨단 과학의 발달과 함께 인체조직에 대한 적용도가 뛰어난 소재가 개발되어 초소형의 이식형 장치가 개선되어감에 따라 전력공급방법의 다양한 연구가 이루어져 유도코일을 이용하여 무선으로 전력을 전송하는 장치가 연구되어오고 있다. 이에 저자는 이론적으로 효율이 100%인 E급 전력증폭기를 사용하여 $2{\sim}30mm$의 공극거리에서 가장 이상적인 주파수를 1MHz로 설정하여 제작하였고, 직경 46mm의 송수신 코일을 이용하여 코일의 비정렬에 대한 전송율이 이격거리가 10mm일 때, 20% 감소되었다. PLL을 사용하여 주파수추적동조법으로 공극거리 15 mm 이내에서는 완만하게 20% 정도의 에너지 전송효율을 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 최적의 공진거리에서 50 mA 정도의 출력전류가 얻을 수 있다는 것은 초소형 전기 자극기와 같은 이식형 장치를 동작시키는데 구동 전력으로 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Bio-implantable devices such as heart pacers, gastric pacers and drug-delivery systems require power for carrying out their intended functions. These devices are usually powered through a battery implanted with the system or are wired to an external power source. This paper describes an inductive power transmission link, which was developed for an implantable stimulator for direct stimulation of denervated muscles. The carrier frequency is around 1MHz, the transmitter coil has a diameter of 46mm, and the implant coil is 46mm. Data transmission to the implant with amplitude shift keying (ASK) and back to the transmitter with passive telemetry can be added without major design changes. We chose the range of coil spacing (2 to 30mm) to care for lateral misalignment, as it occurs in practical use. If the transmitter coil has a well defined and reliable position in respect to the implant, a smaller working range might be sufficient. Under these conditions the link can be operated in fixed frequency mode, and reaches even higher efficiencies of up to 37%. The link transmits a current of 50 mA over a distance range of 2-15 mm with an efficiency of more than 20% in tracking frequency. The efficiency of the link was optimized with different approaches. A class E transmitter was used to minimize losses of the power stage. The geometry and material of the transmitter coil was optimized for maximum coupling. Phase lock techniques were used to achieve frequency tracking, keeping the transmitter optimally tuned at different coupling conditions caused by coil distance variations.

        In order for promotion the fastening robustness on early stage of development for all joints of automobile, optimization of FEA methodology of bolted joint should be needed. This paper describes the process of developing optimization of all kinds of FEA methodology for bolted joint and the result and comparison of each methodology on a representative joint design. In addition to FEA optimization, various key factors on joint tightening are quantitatively studied by utilizing this optimized FEA methodology.

        Cortex-R 기반 RM57L843 마이크로프로세서를 이용한 임베디드 시스템 하드웨어 설계 및 제작

        We develop an embedded system to measure various sensor data, control servo drive, and communicate with other industrial machines using industrial Ethernet protocols. The developed system exhibits advantages of high performance to control multiple peripheral systems including a servo drive in real time by employing RM57L843 microprocessor featuring high processing performance and low power consumption; high speed industrial communication by supporting EtherCAT slave interface. We port the boot loader and device drivers to the built circuit board and construct the firmware development environment for the application programming. The performance of the designed and implemented embedded system is demonstrated by a control test for both servo drive and EtherCAT slave interface.

        흰점박이꽃무지 유래 항균 펩타이드 프로테티아마이신 2의 항염증활성

        흰점박이꽃무지는 약용으로서 매우 유용하고 중요한 곤충종이다. 선행연구를 통해 전사체 분석결과를 바탕으로 인실리코(in silico) 분석을 실시하여 전사체유래 항균 펩타이드를 스크리닝하고 선발하여 항균활성 및 용혈활성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 선발된 항균 펩타이드들은 박테리아와 칸디다 진균에 강한 항균활성을 나타낸 반면 적혈구에 대한 용혈활성은 전혀 없었다. 선발한 펩타이드들 중 프로테티아마이신 2로 명명한 양이온 항균 펩타이드를 이용하여 항균활성뿐만 아니라 마우스의 대식세포 Raw264.7 세포주를 이용하여 프로테티아마이신 2의 항염증활성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 프로테티아마이신 2는 LPS로 유도된 Raw264.7 세포들의 산화질소 생성을 감소시키는 결과를 보여주었다. 또한 프로테티아마이신 2가 산화질소 합성효소(iNOS), 고리형 산소화 효소-2(COX-2)의 발현을 감소시킨다는 것을 실시간 역전사 중합효소 연쇄반응(qRT-PCR) 방법과 웨스턴 블랏(western blot)을 통해 확인하였다. 더욱이 Raw264.7 세포에서 전염증성 사이토카인(TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β)의 발현이 MAPKs와 NF-κB 신호전달과정을 통해 약화되어짐을 알 수 있었다. 게다가 프로테티아마이신 2가 LPS와 상호작용을 통해 결합한다는 것을 확인하였다. 종합하여 보면 프로테티아마이신 2는 항균활성과 함께 LPS로 유도된 Raw264.7 세포에서 항염증활성도 가지고 있음을 나타내었다. The white-spotted flower chafer Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis is a medicinally beneficial and important edible insect species. We previously performed an in silico analysis of the Protaetia brevitarsis seulensis transcriptome to identify putative antimicrobial peptides and then tested their antimicrobial and hemolytic activities. These peptides had potent antimicrobial activities against bacteria and yeast without inducing hemolysis. In the present study, the cationic antimicrobial peptide, protaetiamycine 2, was selected for further assessment of its anti-inflammatory properties in mouse macrophage Raw264.7 cells. Protaetiamycine 2 treatment of Raw264.7 cells suppressed LPS-induced nitric oxide production and reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2, as determined by real-time PCR and western blotting. The expression of proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β) was also attenuated through the MAPKs and NF-κB signaling. We also confirmed that protaetiamycine 2 bound to bacterial cell membranes by a specific interaction with LPS. Collectively, these data obtained from LPS-induced Raw264.7 cells indicated that protaetiamycine 2 could have both antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

      • 중온수 흡수식 냉동기용 유하 액막식 재생기의 성능 특성에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to investigate the changes of the performance of a hot water absorption chiller as influenced by the characteristics of the generator. The absorbent and the refrigerant flowing inside the generator are LiBr and water, respectively. The experiments were done based on a 58% absorbent concentration. In the experiments, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the absorbent and the inlet and outlet temperature of the refrigerant in the generator are measured. Also, the pressure of the generator and the flow rate of the refrigerant and the absorbent we measured. A Labview program was used for the measurements. Tests were conducted on different types of heating tubes using the same experimental conditions and the values of the overall heat transfer coefficient are determined. With this, the type of heating tubes that results to the improvement of the performance of the absorption chiller can be identified.

        원유를 두유에 첨가한 혼합액으로 Mozzarella Cheese Analogue 제조에 관한 연구

        The study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of Mozzarella cheese analogue generation by using a mixture of soy milk and raw milk and to compare the quality of the resultant cheese with that of Mozzarella cheese manufactured using the traditional method. The mixtures showed increase in protein and decrease in lactose and SNF in a dose-dependent manner with the addition of soy milk. The Mozzarella cheese analogue had lower total solids content than the control cheese product, while the fat content was similar between both. The analogue cheese had lower ash content than the traditionally prepared cheese; the content was proportional to the amount of soy milk in the mixture. Higher soy milk quantities within mixtures also resulted in proportionally higher levels of fat content within analogue cheese. Water-soluble nitrogen content was lower in the analogue cheese than in the control cheese. While the WSN level increased in the control cheese, it was almost constant in the analogue cheese. The control cheese had much higher actual and predicted yield than the analogue cheese, while the analogue cheese had a higher stability level. The control cheese had a higher transfer rate than the analogue cheese, with the exception of lactose. Electrophoresis analysis showed bands for Mozzarella cheese analogues that were present in addition to the normal α-casein and β-casein bands. Physical characteristic analysis showed that hardness was affected by the addition of soy milk to cheese, while cohesiveness and brittleness were affected by the addition of raw milk, and elasticity was barely affected by milk composition. The meltability of the control cheese was higher than that of the analogue cheese and increased during 30 days of storage at 4℃. Browning, oiling-off, and stretching characteristics were almost identical between the 2 types of cheeses. Sensory evaluation findings showed that the control cheese had much better body texture, appearance, and flavor than the analogue cheese.

        The object of study is to investigate the performance comparison with falling film and pool boiling generator in absorption chiller as influenced by the types of the heating tubes. The absorbent and refrigerant flowing inside the generator are LiBr and water, respectively. The experiments were done based on a 55% absorbent concentration. In the experiments, the parameters are temperatures and flow rate at the inlet and outlet of the refrigerant and absorbent. A Labview program was used for the measurements. For the purposes of this study, the parameters in the falling film and pool boiling generator test are tested at the same experimental conditions, we tried to compare with and improve of the performance of falling film and pool boiling generator on some types of heating tubes.
