        수중에서 호흡운동이 뇌성마비 아동의 폐기능 및 최대발성시간에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of breathing exercise in the water on the pulmonary function and maximum phonation time in children with cerebral palsy. METHODS: The subjects were 24 children with cerebral palsy at GMFCS levels Ⅰ-Ⅲ, who were allocated randomly to either the aquatic breathing exercise group or general breathing exercise group 12 subjects per group. Each subject was required to complete 40 minutes of exercise twice a week for eight weeks. Those in the aquatic breathing exercise group performed aquatic breathing exercise, whereas those in the general breathing exercise group performed general aquatic exercise. RESULTS: Significant differences in FEV₁, PEF, VC, TV, ERV, and maximum phonation time were observed in the aquatic breathing exercise group after intervention, but there were no significant differences in either FVC, FEV₁/FVC, IC, or IRV. In the general breathing exercise group, there were no significant differences in the FVC, FEV₁, FEV₁/FVC, PEF, VC, IC, TV, IRV, ERV, and maximum phonation time after intervention. In terms of the pulmonary function, the two groups showed a significant difference in the change in FEV₁, PEF, and TV after intervention, but not in the FVC, FEV₁ /FVC, VC, IC, ERV, IRV, and maximum phonation time. CONCLUSION: These results above show that aquatic breathing exercise training in water is more effective in improving the pulmonary function than general breathing exercise training.

        This is a research of an adaptive longitudinal control system for situated cognition in wide range, traffic accidents reduction and safety driving environment by integrated system which graft a road infrastructure"s information based on IT onto the intelligent vehicle combined automobile and IT technology. The road infrastructure installed by laser scanner in intersection, speed limited area and sharp curve area where is many risk of traffic accident. The road infra conducts objects recognition, segmentation, and tracking for determining dangerous situation and communicates real-time information by Ethernet with vehicle. Also, the data which transmitted from infrastructure supports safely driving by integrated with laser scanner"s data on vehicle bumper.

      • Imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline의 Protoanton과 Tautomerization에 대한 이론적 연구

        Imidazo[4,5-f]의 protonation과정에 따른 tautomer의 안정성과 proton affinity를 ab initio방법을 이용하여 조사하였고 proton affinity와 pKa 값 사이의 correlation을 이번 연구에서 계산된 proton affinity를 이용하여 재조사하였다. 각 tautomer의 기하구조의 최적화와 에너지의 계산은 6-31G**와 6-31+G** basis set을 이용하여 Hartree-Fock(HF) level에서 수행되었다. 이번 연구의 결과를 통하여 3H-tautomer와 1H-tautomer의 기하구조는 음이온 형태에서 구별 할 수 없으며 Imidazo[4,5-f] quinoline의 protonation은 다음과 같은 과정-anionic form →neutral 3H-tautomer →cationic 3,6H-tautomer →cationic 3,6,1H-tautomer-으로 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 이번 연구의 결과를 통하여 부분적으로 계산된 이전의 proton affinity보다 모든 것이 고려되어 새롭게 계산된 proton affinity가 실험에 의하여 구해진 pKa값과 더욱 우수한 correlation된다는 사실을 또한 알 수 있었다. The stabilities and proton affinities of imidazo[4,5-f]quinolines are investigated using ab initio molecular orbital methods and the correlations between the proton affinities and pKa values are reexamined using the proton affinities theoretically obtained in this study. The geometries of possible anionic, neutral, and cationic forms of the compound have been fully optimized at Hartree-Fock(HF) levels of theory using 6-31G** and 6-31+G** basis sets. From the results, it is shown that anionic forms of 3H-tautomer and 1H-tautomer have same geometries and the possible protonation process of imidazo[4,5-f]quinoline is as follows : anionic form →neutral 3H-form →cationic 3,6H-form →cationic 3,6,1H-form. Finally, the results also show that the fully calculated proton affinities in this study have a better correlation with the observed pKa values than the previous ones using partial calculations.
