The electronic acupuncture has the advantage of treating the patient with acupuncture by simultaneously analyzing the patient's physical condition and treatment condition. In this paper, it is proposed and developed an electronic acupuncture algorithm embedded in a multi pad. Especially, it is implemented the control algorithm using the optimal electronic dipstick calculation, sensing pad and DSP system for the patient's body condition. Moreover, in this paper, it is developed SW and HW prototypes that can receive personal information by patient and can receive multi-array type electronc needle guiding procedure based on WEB. 전자 침은 환자의 신체 상태 및 치료 상태를 동시에 분석함으로써 환자를 침술 기법으로 치료할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중 패드에 내장 된 전자 바늘 알고리즘을 제안하고 개발 하였다. 특별히, 환자의 건강 상태에 맞는 최적의 전자침 강도 자동 계산, 감지 패드 및 DSP 시스템을 사용한 전자침 제어 알고리즘을 구현 하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 본 논문에서는 환자의 개인 생체신호 정보를 수신 할 수 있는 SW 및 HW 시제품을 개발하여서, WEB 기반에서 멀티 ARRAY형 전지침 시술을 받을 수 있는 SW 및 HW 시제품을 개발 하였다.

This study was undertaken in order to determine the relationship among a health locus of control. self-esteem. perceived health status. and health promoting behavior in order to determine factors affecting health promoting lifestyle in college students. The subject were 137 students of one university in Kyungsan. The analysis of data was done with a mean. percentage. Pearson correlation coefficient. and Stepwise multiple regression with an SAS program. The result of this study ware as follows: 1. Performance in health-promoting behavior was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and self-esteem 2. Performance in self-achievement was significantly correlated with self-efficacy, self-esteem, and perceived health status. Performance in health responsibility was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and self-esteem Performance in exercise was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and perceived health status. Performance in nutrition was significantly correlated with self-efficacy. self-esteem. and perceived health status. Performance in interpersonal support was significantly correlated with self-efficacy. internal locus of control. and self-esteem Performance in stress management was significantly correlated with self-efficacy, self-esteem. and perceived health status. 3. Self-efficacy was the highest factor predicting health promoting lifestyles. 4. Self-efficacy was the highest factor predicting self-achievement. health responsibility. exercise. nutrition. and stress management. Self-esteem was the highest factor predicting interpersonal support. From this research findings, we need to develop health promoting program and health education focusing on exercise, health responsibility for college students.

Purpose: This study was to identify the professional quality of life and the factors related to the professional quality of life for psychiatric mental health nurses. Methods: Participants were 122 psychiatric mental health nurses. Data were collected from September 1 to October 30, 2019 were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis with IBM SPSS 22.0. Results: The regression model explained 26% variance of psychiatric mental health nurses' compassion satisfaction (F=20.33, p<.001). Significant factors were cognitive flexibility (β=.41, p<.001) and organizational commitment (β=.22, p<.001). The regression model explained 30% variance of psychiatric mental health nurses' compassion fatigue (F=16.55, p<.001). Significant factors were stress (β=-.35, p<.001), psychological flexibility (β=-.30, p<.001), and educational level (β=-.27, p<.001). Conclusion: The results suggest that psychiatric mental health nurses' compassion satisfaction can be increased through strategies aimed at increasing cognitive flexibility and organizational commitment. The results suggest that psychiatric mental health nurses' compassion fatigue can be decreased through strategies aimed at decreasing occupation stress and increasing psychological flexibility.

본 연구는 다문화가정 자녀와 그와 관련된 연구의 동향을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 연구의 대상은 한국 이외 다른 국가에서 이주해 온 국제결혼가정의 자녀, 북한 이탈주민 가정의 자녀, 외국인 근로자 가정의 자녀, 다문화가정의 자녀와 관계 있는 우리나라 가정의 자녀와 부모, 학교 교사 등을 연구한 논문이다. 본 연구를 위해서 국회도서관과 국립중앙도서관의 전자도서 DB를 검색하여 다문화 관련 용어를 포함한 2012년 4월까지의 연구물을 검색하였으며, 이 중 본 연구를 위해 한국연구재단에 등록된 등재지와 후보지에 있는 연구 273개를 대상으로 그 경향성을 분석하였다. 연구의 경향성을 알아보기 위해 273개의 연구를 연도별, 연구유형별, 연구주제별, 연구대상별, 연구지역별로 나누어 빈도를 분석하고, 연도별, 연구주제별, 연구유형별, 연구대상별, 연구지역별의 관계를 알아보기 위해 교차분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 다문화가정 자녀에 대한 연구는 2006년 이후 급속히 증가하였고, 연구유형은 양적 연구가 가장 많았고, 가장 많은 연구가 이루어진 주제는 다문화 인식/태도, 적응/부적응, 현황/제안이었다. 연구지역은 다문화가정이 집중되어 있는 서울, 경기가 가장 많았으나, 점차 경상, 전라 등 점차 전국으로 확대되고 있는 경향을 보였다. 연구대상은 다문화가정 자녀, 교사, 한국인가정 자녀의 순으로 가장 많이 연구되었다. This research sought to explore the trends in empirical research on children in multicultural families. This research exercise analyzed 273 publications in total, published either in registered journals or in registration candidate journals from the National Research Foundation of Korea. This research paper examined the frequency of publication by year of publication, research topics, research methods, subjects of the research, and research areas. Crosstabs analysis was conducted for further investigation of the research trends. This review has identified a rapid increase in the number of research papers on multicultural families in Korea since 2006, and has established a clear a prevalence of quantitative approaches to this area of inquiry. The main topics of such research were perceptions and attitudes towards multiculturalism and multicultural families, adaptation and mal-adaptation of people with multicultural backgrounds, and understanding of the current situation for the purposes of policy formulation. While early research was mostly based in Metropolitan areas including Seoul and Kyeonggi-do, the research areas have gradually expanded to cover the whole of the country. Children from multicultural families have been the most commonly studied research subjects, followed by teachers, and children from ordinary Korean families.
기획논문 : 중학교 『역사』(상)의 고대사(古代史) 서술체계와 내용을 통해 본 한국고대사상(韓國古代史像)

검인정제의 실시는 聖典으로서의 교과서에 대한 인식을 조금이나마 탈피할 수 있게 해주는 계기가 되었다는 점에서 의미를 가진다. 그러나 한편으로는 교과서마다 조금은 다른 역사상을 보여주고 있다. 관점의 차이도 문제이지만, 잘못된 이해에서 비롯된 것이라면 수정·보완되어야 할 것이다. 중학교 역사(상) 교과서를 검토한 결과, 한국사의 시작과 관련해서 민족과 국가 형성 문제, 그 이후 역사체로의 계승성 문제, 국가발전 단계, 고대국가 형성 문제, 남북국시대론 등 한국 고대의 역사상이 온전히 드러나지 않는 문제점을 확인할 수 있었다. 고조선사와 관련해서는, 고조선에서 국가가 다 형성된 것처럼 설명하다가 고조선사는 사라지고 소국과 같은 철기문화를 가진 여러 나라가 등장하고 있어 맥락적인 서술이라고 보기 어렵다. 국가형성 부분에 대해 많은 교과서들에서 군장사회설을 언급하면서 연맹왕국설을 병용하고 있는 것은 잘못된 인식이다. 중학교에서는 ``통일신라와 발해``로, 고등학교에서는 대부분의 교과서가 남북국이라는 단원으로 되어 있다. 발해사가 한국사 속에 자리매김 할 수 있도록 중학교에서도 ``통일신라와 발해``라는 용어 대신에 ``남북국시대``라는 용어를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다. 한편, 2007 개정 교육과정에서는 고등학교에서 중학교 『역사』(한국사 영역)와의 계열성을 고려해서 근·현대사 중심의 『역사』(한국사로 변경)를 지향했다. 그러나 『한국문화사』의 부재로 인한 전근대사의 공백을 근현대사 중심의『한국사』에 편제하려다 보니, 결국 부실한 전근대사 서술이 될 수밖에 없었다. 그런데 이러한 분량의 절대적 부족을 감안하고 중학교 『역사』(상)과 고등학교 『한국사』의 서술 내용을 비교하더라도 큰 차별성이 보이지 않는다. 학생들의 역사인식 발달에 맞는 역사교육 및 교과서 서술이 되어야 한다. 아무리 좋은 설계도가 있어도 충분한 시간이 없으면 이를 실현할 수 없다. 현행 교과서는 검인정제로 인해서 여러 면에서 발전의 모습을 보여주었지만, 물리적 한계로 인해 아쉬운 부분도 많다. 잦은 교육과정의 개정은 역사교육을 바람직한 방향으로 나아가게 하기보다는 많은 문제를 야기하고 있어 역사교육의 발전을 저해하고 있다. 역사교육의 理想을 치밀하게 연구하고 진지하게 담아낼 수 있는 계획적인 교육과정과 교과서 편찬제도가 정착되기를 기대해 본다. The introduction of the textbook screening system has made a meaningful, albeit not considerable, contribution to debunking the idea of textbook as a ``holy book.`` On the other hand, each textbook suggests a somewhat different history. This is, of course, partially a matter of perspective. However, if some of the differences are due to either miscomprehensions or mistakes, those differences should be corrected. This paper offers a review of the middle school history textbook ``History, Vol I,`` whose result confirms, as regards the beginning of Korean history, the problem that ancient Korean history, in its entirety, is not presented in a balanced manner: issues such as the formation of the Korean nation-state, the question of legitimacy and succession, the stages of state development, the formation of the ancient states, and the ``North-South States Period`` theory are neither adequately positioned nor organically discussed. Thus, further research and deeper discourse on this point are, now more than ever, needed. More specifically, to position the introduction of the ancient civilizations prior to the history of Gojoseon is a thoughtful gesture in that it allows students to situate the beginning of Korean history in the context of world history. Be that as it may, the long-winded explanation of them, however, distracts students from understanding Korean history in an organized way. In order for them to accurately understand the beginning of Korean history and the formation of the Korean nation-state, both the similarities and the differences between the world civilizations and Korean culture, along with its universal and distinct characteristics, should be mentioned instead of simply presenting the history of Gojoseon after the introduction of the ancient civilizations. With regard to the history of Gojoseon, the textbooks, at first, suggest that the formation of the Korean nation-state was completed during the period and then state that small states with an iron culture appeared after the fall of Gojoseon, which can be hardly construed as a consistent description. Several books are employing the ``stratified chiefdom society`` and the ``confederative states`` theory together. This is an inaccurate usage of the terms. As regards the ``the Silla-led unification`` and the ``North-South State`s Period`` theory, while ``Unified Silla and Balhae`` is the most frequently used title in middle school, most of the high school textbooks designate it as ``North-South States Period.`` In order for the history of Balhade to take strong root in Korean history, middle school textbooks, too, should use the title ``North-South Period`` rather than ``Unified Silla and Balhae.`` In the educational curriculum revised in 2007, the high school curriculum, in light of maintaining continuity with the middle school textbook History (Korean history section), has chosen early and modern history-centered ``History`` (changed into Korean History). Yet, since it has not allocated any space to Korean cultural history, it has tried to fill out the blank with a history of Korea whose focus is disproportionally on the early and modern periods. The coverage of the pre-modern periods, thus, has become, at best, insufficient. Considering this absolute insufficiency in volume, there is little difference between the middle school textbook History, Vol I and the high school one Korean History. Curriculums and textbooks that correspond with the different stages of students` historical understanding need to be developed. However good a blueprint might be, if it is not given enough time to be prepared, it can never be properly carried out. Thanks to the textbook screening system, the textbooks now in use have improved in many aspects. But they, at the same time, contain a number of shortcomings caused by some external obstacles. Frequent curriculum revisions, first and foremost, have been bringing about serious issues and as a result hampering the development of history education rather than leading it in the right direction. Hopefully, an elaborated curriculum textbook and a publishing system that reflect on the ideals of history education and embrace them, in not too distant future, will be firmly established.
