      • Reservoir bank slope stability prediction model based on BP neural network

        Safety monitoring and stability analysis of high slopes are essential for construction of concrete dam in precipitous gorges or mountainous areas. The estimate of slope stability is a difficult engineering shortcoming with a number of variables. Thereafter, a hybrid model of Support Vector Regression (SVR) and Teaching–learning-based optimization technique (TLBO) is proposed to develop the predicting function. TLBO was used in obtaining the best SRV factors to improve the prediction accuracy. Few essential factors, such as the installation height of instruments, classification of rock masses, modulus of elasticity, the complete measuring time cycle, the excavation height of slope, the start measuring time, and the actual excavation height after measurement are considered as the input parameter, but the slope displacement is regarded as output. The outcomes showed SRV-TLBO a reliable hybrid accurate prediction of slope stability, then it was effectively used to the left abutment slope of Jinping I hydropower station located in Yalongjiang concrete dam reservoir as a novel method for this purpose.

      • Adaptive Notch Filter Based Harmonic Self-Compensated Sliding-Mode Observer for Position Sensorless IPMSM Drives

        To suppress the position error harmonic ripples in back electromotive force (EMF) based methods for position sensorless interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPSMSM) drives, an adaptive notch filter (ANF) based harmonic self-compensated sliding-mode observer (SMO) is proposed. The inverter nonlinearities and flux spatial harmonics that induce the position error harmonic ripples are analyzed. The back-EMF information containing harmonics can be obtained through SMO, and then the least mean square (LMS) based ANF is adopted to realize back-EMF harmonic detecting and selfcompensating, thus eliminating the position error harmonic ripples. Due to the simple structure, the ANF based harmonic self-compensated SMO can be easily implemented on low-cost microchips with little computational burden. Experiments on a 2.2kW IPMSM sensorless vector controlled drive have been carried out to verify the proposed scheme.

      • 중국에서의 한국학 연구 현황과 전망

        With the continuous progress on China-Korea communication, Korean Studies in China is experiencing a leaping development. This essay will focus on two recent stages marked by the establishment of China-Korea Diplomatic Relations. The Chinese Open-door policy implemented around the 1980’s has brought great impact on Korean Studies in China. Ever since then the studies were distinguished by the year 1980 and divided into two stages as 1949-1980 and 1980-1992 before the Diplomatic Relations were set up between the two governments. The two stages after are divided into the 1990’s and 2000-present. This essay is written to explore the history of Korean Studies in China, summarizing the features at each stage and discussing the study prospects based on a chronological research on the motivation, content, institution and major achievements of Chinese scholars. In addition to the continuous studies upon the newly emerged economic situations in Korea with the regional cooperation support due to the complimentary advantage of the two countries, there will be more weight put on Korean politics, diplomatics, securities studies. Despite of the existing historical disputation issues, necessary reviews on relevant aspects will be pushed forward to further contribute to mutual understandings.It is also predictable that Humanistic culture will be a major focus giving credits to the ascending numbers and research levels of younger generation scholars of Korean Studies in China.

        한국과 중국의 무극 비교 연구

        한국과 중국의 무극은 의례로서 제의적 의미와 함께 놀이로서의 예술적 성격을 가지고 있으며, 특히 동아시아 연극의 발전에 있어서 매우 중요한 위치를 점하고 있다. 본 연구는 한국과 중국에서 여전히 생명력을 가지고 전승되고 있는 대표적인 무속의례에서 연행되는 무극에 대한 현지조사 및 자료분석을 기초로 하여, 한중 무극의 양상과 특징을 비교하였다. 양국의 무극은 모두 무속의례에서 의례 진행 방식의 하나로서 제의적 기능을 수행한다는 공통점이 있다. 무극은 인간과 신이 소통하며 융합되어 가는 구체적인 신과의 만남을 표현하는 방식이다. 양국 무극은 신들의 이야기를 하면서 신과 인간이 별개의 존재가 아님을 새삼 인정하도록 그 관계를 돈독하게 할 수 있도록 한다. 양국의 무극은 ‘열린 연극’으로서 소박한 예술 품격을 지니고 있다. 연행 방식에 있어서 관중의 개입현상, 배우의 이탈현상이 자주 일어나고, 토속적인 말, 노래, 몸짓, 심지어 모의적인 성행위와 성적 표현을 거침없이 사용한다. 이러한 소박한 예술품격은 서민들의 마음속에 커다란 심미적인 효과를 만들어 낼 수 있다. 양국의 무극은 구조적 측면과 연행 방식에서 차이점이 두드러진다. 양국 무극은 전체 무속의례의 구조 속에서 선행절차와의 상호성, 독립성을 가진 다양한 형태로 연행된다. 현실 개입의 극작술은 한국 무극에서 자주 사용되지만 중국 무극에서 발견되지 않았다. 무극의 구체적인 연행에 있어서 말, 노래, 몸짓의 사용빈도와 중요도에 있어서 차이를 보인다. 탈의 구체적인 쓰임새와 기능에서도 차이가 있다. 이러한 차이점은 양국에서 무속에 대한 종교적 세계관의 차이에 기초한다고 할 수 있다. As one of the Shamanistic rituals, Korean and Chinese Shamanistic theatres, sharing the characteristics of both sacrifice and drama art, plays an important role in the development of Northeast Asian drama. With the help of field research and document analysis, the present study attempts to analyze the existing Shamanistic theatres in the two countries to make a comparison on their performance styles and features. The Shamanistic theatres in the two countries are both one of the acting styles in their Shamanistic rituals, serving for sacrifice. This type of performance shows a way to communicating between human beings and Gods. The performances are all about God stories, emphasizing that human beings and Gods are not at all living in different worlds. They embrace each other. The Shamanistic theatres in bothcountries are open, having inornate art styles. In the process of performances, audience often get on the stage to take the places of actors or actresses.The inornate art styles can also be shown in their use of plain dialects, folklores, movements, and even the immitations or descriptions of sexes, which can arouse the aesthetic reactions out of the lower classes. The Shamanistic theatres of the two countries display great differences in the structures and specifications of performing styles. All through the Shamanistic rituals, the Shamanistic theatres could either establish the relation with the former episode or perform independently. No matter what the relation it is, the performing styles are different. Unlike Chinese ones, current social situations in Korea are often added to the Shamanistic theatres.What’s more, there are differences in the salience and frequency of using dialogues, songs and actions in the Shamanistic theatres of the two countries. In addition, the styles and functions of masks usedin the theatres are different. It is found that the differences can be attributed to the different religious beliefs in the two countries.

      • 乡村振兴背景下农村法律顾问制度的困境与破解

        乡村振兴战略中文化振兴、组织振兴两个方面均要求实现对乡村基层的依法治理,这对农村法治建设提出了新的更高的要求,而作为我国全面依法治国重要组成部分的农村地区的法治建设,当前依然属于依法治国的薄弱环节。作为农村公共法律服务体系的重要内容,法律顾问制度对广大农村地区法治建设起着非常重要的作用,但当前农村法律顾问制度存在种种缺陷,无法满足依法治国、乡村振兴战略对农村法治建设的迫切需求。针对存在的具体问题,从顾问人员遴选、服务质量提升、服务流程优化、资金保障加强和监管考核落实等方面完善农村法律顾问制度,保障法律顾问在农村法治建设进程中更好地发挥作用,有助于依法治国及乡村振兴战略的全面实现。 In the strategy of rural revitalization, cultural revitalization and organizational revitalization both require the realization of governance by law at the grass-roots level in rural areas, which puts forward new requirements for the construction of the rule of law in rural areas. However, the current construction of the rule of law in rural areas in China is a weak link in the comprehensive rule of law. As an important part of the rural public legal service system, the legal adviser system plays a very important role in the construction of the rule of law in the vast rural areas. However, the defects of the current rural legal adviser system cannot meet the urgent needs of the rule of law and the rural revitalization strategy for the construction of the rule of law in rural areas. In view of the existing specific problems, we should improve the rural legal adviser system from the aspects of legal adviser selection, service quality improvement, service process optimization, strengthening financial security, supervision and assessment, and ensure that legal advisers play a better role in the process of building the rule of law in rural areas, which is conducive to the realization of comprehensive rule of law and rural revitalization strategy.

        Microstructure and Compression Strength of W/HfC Composites Synthesized by Plasma Activated Sintering

        In this work, W/HfC composite materials were synthesized using plasma activated sintering. The influence of the sinteringtemperature and HfC weight fraction on the relative density, microstructure and compression strength were investigated. The results demonstrated that the sintering temperature and the HfC content significantly affected the microstructure of W/HfC composites. Moreover, the grain size of the W/HC composites decreased and the mechanical properties were improvedremarkably due to the addition of HfC. The majority of HfC particles reacted with oxygen impurities to generate HfO2,whichpurified the grain boundaries and refined the grain size of the W matrix. The optimum content of HfC is 2 wt%, at which ahigh compressive strength of 1.98 GPa and a high strain of 34.7% were obtained.

        Investigation of the Spectral Improvement of a Capacitive Frisch-grid CdZnTe Detector by Using Infrared Stimulation

        A capacitive Frisch-grid CdZnTe detector with different lengths of the Frisch rings has beenfabricated, and the influence of infrared (IR) stimulation on the spectral performance of the detectorhas been investigated. IR stimulation at a wavelength (940 nm), close to the absorption edge ofthe CdZnTe, was found to improve the detector’s spectral performance significantly. IR radiationwas noted to influence the detector’s sensitivity, changing the equilibrium between free and trappedcarriers and improving the charge collection. The degree of improvement was different for detectorswith different lengths of the Frisch rings and depended on the weighting potential distribution andthe IR illumination intensity. For example, improvement was obtained in the energy resolution(FWHM) at 662 keV from 3.3% without illumination to 2.3% with a low intensity (120 μW) of IRillumination for the capacitive Frisch-grid CdZnTe detector with an 8-mm-long Frisch ring. Goodenergy resolution could be obtained even at low operating voltages.

        A Second-order Sliding Mode Observer Optimized by Neural Network for Speed and Position Estimation of PMSMs

        To improve the estimation accuracy of speed and position of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs), a second-order sliding mode observer (SMO) optimized by a back-propagation (BP) neural network with an improved phase-locked loop (PLL) is proposed to estimate rotor speed and position in this paper. BP neural network algorithm is used to optimize the gain of the second-order SMO, which achieves online adjustment of the gain and improves the estimation accuracy of rotor speed and position. Meanwhile, the improved PLL is used to improve the stability of the whole control system. The eff ectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verifi ed by experiments. The experimental results show that, compared with the adaptive fuzzy super-twisting algorithm based SMO (STA-SMO), this method eff ectively suppresses chattering, has higher accuracy of speed and position estimation and stronger robustness, and has strong practical application value in motor control.
