        여대생의 기초화장품과 기능성화장품의 구매행동과 사용실태

        This study was conducted to prepare fundamental data and support for the establishment of a marketing strategy, and to assess the status of use and purchase behavior of basic cosmetics and cosmeceuticals among female university students. This study was performed with 560 female university students using structured self-administered questionnaires from Nov. 15th to 30th,2010. The contents of the questionnaires were organized into 5 items for general characteristics, 9 items for usage status of basic cosmetics, 4 items for purchase behavior of basic cosmetics, 9 items for usage status of cosmeceuticals, and 7 items for purchase behavior of cosmeceuticals. The collected data were analysed by the statistical package for the SPSS program (ver. 18.0). Results were as follows: 1. The use rate of basic cosmetics by place of purchase was the highest for roadside shops because of convenience, and the cost of purchase of basic cosmetics was 30 - 50 thousand won. 2. The rate of combination skin type by skin type was the highest, the use rate of basic cosmetics by major was higher in the beauty major group than other groups. 3. The use rate of cosmeceuticals by place of production was higher for domestic brand than others. The use rate of cosmeceuticals by place of purchase was the highest in cosmetic specialty shops because of convenience and needs, and the cost of purchase of cosmeceuticals was 30 - 50 thousand won. 4. The use rate of cosmeceuticals by purchase cost was higher at low prices than high prices, and the use rate of cosmeceuticals by kind of cosmeceutical was higher for multi-functional cosmeceuticals than others.

        청소년의 사회적 지지와 자아정체감 및 휴대전화 중독의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 사회적 지지와 자아정체감 및 휴대전화 중독의 관계에 대해 살펴보는 것이었다. 연구를 위해 S시에 소재한 중학교와 고등학교 각 2학교의 남녀 학생 348명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 자아정체감, 휴대전화 중독의 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 t 검증과 Pearson 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별 및 학년에 따른 휴대전화 중독의 하위영역 차이는 남자에 비해 여자인 경우, 중학생보다 고등학생이 중독이 심한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지, 자아정체감 및 휴대전화 중독의 관계를 살펴보면, 사회적 지지는 내성·의존과 집착에서 유의미한 상관이 있으며, 자아정체감은 자기수용성, 목표지향성, 친밀성에서 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 지지와 자아정체감이 낮을수록 휴대전화 중독이 심한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지의 하위변인들과 자아정체감의 하위변인들을 예측변인으로 하고 휴대전화 중독 하위변인들을 준거변인으로 한 단계별 중다회귀분석한 결과 유의미한 예측변인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 청소년의 건전한 휴대전화 문화를 만들기 위한 관심과 중독을 예방하고 치료하기 위한 다양한 접근방법이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among social support, ego-identity, and cellular phone addiction in adolescents. The participants were 348 middle school students and high school students in Seoul. T-test, Pearson`s coefficient of correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used in this study. The results of the study were as follows: First, girls were more addictive to cellular phone than boys, and high school students were more addictive to cellular phone than middle school students. Second, those adolescents who were lack of social support tended to be addictive to cellular phone. And highly addicted adolescents to cellular phone had lower ego-identity than others. Finally, factors such as social support and ego-identity were examined as significant factors predicting cellular phone addiction in adolescents. Implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

        일 지역사회 일반직 공무원의 치매인식도, 치매태도 및 치매예방교육 요구도가 치매두려움에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 G시 일반직 공무원을 대상으로 치매인식도, 치매태도 및 치매예방교육 요구도가 치매두려움에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구방법은 G시 일반직 공무원 915명을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구로, 코로나 19의 영양으로 2020년 3월 15일부터 2020년 4월 29일까지 온라인으로 조사하고 우편 채송으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구통계 방법은 SPSS/Win 24.0 프로그램으로 t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계 분석 그리고 다중회귀 분석을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 치매인식도는 평균점수가 8.79±3.18점, 치매태도는 17.06±4.88점, 치매예방교육 요구도는 41.91±5.78점 그리고 치매두려움은 61.19±12.33점이었으며, 대상자의 치매두려움은 치매태도(r=.434, p <.001) 그리고 치매예방교육 요구도(r=.138, p =.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 치매인식도(r=-.083, p =.046)는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구대상자의 치매두려움에 영향을 미치는 요인을 다중회귀분석 한 결과, 경제상태에서 상의 경우, 치매태도 및 치매예방교육 요구도가 미치는 요인으로 설명력은 23.7%로 나타났다. 이상의 본 연구결과로 치매인식도, 치매태도 및 치매예방교육 요구도가 치매두려움에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 공무원의 치매 두려움을 감소시키기 위해 공무원의 특성에 맞는 차별화된 콘텐츠 개발과 프로그램 운영으로 부정적인 인식을 긍정적인 인식으로 변화를 유도하여야 할 것이다. This study was undertaken to examine the effects of the perception, attitude, and preventive education needs regarding dementia on the fear of dementia among public officials in the local community. Due to the impact of COVID-19, this study was conducted online from March 15, 2020, to April 29, 2020, and data were collected by mail. The data were analyzed using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression, on the SPSS/24.0 program. The average score of dementia perception was 8.79±3.18, attitude towards dementia 17.06±4.88, preventive education needs of dementia 41.91±5.78, and the fear of dementia 61.19±12.33. The fear of dementia was positively correlated with the attitude towards dementia (r=.434, p <.001) and the preventive education needs of dementia (r=.138, p <001), and negatively correlated with dementia perception (r=-.083, p =.046). The results of the regression analysis indicated that in the case of a "high" score relating to the economic state, the attitude towards dementia and the preventive education needs of dementia explained 23.7% of the variance in the fear of dementia. Therefore, to reduce the fear of dementia among civil servants, it is necessary to change their negative perceptions into positive ones through the development of differentiated content and program operations tailored to their characteristics.

        태반추출물의 인간 섬유아세포에 대한 생물학적 영향

        This study has reported the effects of placenta extract on human fibroblast in vitro. We initiated this study on the basis of the hypothesis that placenta extract can influence the proliferation of fibroblasts, and their biologic function, for example, to express cell specific gene or to produce their own extracellular matrix. Fibroblasts in monolayer culture with or without placenta extract were collected and analyzed by MTS assay, ECM assays, and RT-PCR. In results, placenta extract stimulated the proliferation of fibroblasts in monolayer culture. The phenotype of fibroblast was well maintained during expansion in monolayers. Fibroblast with placenta extract produced ECM, collagen and the growth factor, bFGF, more than control. Fibroblasts with placenta extract expressed high COL1A1 gene. This study provides that placenta extract is needed to expand fibroblasts during tissue cultivation, to maintain their differentiated phenotype and to promote their function. In conclusion, these results suggest that placenta extract during cultivation play an important role to control cell behaviors. Furthermore, these results provide a biologic basis for bioengineering.

      • 청소년(靑少年)과 민족정신(民族精神) : 중학생(中學生)의 사이버불링 실태(實態) 조사(調査)

        본 연구는 중학생들의 사이버불링 실태를 알아보는 것이다. 경기도 지역에 위치한 두 곳의 중학교에서 실시된 설문조사에서 여학생 257명과 남학생 252명을 합해 총 509명의 학생의 자료가 분석되었다. 그 결과, 집단따돌림의 새로운 형태인 사이버불링에 대해 들어본 학생은 약 33%였지만, 실제적으로 사이버불링의 가해 경험과 피해 경험은 매우 낮았다. 사이버불링의 빈도는 피해자나 가해자 모두 4번 미만이 가장 많았다. 피해자들은 주로 익명의 사람들로부터 사이버불링을 당했다고 보고했다. 사이버불링 피해자는 주로 여학생이었고 반면에 가해자는 주로 남학생이었다. 사이버불링 피해자의 학교 성적은 중위권이 그리고 가해자의 성적은 하위권이 가장 높았다. 하루 인터넷 사용시간도 피해자나 가해자 모두 하루 3시간 미만이 가장 많았다. 사이버불링에 사용된 경로는 피해자가 메신저와 핸드폰에 의해서 그리고 가해자의 경로는 핸드폰이 가장 많았다. 사이버불링 대처방법에서는 피해자를 도와주거나 또는 누군가에게 보고하겠다는 응답이 높게 나타났다. This study examines the cyberbullying activities in middle school of Korea. With 509 surveys that are filled by students from two middle schools, it has found the following results. 33 percents of students have been heard a word "cyberbullying", but only 6 percents of students have known a student who is cyberbullied. 4.7 percents of students cyberbully the other students and 4.1 percents of students are cyberbullied which are lower than what we have been expected. The frequency of cyberbullying during past six months is highly between one and three for those victims and cyberbully. During past six months, students who are cyberbullied (85.7%) and those who are forced to be a cyberbully (83.3%) are less than four times. The victims are more likely a female students (61.90%) and the cyberbully is a more likely a male student (62.5%). The victim claims that they are cyberbullied by people who remain anonymous. The school grade of victims is the middle (57.10%) and the school grade of cyberbully is high (29.2%), middle (33.3%), or low (37.5%) which is equally distributed. The average internet usage hours for both victims and cyberbully are between one and three hours per day. The victims claim that they are cyberbullied by either messenger (53.8%) or cell phone (30.8%); however, the cyberbully usually use the cell phone (30.0%) to intimidate the others. In order to handle the cyberbullying, 76.8 percents of students would not participate in cyberbullying at all. 33.8 percents of students would provide the assistance to the victims personally and 31.2 percent of students would report the cyberbullying to someone who can provide the assistance.

        의사소통능력 향상을 위한 의사소통 교육요구도 분석

        Purpose : This study used a descriptive investigative design to explore educational needs of communication the purpose of establishing communication education program for nurses in psychiatric wards and emergency room. Method : A survey was conducted on 190 nurses working in psychiatric wards and emergency room located in J, K and I cities. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA and paired t-test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. For the purpose of analyzing educational need of communication, we analyzed data through an importance-performance analysis and the Borich needs assessment. Results : The average importance of the communication education of nurses in psychiatric wards and emergency room was 3.60±0.36 out of 5, and the average communication ability was 3.47±0.31 out of 5. A t-test on the difference between IPA and Borich needs assessment showed the highest educational need of communication in the categories of Goal settings, and ‘Actively delivers own thoughts using body language and intonations’. Conclusion : This is needed to develop on communication education program that can strengthen ‘Actively delivers own thoughts using body language and intonations’ communication for nurses in psychiatric wards and emergency room. Our study findings can be used as basic to design a communication education program suitable for nurses in psychiatric wards and emergency room to meet the educational of communication.

        간호대학생의 자기인식, 타인인식 및 의사소통능력

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among the factors of self-awareness, other-awareness and communication ability, and how they relate to communication ability in nursing students. Methods: For data collection 237 nursing students completed self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Self-awareness, other- awareness and communication ability of the participants showed moderate levels of self-awareness, other-awareness, and communication ability. There were significant positive correlations between self-awareness and communication ability (r=.59, p<.001). and between other-awareness and communication ability (r=.22, p=.001). Social anxiety, private self-awareness, and internal other-awareness were significant factors, which explained about 37% of the variance in communication ability. Conclusion: These findings suggest that a systematic and effective curriculum focused on self-awareness and other-awareness should be developed for nursing students in order to promote their communication ability.

        정신간호사의 감성지능과 공감이 촉진적 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among emotional intelligence, empathy and facilitative communication ability of psychiatric nurses. Methods: Participants were 173 conveniently selected psychiatric nurses from 10 hospitals in Korea. Data were collected from June to September, 2015 through self-reported questionnaires. Results: Facilitative communication ability was significantly different depending on educational level (t=6.06, p=.003). There were significant positive correlations between emotional intelligence and facilitative communication ability (r=.61, p<.001), and also between empathy and facilitative communication ability (r=.63, p<.001). In the multiple regression, except for education level, emotional intelligence (β=.17, p=.003) and empathy (β=.21, p=.000) explained 38.2% of the variance in facilitative communication ability. Conclusion: These findings indicate that emotional intelligence and empathy are important factors in psychiatric nurses` facilitative communication ability. Accordingly, to improve the facilitative communication ability of psychiatric nurses, educational programs based on development of emotional intelligence and empathy are necessary.
