This paper presents the simulation of electric motor which drives the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) system. The type of a vehicle is 6-wheel series hybrid combat vehicle. The vehicle is driven by In-wheel motor system composed of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). Initially, the simulation of the whole vehicle system was built, obtaining dynamic characteristics. Some dynamic equations were used to build the simulation with MATLAB Simulink. The minimum power of the electric motor which is needed to drive the HEV was determined to apply to the motor simulation. It was determined by calculating resistance force acting on the vehicle and comparing it with traction forces obtained from simulation changing values of power of the motor. Finally, the simulation of the motor is built with MATLAB Simulink.

생약복합제 SKI306X 의 랫드에 대한 4 주 경구 반복투여 독성연구

This study was performed to determine the subacute toxicities of SKI306X, an antiinflammatory herbal extract, in rats. SKI306X was administered orally to rats once a day for 4 weeks at doses of 0.3, 1.0, and 3.0 g/㎏/ day. Each group consisted of 20 male and 20 female rats, including 5 male and 5 female rats per group for an interim study at the end of 2-week administration and for a 2-week recovery study, respectively. Throughout the study, all rats survived and no adverse clinical signs were observed. Although male rats treated with high dose (3.0 g/㎏/day) of SKI306X showed slight loss of body weight (approximately 5%) in comparison with control animals during the administration period, their body weight loss was normally restored during the recovery period. No significant change was found in all hematological parameters of SKI306X-treated groups except for the decreased number of red blood cells in all female groups at the interim study. Statistically significant changes were observed in several blood enzyme levels of SKI306X-treated groups; however, most of these significant changes were within normal range and statistically significant values did not show dose-related responses. In SKI306X-treated groups, the absolute and relative weights of liver, heart, and stomach were statistically different from those of control group, but these differences disappeared at the end of recovery period and also drug-related gross and histopathological findings in these organs were not found. No other drug-related gross and histopathological findings were observed. It is concluded from the results of this study that non-toxic dose of SKI306X was estimated to be between 0.3 and 1.0 g/㎏/day and the maximum tolerated dose of SKI306X was assumed to be higher than 3.0 g/㎏/day.

In order to improve the mileage of a hybrid vehicle, it is necessary to increase the power density and efficiency of the traction motor. Therefore, the traction motor requires a high fill factor. When the rectangular wire is applied to the motor, the fill factor can be increased, so that it has a high power density. However, in the high-speed region, the AC resistance increases due to the effect of the eddy currents in the conductor, and thus the loss increases. Therefore, when designing a motor using a rectangular wire, the effect of AC resistance should be considered. In this paper, AC resistance according to several shapes and arrangements of rectangular wire is compared. The AC resistance is calculated through the 2-dimensional finite element analysis (2-D FEA) at the max-speed operation point, and the current density distribution of rectangular wire is compared. For each model according to the shape and placement of rectangular wire, the ratio of DC resistance to AC resistance is calculated. Finally, the loss and efficiency of each model are compared and analyzed.
2D Scale factor를 이용한 EV 구동용 모터의 다목적 최적설계

본 논문에서는 강성을 만족하는 전기차(Electirc Vehicle, EV) 구동용 모터를 설계하기 위해 2D Scale factor를 고려하여 크리깅 대체모델 기반의 최적설계를 진행 하였다. 민감도 분석을 통해 모터의 토크, 효율, 강성에 유의미한 영향이 있는 최적설계변수를 선정했다. 최적설계변수에 대해 Optimal Latin Hypercube Sampling(OLHS) 와 유한요소해석 (Finite Element Analysis, FEA)를 수행하여 크리깅 대체모델(Kriging Surrogate Model)을 생성하였다. 크리깅 대체모델을 이용하여 목표 토크와 최대응력 제한치를 만족하고 부피를 최소화, 효율을 최대화하기 위한 최적설계를 수행함으로써 EV 구동에 적합한 모터를 설계하였다.
