신포광산(新浦鑛山) 형석(螢石)의 유체포유물(流體包有物에)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

The Sin po fluorite deposit is of a fissure vein type which strikes $N75^{\circ}E$, dips $80^{\circ}SE$, and is embedded in the pre-Cambrian crystalline schist. The vein is 1 meter in average in thickness, about 800 meters in length and nearly 400 meters in depth. Narrow veins of crustified fluorites and agatic quartz are discontinuously embedded in the quartz gangue. Two-phase fluid inclusions, which are available for the homogenization method by using the Heating Stage Microscope 350, are found in the fluorite crystals. Most of the fluid inclusions are primary in origin and mainly composed of liquid phase associated with minor gas phase. They are tetrahedral, rounded-tubular, wedge shaped, rectangulartrapezoid, and irregular in shape. The maximum diameter of inclusions is 0.5mm and the minimum, 0.03mm, ranging from 0.2mm to 0.08mm in an average. The homogenization temperatures obtained from the test are $135-147^{\circ}C$, $125-138^{\circ}C$, $121-137^{\circ}C$, $116-133^{\circ}C$ and $106-128^{\circ}C$ in greenish, bluish, violet, light grayish blue, colorless and pinkish fluorites respectively. The range of formation temperatures of fluorites is $106-147^{\circ}C$. Therefore, the fluorite deposit of Sinpo Mine is considered to be of low temperature hydrothermal origin. The isothermal lines were drawn on the longitudinal section of the vein from the data of homogenization test. According to the results, the central and lower parts of the ore shoot in the west ore body show the higher temperatures of $130-138^{\circ}C$ and the peripheral and upper parts of it show the lower temperatures of $108-128^{\circ}C$. It seems that the isothermal trend roughly coinside with the pitch of the ore shoot.

보리를 산물처리하는 4개 RPC에서 건조, 저장, 출하시스템등 보리 수확후 관리실태를 조사한 결과는 아래와 같았다. J RPC는 쌀보리를 S RPC는 겉보리를 처리하였으며, 운반은 S RPC는 3종, J RPC는 7종, S RPC는 3종류의 운반수단을 사용하였다. 수확 후 관리는 원료곡의 투입에서 저장까지 8단계를 사용하였으며, J RPC는 제망기, 2대의 열풍기, 냉풍기를 사용하였고, S RPC는 가열은 하지 않고 송풍만으로 건조를 하였다. 계량은 S RPC는 차량계근과 투입시 계량등으로 2회 계량하여 중량에 대한 신뢰성을 높였다. 건조방법은 S RPC는 $20\%$ 이하의 수분에서는 연료비를 절감하면서 급격한 열풍건조에 의한 품질변화를 방지하기 위하여 송풍만으로 건조하였다. J RPC는 냉풍기를 사용하여 저장중 곡온을 $19^{\circ}C$이하로 유지하여 품질의 변화를 방지하고 있었다. 처리한 물량은 J RPC는 정맥후 1, 40kg단위로 년중 출하하고 S RPC는 원료곡을 산물로 9월 말 이전에 출하를 완료하였다. 본 조사의 결론은 보리 재배맥종이나 경영방향에 적합하게 보리 수확 후 관리 특성이 차이가 있었고, 농촌인구의 고령화에 따라 쉽게 보리농사를 지을 수 있는 보리산물처리에 대한 정책지원이 더 증가하여야 할 것으로 사료되었다. This survey was conducted to know the post-harvest bulk treatment system for barley, The tendency of barley-bulk treatment in 4 RPC was gradually increased up to 4,458 ton in 2001, but after that time, the amounts was decreased 1,0731on in 2003. There was the big difference on the circulated and the continued systems that was the kinds of drying system they use. The barleys, the harvest and the conveyance method was different on RPCs. Naked barley was only treated, and $90\%$ barley was harvested by the consignment in J RPC, otherwise unhulled barley was treated, and there did not used the consignment in S RPC. Small and mulit combine was used to harvest, and the ratio of bulk was up to $90\%$ in J RPC, but small combine was only used and ratio of bulk was at most $5\%$ in S RPC. It was sell by 1kg in polished and 40kg unpolished barley around year in J RPC, but it was sell by bulk to september in S RPC.
인력아웃소싱의 기존 정규인력에 대한 심리적 효과에 관한 연구

This study investigated an human resources outsourcing effects on permanent workers working with temporary employees. Many companies try to deploy employment flexibility to improve organizational competitiveness through ``human resource outsourcing strategy``. Human resource outsourcing can result in various types of human resource composition at the level of work groups. The first type is homogeneous one with only temporary employee or permanent employee. The other one is heterogeneous one with both temporary employee and permanent employee. Temporary employees,` such as dispatch services, have outsourcing services, and internal subcontracting. The use of temporary employment engenders direct and indirect changes to the organization of production manpower. These changes are thought to influence organizational effectiveness, such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment of employees. But we have a few prior researches that human resources outsourcing is a factor to determine organizational effectiveness. Empirical analysis shows that permanent workers could be influenced psychologically, working with temporary workers. In the context of co-working with temporary workers. the job satisfaction or organizational commitment are higher than those of permanent workers in the context of working with no permanent workers. This result implies that company may consider the HR strategies of segmentate the jobs and human resource into core or non-core. core manpower on major duties and handle all subsequent work through outsourcing. But we could have several serious topics to discuss whether human resource strategies should be considered by strategic-economic approach or sociological and ethical perspectives.

본 논문은 위성용으로 주로 사용되는 소켓헤드 캡 스크류에 대한 국산화 개발 절차를 소개하는 내용이다. 국산화 개발을 위한 소켓헤드 캡 스크류의 제조공정은 MIL-B-7838, ECSS-Q-70-46A, KS W 8168과 같은 항공우주 관련 규격 요구조건을 만족하기 위해서 헤드 포밍 공정, 열처리공정, 전조 공정 및 후처리 공정으로 구성하였다. 그리고 국산화 스크루에 대한 품질 검증을 위하여 여러 가지 종류의 품질검증시험을 성공적으로 완료하였다. 또한, 비국산화 해외 도입 스크류와의 비교 품질시험을 통하여, 국산화 소켓 헤드 캡 스크류 품질이 항공우주용으로 적용 가능한 우수한 품질 성능을 확인 하였다. The purpose of this document is to introduce the localized development procedure for socket head cap screw used for satellite application. For localized development and verification of socket head cap screws, manufacturing process was composed of head forming, heat treatment, rolling process and surface treatment to meet aerospace hardware requirements based on MIL-B-7838, ECSS-Q-70-46A and KS W 8168 aerospace specification. In order to verify the quality and performance of localized screw, several kinds of qualification tests are successfully completed. By comparing the quality and performance for the localized screws and the same size oversea-procured screws, we can sure that localized socket head cap screws have good quality performance enough to use for aerospace application.
농업기술 컨설팅 만족도 분석 -농촌진흥청 현장지원단 사례-

It might be considered as difficult process to apply current researching technology to the fields of agriculture. Before the 80`s, distributing brochures and pamphlet and direct visits to farmers were the only means used for research. But as society evolved, so did the methods. Media began to its place in the process. This study`s main objective was to identify how farmers solve the problem on farming itself and also on how they improve customer-satisfaction. The Service Consultation Center of Rural Development Administration totaled up 19,666 cases of farmers`s inquiries on 2010 by internet surveys, phone-calls and by post. Customer satisfaction scored highest on horticulture 39.5%), being followed by rice(23.2%) and other crops.
