        한국산(韓國産) 참나무과(科) 수종(樹種) 도관구조(道管構造)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)(II) -도관벽(導管壁)의 수식구조(修飾構造)-

        This study was carried out to investigate the micromorphology of vessel wall sculpture such as shape of perforation plate, perforation rim, steepness of perforation plate, occurrence of vestured pit, warty layer and ray-vessel pitting on 13 species of Fagaceae in Korea. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. In the species examined, all sample species except Fagus crenata var. multinervis have simple perforation plate. But Fagus crenata var. multinervis has simple and scalariform perforation plate (it was called to combination perforation plate) in a tree stem. 2. The shapes of perforation rim could be classified into five types; Type A without tail, Type B with small tail on both sides, Type C with long tail on both sides, Type D with tail only one side and Type E with the very short interval between perforations. Among five types, Type Band C have higer frequency of distribution than the others. 3. The steepness of perforation plate measured was about 20 degree on pore zone and 43 degree on outside parts of pore zone. 4. Species with vestured pit were Q. aliena, Q, dentata, Q. variabilis, Fagus crenata var. multinervis, Castanopsis cuspidata var sieboldii, Q. acuta, Q. stenophylla, and Q. glauca. But the extent of vesturing was very slight and vestured pits were observed mainly in ray-vessel pit of some vessel elements. 5. Species with warty layer on the inner surface wall of all vessel elements were Q. acuta, Q. stenophylla, Q. glauca, Fagus crenata var. multinervis and species with warty layer of some vessel elements were Q. aliena, Q, dentata, Q. variabilis, Castanopsis cuspidata var. sieboldii. 6. Species with palisade ray-vessel pit were Q. acuta, Q. stenophylla, Q. glauca, Castanea crenata, Castanea bungeana, Q. aliena, Q. serrata, Q. mongolica, and species with scalariform ray-vessel pit was Fagus crenata var. multinervis and species with oval ray-vessel pit were Q, dentata, Castanopsis cuspidata var sieboldii.

        스마트폰중독과 정신병리 사이의 상관관계

        Objectives This study aims to investigate possible associations between proneness toward smartphone addiction and certain psychopathological variables to evaluate the psychopathological meaning of smartphone addiction. Methods Questionnaires were assigned to 755 adults between September and November 2012. We used the Korean Smartphone Addiction Proneness Scale (SAPS), the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), the Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised (OCI-R), and the Barratt Impulsivity Scale-11 (BIS-11). Subjects were classified into two groups according to the scores of the SAPS ; the addiction proneness group and the normal-user group. Results The addiction proneness group had significantly higher scores than the normal-user group in the BDI, BAI, OCI-R, and BIS-11. The scores of the SAPS were positively correlated with the scores of the BDI, BAI, OCI-R, and BIS-11. Using logistic regression analysis, smartphone addiction proneness showed a significant association with BIS-11. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that smartphone addiction proneness may be associated with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and impulsivity. Furthermore, impulsivity could be a vulnerability marker for smartphone addiction proneness.

      • 난소전위술을 시행한 가임기 여성의 자궁경부암 방사선치료 시 난소선량 감소를 위한 Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Fast kV CBCT의 유용성 평가 : Phantom study

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of reducing the absorbed dose to the ovaries and the quality of the CBCT image when using the Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Fast kV CBCT of cervical cancer patients of child-bearing age who performed ovarian transposition Materials and Methods : Contouring of the cervix and ovaries required for measurement was performed on the computed tomography images of the human phantom (Alderson Rando Phantom, USA), and three Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeter(OSLD) were attached to the selected organ cross-section, respectively. In order to measure the absorbed dose to the cervix and ovaries in the Truebeam<sup>TM</sup> pelvis mode (Hereinafter referred to as TP), The Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Pelvis mode (Hereinafter referred to as HP) and The Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Pelvis Fast mode (Hereinafter referred to as HPF), An image was taken with a scan range of 17.5 cm and also taken an image that reduced the Scan range to 12.5cm. A total of 10 cumulative doses were summed, It was replaced with a value of 23 Fx, the number of cervical cancer treatments, and compared In additon, uniformity, low contrast visibility, spatial resolution, and geometric distortion were compared and analyzed using Catphan 504 phantom to compare CBCT image quality between equipment. Each factor was repeatedly measured three times, and the average value was obtained by analysing with the Doselab (Mobius Medical Systems, LP. Versions: 6.8) program. Results: As a result of measuring absorbed dose by CBCT with OSLD, TP and HP did not obtain significant results under the same conditions. The mode showing the greatest reduction value was HPF versus TP. In HPF, the absorbed dose was reduced by 39.8% in the cervix and 19.8% in the ovary compared to the TP in the scan range of 17.5 cm. the scan range was reduced to 12.5 cm, absorbed dose was reduced by 34.2% in the cervix and 50.5% in the ovary. In addition, result of evaluating the quality of the image used in the above experiment, it complied with the equipment manufacturer's standards with Geometric Distortion within 1mm (SBRT standard), Uniformity HU, LCV within 2.0%, Spatial Resolution more than 3 lp/mm. Conclusion: According to the results of this experiment, Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> can select more various conditions than Truebeam<sup>TM</sup> in treatment of fertility woman who have undergone ovarian Transposition , because it is important to reduce the radiation dose by CBCT during radiation therapy. So finally we recommend Halcyon<sup>TM</sup> Fast kV CBCT which maintains image quality even at low mAs. However, it is consider that the additional exposure to low doses can be reduced by controlling the imaging range for patients who have undergone ovarian transposition in other treatment machines.

        정지궤도 위성통신 환경모의를 위한 100 MHz 대역폭의 위성링크 시뮬레이터 개발

        The transponder simulator designed to simulate the transponder of military satellite communication systems in the geostationary orbit is required to have time delay function, because of 250 ms delay time, when a radio wave transmits the distance of 36,000 km in free space. But, it is very difficult to develop 250 ms time delay device in the transponder simulator of 100 MHz bandwidth, due to unstable operation of FPGA, loss of memory data for the high speed rate signal processing. Up to date, bandwidth of the time delay device is limited to 45 MHz bandwidth. To solve this problem, we propose the new time delay techniques up to 100 MHz bandwidth without data loss. Proposed techniques are the low speed down scaling and high speed up scaling methods to read and write the external memory, and the matrix structure design of FPGA memory to treat data as high speed rate. We developed the satellite link simulator in 100 MHz bandwidth using the proposed new time delay techniques, implemented to the transponder simulator and verified the function of 265 ms time delay device in 100 MHz bandwidth.

      • 집적광학용 격자구조의 제작과 응용

        Submicron gratings are fabricated holographically on thin film single mode and multimode waveguides. Thin film waveguides are made by spin-coating polyurethane solution on the substrates of microscope slide glass and Corning 7059 glass. In order to characterize thin film waveguides, the refract사e index and the thickness of thin films are measured by using the m-line spectroscopy. The fabricated gratings are tested as a grating coupler, a mode converter, and a beam splitter. Also chirped gratings are fabricated to observe beam expansion phenomena and thus the possibility of the wavelength demultiplexing.

        SVG를 이용한 유${\cdot}$무선 인터넷 환경에서의 캐릭터 서비스

        현재 유선 인터넷 환경에서는 이미지를 표현하기 위하여 대부분 GIF와 JPG를 이용하며, 무선 인터넷 환경에서는 SVG, wBMP, SIS, PNG, Flash Lite 등과 같은 다양한 이미지 파일들을 이용한다. 따라서 유${\cdot}$무선인터넷을 동시에 지원하기 위한 콘텐츠를 제작하는 경우 이중으로 제작비용이 소요되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유무선 인터넷을 동시에 지원할 수 있는 서비스를 재발할 때, SVG를 효율적으로 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 유${\cdot}$무선 인터넷을 동시에 지원하는 서비스에 SVG를 이용함으로써 유${\cdot}$무선 인터넷 기반의 콘텐츠를 제작할 때 기업이 지출해야 하는 개발비용을 크게 줄일 수 있다. Currently, most wired Internet describes an image file using GIF and JPG and wireless Internet uses various image files such as SVG, wBMP, SIS, PNG, and Flash Lite. Accordingly, overlapping occurs in the investment of production cost for making contents. This thesis proposes a Character(Avatar) service that could simultaneously aid both wired and wireless Internet by utilizing SVG, a vector based image file format for describing two-dimensional graphics. We will reduce cost of developing contents, when develop contents that simultaneously supports wired and wireless Internet using SVG.

        The medieval people looked at the aged with a double point of view. That is, the aged were considered as the wise existence and the mean existence at the same time. The attitude held during the Middle Ages toward the aged reminds us of the dual conflicting attitudes of that period toward the poor: Holy Jesus or the lazy people. However, the aid system for the aged didn`t exist in the medieval period contrary to the already established aid system for the poor. Even in the 16th century and the early 17th century, the historical documents didn`t testify to the recognition of the difficulty or poverty of the aged. The documents of charity organizations placed the aged into the category of the ``sick poor`` and didn`t provide special treatment for them. Some change started to appear around the middle of 17th century. That is, several hospitals made efforts to secure a larger space to the aged. This was mainly due to the increase of the aged among the poor. Society started to pay attention to the miserable situation of the aged. At last, in the 18th century French society experienced more dramatic changes in the size of the aged in the total population and the attitude toward the aged. The number of aged increased more rapidly in the total population, the image of the aged changed to a positive one, and the hospitals more actively assumed the role of the hospice. The hospitals gradually got rid of the role of the poor camp under the support of the State and assumed the responsibility to secure the quality of life of the aged. The aid system for the aged started to be firmly established with the change of the attitude toward the aged.

      • P2P 기반의 PC 백업 시스템

        최근 들어 PC의 할용 범위가 넓어지고 전문화됨에 따라 PC에 많은 양의 자료가 저장되어 PC 자료에 대한 백업의 중요성이 매우 커지고 있다. 기존 PC 백업에서의 수작업으로 인한 불편함과 백업 장치를 추가로 구매함으로써 발생하는 비용 문제를 해결하기 위하여 P2P 네트워크 기술을 연구하였다. P2P 기술의 유연성, 안전성 그리고 저비용성의 장점을 이용하여 P2P 백업 시스템을 구현하였다. 백업 데이터의 소유자를 식별하고 백업 데이터를 보호하기 위하여 식별키와 암호화키를 활용하여 P2P 백업에서 발생하는 보안 문제를 해결하였다.

        무화과(Fig) 효소를 첨가한 유산균을 이용하여 알코올 대사활성 함유 치즈의 제조

        본 연구에서는 알코올 분해능이 높은 기능성 치즈를 제조하기 위하여 L. kitasatonis, L. amylophillus, L. mesenteroides sub. 및 무화과 효소를 이용하였다. 각각 균주의 에탄올, 내산 및 내담즙에 내성이 우수함을 확인하였고, ADH 및 ALDH 활성도를 측정한 결과 10%의 무화과 효소를 첨가하였을 때의 ADH 활성도는 각각 688.39±51.63, 1054.98±79.12, 825.28±61.89 μmol로 나타났으며 ALDH는 각각 751.91±54.14, 1209.93±87.11, 891.09±64.16μmol로 무화과를 첨가하지 않았을 때보다 각각 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 L. amylophillus 균주를 이용하여 치즈를 제조한 뒤, 10%의 무화과 효소를 첨가하였을 때 ADH 및 ALDH 분해능이 무화과효소를 첨가하지 않았을 때 보다 각각 252, 246% 증가함을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 무화과 효소를 첨가하였을 때, L.amylophillus을 이용한 치즈의 제품이 높은 알코올 분해능을 가지는 것으로 확인되었고, 이를 통해 기능성 식품의 제조로써 무화과 효소의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. In this study, we evaluated the alcohol degradation ability of fig enzyme in the production of cheese using Lactobacillus kitasatonis, Lactobacillus amylophillus, and Leuconostoc mesenteroides sub. The strains were highly resistant to ethanol, acid, and bile acid. When 10% of fig enzyme was added, the alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase activities in each strain were approximately 170, 270, and 190% higher, respectively, than in samples without fig enzyme. The addition of 10% of fig enzyme to produce cheese with the L. amylophillus strain showed an approximately 250% increase in alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase degradation. In conclusion, when fig enzyme was added to produce cheese using L. amylophillus, high alcohol degradation ability was observed. The applicability of fig enzyme addition was confirmed for the production of functional food.
