In this research, the photoelastic experimental hybrid method with Hook-Jeeves numerical method has been developed: This method is more precise and stable than the photoelastic experimental hybrid method with Newton-Rapson numerical method with Gaussian elimination method. Using the photoelastic experimental hybrid method with Hook-Jeeves numerical method, we can separate stress components from isochromatics only and stress intensity factors and stress concentration factors can be determined. The photoelastic experimental hybrid method with Hook-Jeeves had better be used in the full field experiment than the photoelastic experimental hybrid method with Newton-Rapson with Gaussian elimination method.

Until now, photoelastic experimental hybrid method has been used the stress analysis of structure with internal or external circular hole or crack is called photoelastic experimental hybrid method for stress analysis of structure with the traction free surface. But the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for contact stress analysis of structure has not been developed. Therefore the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for contact stress analysis of structure is developed in this research, it’s validity is assured by photoelastic experiment..
일 방향 탄소섬유 강화 알루미늄 적층 복합재료의 전단물성치 측정에 관한 연구

In order to study the effects of oblique tabs on the in-plane shear properties of unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced aluminum laminate composites, the 10$^{\circ}$off-axis tensile test, the 45 $^{\circ}$off-axis tensile test and Iosipescu shear test were performed to determine the shear properties. Off-axis tension test was studied by using new oblique-shaped tabs proposed by Sun and $Chung^{(7)}$. Iosipescu shear test was studied by using modified Wyoming test fixture. The oblique tabs reduced remarkably end-constraint effects of off-axis specimens with a aspect ratio of about eight. The experimental results show that there is no significant difference between off-axis test results and those of Iosipescu shear test. The 45$^{\circ}$off-axis tensile tests are recommended for the determination of the shear properties of unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced aluminum laminated composites.
광탄성 실험 하이브리드 법을 이용한 접촉응력해석시 응력형상함수에 관한 연구

In this research, in case of analysis of contact stress problems using hybrid method of photoelasticity, the shapes of stress function have been studied. The contact stress problem, in general, have been solved as a half-plane problem. As the results, it is found that the relationship between two analytical stress functions which compose Airy stress function, consequently, is same with one of crack problem, but the forms of the two analytical stress functions of crack problem can't be used as those of contact stress problems. In contact problem, the forms of two analytical stress functions have to be considered stress shape functions according to the condition of two contact end points. The stress shape functions are related to stress singularities in the two contact end points, and divided by four types. Among them, two type stress shape functions used primarily for analysis of O-ring were selected, and those validities were verified in this work.
광탄성 실험 하이브리드 법에 의한 접촉응력 해석시 응력형상함수의 영향

본 논문에서는 광탄성 실험 하이브리드 법을 이용하여 접촉응력문제를 해석하는 경우의 응력형상함수에 대해서 다루고 있다. 일반적으로 접촉응력문제는 반평면 문제로써 해석 되어지므로, 접촉응력의 경우 Airy 응력함수를 구성하는 두 해석적인 응력함수의 관계는 균열문제에서와 유사하였다. 그러나 이 관계를 그대로 접촉응력문제 (특히 특이점을 가진 경우)에 사용할 수가 없다. 그러므로 정확한 접촉문제의 해석을 위해 이들 두 해석적인 응력함수의 형태에 접촉하는 두 끝점의 조건에 따른 응력형상함수를 반드시 고려하여야만 할 것이다. 두 접촉끝점의 응력 특이성에 따라 4종류로 분류되는 이들 응력형상함수 중에서 오링 해석을 위한 중요한 두 종류의 응력형상함수를 선택하였으며, 이것의 유효성을 검증하였다. In this research, a study on stress shape functions was conducted to analyze the contact stress problem by using a hybrid photoelasticity. Because the contact stress problem is generally solved as a half-plane problem, the relationship between two analytical stress functions, which are compositions of the Airy stress function, was similar to one of the crack problem. However, this relationship in itself could not be used to solve the contact stress problem (especially one with singular points). Therefore, to analyze the contact stress problem more correctly, stress shape functions based on the condition of two contact end points had to be considered in the form of these two analytical stress functions. The four types of stress shape functions were related to the stress singularities at the two contact end points. Among them, the primary two types used for the analysis of an O-ring were selected, and their validities were verified in this work.
칼라 등색선무늬용 광탄성실험 하이브릿법 개발에 관한연구

Isochromatics obtained from photoelastic experiment shows the stress distributions of full field of a structure under a load. Therefore stress distributions of the structure can be read at a glace through isochromatics. Many experimental data are obtained from isochromatics. And then, the various photoelastic experimental hybrid methods have been developed. Until now, monochromatic light has been used for photoelastic experimental hybrid method. Therefore the photoelastic experimental hybrid method used until now is called the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for black and white isochromatics. When stresses are analyed by photoelastic experimental hybrid method, many experimental data are needed. Therefore some fringe orders of isochromatics are needed for the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for white and black isochromatics. Therefore in this paper, the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for color isochromatics is developed. In this case, two fringe orders are enough for the experimental data of photoelastic experimental hybrid method for color isochromatics. Applying the method to stress concentration problems, its validity is confirmed. In the precision, the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for color isochromatics is better than the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for white and black isochromatics when fringe orders of isochromatics are few. When fringe orders are few, the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for color isochromatics can be used to analyze stress through few fringe orders of isochromatics.
