The maintenance of peripheral immune tolerance and prevention of chronic inflammation and autoimmune disease require $CD4^{+}CD25^{+}$ T cells (regulatory T cells). The transcription factor Foxp3 is essential for the development of functional, regulatory T cells, which plays a prominent role in self-tolerance. Retroviral vectors can confer high level of gene transfer and transgene expression in a variety of cell types. Here we observed that following retroviral vector-mediated gene transfer of Foxp3, transductional Foxp3 expression was increased in the liver, lung, brain, heart, muscle, spinal cord, kidney and spleen. One day after vector administration, high levels of transgene and gene expression were observed in liver and lung. At 2 days after injection, transductional Foxp3 expression level was increased in brain, heart, muscle and spinal cord, but kidney and spleen exhibited a consistent low level. This finding was inconsistent with the increase in both $CD4^{+}CD25^{+}$ T cell and $CD4^{+}Foxp3^{+}$ T cell frequencies observed in peripheral immune cells by fluorescence-activated cell-sorting (FACS) analysis. Retroviral vector-mediated gene transfer of Foxp3 did not lead to increased numbers of $CD4^{+}CD25^{+}$ T cell and $CD4^{+}Foxp3^{+}$ T cell. These results demonstrate the level and duration of transductional Foxp3 gene expression in various tissues. A better understanding of Foxp3 regulation can be useful in dissecting the cause of regulatory T cells dysfunction in several autoimmune diseases and raise the possibility of enhancing suppressive functions of regulatory T cells for therapeutic purposes.

대학 체육시설 서비스품질이 만족도 및 재이용의사에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 대학 체육시설 서비스품질이 이용자의 만족도 및 재이용의사에 미치는 영향력을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울지역 S여대, K대, K대, Y대 체육시설 이용자를 대상으로 설문지 총 220부를 배포하였으며, 200부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 서비스 품질은 시스템적 서비스품질(시간, 홍보, 가격), 인적 서비스, 물리적 서비스로 3개요인, 만족도는 서비스만족, 시설만족, 직원만족, 이용료만족, 프로그램만족도로 5개 요인, 재이용의사는 단일요인으로 조사하였다, 연구 데이터는 SPSS(ver. 18.0) 및 LISREL(ver. 8.52)을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 체육시설의 서비스품질은 만족도에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서비스품질은 재이용의사에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 만족도를 통해 재이용의사에 간접적인 영향은 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족도는 재이용의사에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how service quality of university sport center influences on satisfaction of the members and their intention to reuse. 200 questionnaires were used for this study and S (intial of Univ) women`s, K, K` and Y univ in Seoul were targeted for this study. And frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and analysis of covariance structures were carried out through SPSS(ver. 18.0) and LISREL(ver. 8.52). The result of this study are as follows. First, service quality influenced on satisfaction. Secondly, service quality didn`t influence on intention to reuse but it indirectly did on intention to reuse through satisfaction. Thirdly, satisfaction influenced on intention to reuse.

K리그 VAR 도입에 따른 심판인식이 관람태도와 만족도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is for managing the effective Judgment system and securing basic data for the development and revitalization of professional football by studying the structural relationship among referee recognition, spectating attitude and spectating satisfaction in consequence of adoption of VAR(Video Assistant Referee) in professional K-League"s. In order to secure the basic data of the study, football spectators(working age population, aged 15 to 64) who had watched the games over 5 times in the stadium after adoption of VAR in K-league’s on July 1st in 2017 were selected. 506 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis and surveyed from October 5th to December 4th in 2020. The collected data were analyzed by using the statistical program SPSS 21.0 Version, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis (using aplha value), correlation analysis among variables, multiple regression analysis for impact analysis and simple regression analysis were also used. The results of applying this method are as follows. Firstly, referee recognition has been shown to have a positive effect on spectating attitude. Secondly, spectating attitude has a significant impact on spectating satisfaction. Thirdly, referee recognition has been shown to have a positive effect on spectating satisfaction.

한국 유소년 풋살대회 참여 동기가 효능감 및 지속적 참여에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 한국 유소년 풋살대회를 중심으로 자녀를 참여시킨 학부모들의 참여 동기와 효능감 및 지속적 참여 간의 인과관계를 이론적으로 정립하는 한편, 지속적인 참여 유도를 위해 반드시 고려해야 할 참여 동기에 대한 중요성과 시사점을 도출하여 효율적인 대회운영 전략을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 따라서 국내 유소년 풋살대회 중 옥천군, 대전시, 세종시에서 진행된 대회에 자녀를 참여시킨 경험이 있는 학부모들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 회수된 400명의 설문지 중 신뢰가 부족한 자료로 판단된 73명의 설문지를 제외한 총 327명의 자료를 최종 분석에 이용하였다. 자료처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics(ver. 21.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 단순회귀 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 한국 유소년 풋살대회 참여 동기는 외적동기, 내적동기 순으로 효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국 유소년 풋살대회 효능감은 지속적 참여 하위요인 참여의도 및 타인추천 의도 변인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국 유소년 풋살대회 참여 동기는 외적동기, 내적동기 순으로 지속적 참여 하위요인 참여의도와 타인추천 의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the present paper was to offer the effect of participative motivation of Korea youth futsal competition on efficacy and continuous participation. It also sought to provide a basic data of management strategy by participative motivation of futsal competition the importance and implication. The 400 person who experienced parents that children entered for the Korea youth futsal competition were chosen from Okcheon-gun, Daejeon city, Sejong city. 327 questionnaires were analyzed of 400 questionnaires distributed and collected and 73 were excluded from the study because they judged by lack of reliable data. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression and multiple regression analysis of IBM SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0) were performed. The research results of this study indicate that First, participative motivation of Korea youth futsal competition had a significant influence on efficacy. Second, efficacy had a significant influence on continuous participation. Third, participative motivation had a significant influence on continuous participation.

This paper describes an approach to convert into electrical energy from ambient mechanical vibration by piezoelectric materials and to store the transformed energy with secondary battery. And we simulate the process of storing energy with SPICE using by equivalent circuit model of secondary battery. Subsequently, an experimental investigation is verified the SPICE simulation.

The purpose of this thesis is to study the concept of Shen in the system of thought of the I Ching, and to research for clues indicating a mystical domain in confucianism. The character 'Shen' has meaning personality and supervision and originally symbolized vital power. About the 2nd century B.C. the I Ching was edited, and It's concept of Shen was altered form an object of philosophical meditation. The horizon of Shen opened as Human being faced the limitations of rational thought. Shen was revealed through his negativeness, expressed as paradoxical statements beyond the order of daily language and as the Immedrate feeling of unity of the self and Shen The saint is able to attain the domain of Shen while retaining his human nature through catharsis of the self absolute. The method suggested toman sincerity. The sincerity of the Doctrine of the mean is represented as the "Middle way" which unites the subjective and the objective, heaven and human. Confucianism has been considered in the light of politico-social and ethical doctrin I Ching did not wholly oppose the eemphasis on everyday experience, a characteristic of Confucianism, but it is suggested that a mystical domain beyond secularity is the main content of it.

This study is to identify the relationship among physical environment, leisure flow and consumer satisfaction in screen golf. As for the research method, an offline survey and an online survey were conducted, and the data of 499 people were finally used for the analysis. SPSS 21.0 program was used. Frequency analysis, internal consistency, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that the physical environment of screen golf had a partial influence on leisure flow. Second, it was found that leisure flow affects customer satisfaction. Third, it was found that the physical environment of screen golf partially affects customer satisfaction. The results of the research are summarized as follows. The physical environment of screen golf affects leisure immersion and customer satisfaction. Therefore, a strategy for the physical environment of screen golf is necessary.

프로배구 서비스품질, 서비스가치 및 만족이 충성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the service quality, Service value and satisfaction on loyalty in Korean Professional Volleyball League(pro-volleyball). For the purpose, this study used convenient sampling method with the 222 subjects(volleyball spectators). the collected data was analyzed in correlation analysis and simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0. The results were as follows; First, service quality in pro-volleyball had partially positive effect on service value. Second, service quality in pro-volleyball had partially positive effect on satisfaction. Third, service quality in pro-volleyball was shown to have partially positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, service value had a positive effect on satisfaction. Fifth, service value was shown to have a positive effect on loyalty. Sixth, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty.

수상스키장 물리적 환경이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the influence of the physical environment of water-ski facilities on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Method: Therefore, a sample of people who have used domestic water ski facilities for the past 12 months was selected. A face-to-face and mobile survey were conducted from April 5 to July 23, 2021, and a total of 381 pieces of data were used for the final analysis. Data processing was conducted using SPSS (ver. 21.0) program to analyze the frequency, internal inertia & exploratory factors, correlate, and multiple regression analyses. Results: First, the physical environment of water-ski facilities has been shown to affect customer satisfaction in the order of facility environment, human service, and price Second, the physical environment of water-ski facilities has been shown to affect the loyalty’s attitude and behavioral factors. Third, the physical environment of water-ski facilities has been shown to affect attitude loyalty in the order of facility environment, human service, and price. And as for behavioral loyalty, in the order of facility environment and human service. Conclusion: The above results show that we understand the importance of the physical environment, which is the most important factor in water ski facilities, and provide basic data for water ski base expansion by verifying the impact of customer satisfaction and loyalty, one of the means.
