        전북지역(全北地域) 산업근로자(産業勤勞者)의 산업재해(産業災害)에 관(關)한 조사연구(調査硏究)

        Of 2,740 industries in Jeonbug area which are covered by industrial insurance policy, 462 facilities which the accidents related to industry occured during the year of 1979 were studied. and the results are summarized as follows: 1. The accidents related to industry occured in 462 industries of the total 2,740 industrial facilities in Jeonbug area as of 1979. 2. The incidence rate of accident per 1,000 workers was 34.3 (49.2 in male workers and 12.8 in female workers), the frequency rate of the total industries in jeonbug area was 13.36, and severity rate was 1.3. 3. The frequency rates and severity rates by type of industry in study area were quite different to compare with those of national rates. 4. The incidence rate of construction industry was 223.6 per 1,000 workers, and that of transportation-communication industries were 78.6. 5. The proportion of industrial accidents of $20{\sim}24$ age group was 22.1 per cent of the total accidents, and the proportions decreased according to age increase. 6. The incidence rate in the industry having less than 49 workers was 20.6 per 1,000 workers, that of industry with $50{\sim]99$ workers was 26.7, that of industry with $100{\sim}199$ was 51.9, that of industry with $200{\sim}499$ was 80.2 and that of with more than 500 worker was 40.7. 7. The accidents which occured in the workers with experience of less than one year was 69.4 per cent of the total accidents, otherwise, the longer the workers have worked the less accident they have. 8. The most accidents occured in tile shift between 10 to 12 o'clock, and 16 to 18 hour 9. The primary causes of the industrial accidents were found to be collisions, machinery falling objects and falls. 10. The site of injury by type of industry were quite different, and the major site of injury was finger. 11. The laceration and open injuries of the accidents related to industry were 37.2 per cent of the total cases, and fractures or dislocations were 23.5 per cent, and contusions were 6.5 per cent. 12. Death rate of industrial accident was 5.0 per 10,000 workers, and those of industry were 47.6 in transportation, 42.8 in construction industry, 24.4 in mine industry, and 2.0 in manufacturing industry.

        일부 중소도시 기혼여성의 혈액 및 뇨중 중금속 함량의 상관성에 관한 연구

        전라북도 전주, 이리지역에 거주하는 $31{\sim}49$세의 여성 72명을 조사 대상으로 혈액 및 뇨를 채취하여 일부 중금속을 원자 흡광 광도법으로 측정하고 각각의 중금속 함량에 대한 상관 관계를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 혈액내 중금속 농도는 카드뮴 $0.010{\pm}0.014({\mu}g/ml)$, 납 $0.028{\pm}0.138({\mu}g/ml)$, 구리 $0.899{\pm}0.513({\mu}g/ml)$ 및 아연 $0.277{\pm}0.192({\mu}g/ml)$였다. 2) 뇨중 중금속 농도는 카드뮴 $0.003{\pm}0.002({\mu}g/ml)$, 납 $0.025{\pm}0.018({\mu}g/ml)$, 구리 $0.031{\pm}0.012({\mu}g/ml)$ 및 아연 $0.277{\pm}0.192({\mu}g/ml)$였다. 3) 혈액과 뇨중 카드뮴, 납, 구리 및 아연의 농도에 대한 상관 관계를 조사한 결과 아연 (r=0.363, p<0.01)에서 유의 한 상관 관계를 보였다. 4) 혈액내 카드뮴 농도와 납, 구리, 아연의 농도에 대한 상관 관계를 조사한 결과 납(r=0.518, p<0.01)과 아연(r=0.367, p<0.01)에서 유의한 상관 관계를 보였다. 5) 혈액내 카드뮴 농도와 뇨중 납, 구리, 아연의 농도에 대한 상관 관계를 조사한 결과 아연(r=0.241, p<0.05)에서 유의한 상관 관계가 나타났다. The results of this study which had been investigated for the purpose of analyzing heavy metal concentrations in women's blood and urine, their correlation degree and significane of cadmium as indicator of accumulated heavy metals are as follows. 1) In blood, concentrations of Cd, Pb, Cu and Zn are respectively $0.0110{\pm}0.14ug/ml,\;0.308{\pm}138ug/ml,\;0.899{\pm}0.153ug/ml$ and $5.432{\pm}1.020ug/ml$. 2) In urine, concentratitons of Cd, Pb, Cu and Zn are respectively $0.003{\pm}0.12ug/ml,\;0.025{\pm}0.18ug/ml,\;0.013{\pm}0.12ug/ml$ and $0.277{\pm}0.192ug/ml$. 3) Correlation coefficients between blood and urine are only significant in Zn (r=0.363, p<0.01). 4) In blood, correlation coefficients of Cd concentration and Pb, Zn are respectively 0.518 (p<0.01). 5) Correlation coefficients between Cd concentration in blood and Pb, Cu and Zn in urine are respectively r=-0.012, r=0.027, r=0.241 (p<0.05), and only Cd concentration and Zn is significant.

        항암제 Mitomycin C가 배양임파구의 자매염색분체 교환에 미치는 영향

        항암제 mitomycin C가 정상인 배양 임파구의 SCE에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 세포분열지수, 자매염색분체빈도, 세포분열주기 변동 및 염색체군별 SCE 빈도를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 1) 세포당 SCE빈도는 항암제 mitomycin C의 최저농도인 $6.25{\pm}{\times}10^{-9}$ M에서는 $13.1{\pm}2.8$이었고, 최고 농도인 $1.00{\times}10^{-7}$에서는 $75.8{\pm}8.2$로써 농도 증가에 따라 대수증가를 보였다. 그리고 세포분열지수는 완만한 감소경향을 나타냈다. 2) 세포분열주기 변동은 항암제 mitomycin C의 농도 $2.50{\times}10^{-8}M$에서 대조군에 비해 유의한 세포분열지연 현상을 보였으며 (p<0.05), $5{\times}10^{-8}M$ 이상에서는 세포분열지연이 매우 유의하게 나타났다(p<0.01). 3) 염색체군별 단위염색체당 SCE빈도는 항암제의 농도 증가에 따라 절대 빈도는 증가되었다 할지라도 A군에서 G군으로 갈수록 감소되어 특정염색체군과 SCE와의 관계는 보이지 않았다. Sister chromatid exchanges(SCEs) and cell cycle kinetics were proposed as a sensitive and quantitative assay for mutagenicity and cytotoxicity in short-term cultures of phytohema-gglutinin(PHA)-stimu1ated human 1ymphocytes. Therefore, this study was performed to investigate the relation between the cytotoxic effects and sister chromatid exchanges. The resultes are summarized as follows: 1) The frequency of SCEs per cell are $13.1{\pm}2.8$ in the lower concentration of $6.25{\times}10^{-9}M\;and\;75.8{\pm}8.2$ in the highest concentration of $1.00{\pm}10^{-7}M$. Mitotic index is decreased in the higher concentration of mitomycin C. The result indicates that mitomycin C led to a dose dependent increase in SCE frequency, but decease in mitotic index. 2) Chromosomal analysis was performed on metaphase cells that have divided one, two, and three or more times for cell cycle kinetics by fluorescence-plus-Giemsa(FPG) technique. According to the increased concentration of mitomycin C, the proportion of metaphase cells in the first are profoundly increased but the cells of third division are greatly decreased. 3) The frequency of SCEs per chromosome by chromosomal group are decreased gradually from A group to G group. But relationships between specific chromosomal group and SCE frequency are not found.

        독서요법이 경증 치매노인에게 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 독서요법이 경증 치매노인의 인지력, 우울, 자아존중감, 사회성 등에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 경증치매를 가진 65세 이상 90세 이하의 남녀 노인 166명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분하고 6개월간 독서요법 프로그램을 실시하였다. 측정방법으로는 관찰지를 이용한 측정과 MMSE-K, 단축형 노인 우울척도, 자아존중감 검사척도, 대인관계척도를 이용한 양적측정을 동시에 사용하였다. 그 결과 독서요법 프로그램을 실시한 후 경증 치매노인들의 인지도는 향상되었으며, 우울증은 감소하였고, 자아존중감과 사회성이 증가하였다. 이로써 독서치료가 경증 치매노인의 증상을 완화시키는데 효과가 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of bibliotherapy on the levels of cognitive function, depression, and social behavior in the elderly with mild dementia. For this quasi-experimental research, a total of 166 subjects the age of from 90 to 65 were selected of the 166, were divided into the experimental group and control group for six months. These findings confirmed that the dementia Bibliotherapy program made a contribution to improve cognitive function and social behavior, and to reduce depression in the elderly with mild dementia. Therefore, it is recommended that this program be used in clinical practice as an effective Bibliotherapy program for the elderly with mild dementia.

      • 일부 공단주변 국민학생의 요중 중금속 함량에 관한 연구

        The results of this study which had been investigated to analyse heavy metal levels and to compare lead, cadmium, copper and zinc concentration in urine of children who lived around the industrial area and the agricultural area. Samples were collected and analyzed from September to December 1986 from 7-9 years old children living in Seoul (4 7 cases), lri ( 64 cases) industrial area and Chinan (56 cases) agricultural area. The summarized results were as follows: 1) The concentrations of lead were Seoul 28.7 $\pm$17.7 ug/l, lri 25.3 $\pm$7.5 ug/l and Chinan 19.3 $\pm$5.2 ug/l 2) The concentrations of cadmium were Seoul 1.5 $\pm$0.8 ug/l, Iri 1.4 $\pm$0.5 ug/l and chinan 0.9 $\pm$0.3 ug/l 3) The concentrations of copper were Seoul 12.8 $\pm$7.0 ug/l, Iri 10.5 $\pm$8.4 ug/l and Chinan 10.0 $\pm$4.5 ug/l 4) The concentrations of zinc were Seoul 383 $\pm$279 ug/l, Iri 329 $\pm$133 ug/l and Chinan 267 $\pm$181 ug/l 5) In lead, cadmium and zinc concentration of children, there were statistical difference between the industrial area and the agricultural area 6) There were no indicated significantly levels by the Sex

        항암제(抗癌劑)가 배양임파구(培養淋巴球)의 세포분열주기(細胞分裂週期) 및 자매염색분체교환(姉妹染色分體交換)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        항암제와 세포독성과의 관계를 알아보고자 인혈배양 임파구에서 SCE빈도, 세포분열지수 및 세포분열주기변동을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 항암제 농도증가에 따라 SCE빈도는 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가되었으며 (P<0.01), methotrexate에서는 유의성이 인정되지 않았다(P>0.05). 2) 세포분열지수는 cyclophosphamide를 제외한 공시 항암제에 대하여 현저하게 감소되었다. 3) 항암제의 농도증가에 따라 세포분열주기는 현저하게 지연되었으며 고농도에서는 현저한 세포분열 억제로 정상적인 세포분열이라 할 수 없는 강한 세포독성효과를 보였다. 이 결과는 알킬계 약제가 다른 항암제에 비해 강한 SCE 유발제이며 SCE유발과 세포분열주기 지연과는 깊은 상관성이 인정되지만 methotrexote경우에서는 그 상관성을 인정할 수 없었다. 이는 SCE유발과 세포분열주기지연이 서로 다른 기전에 의해서도 나타남을 제시해주고 있다. Sister chromatid exchanges (SCEs) observed by means of bromodeoxyuridine substitution and fluorescence plus Giemsa (FPG) technique were proposed as a sensitive and quantitative assay for mutagenicity and cytotoxicity in short-term cultures of phytohaemagglutinin (PHA)-stimulated human lymphocytes. Therefore, this study was carried out to investigate the relation between anticancer agents and cytotoxic effects. Chromosomal analysis was performed on metaphase cells that had divided one, two, or three or more times after treatment for SCEs, mitotic indices (MI) and cell cycle kinetics by FPG technique. The results indicate that anticancer agents led to a dose dependent increase in SCE frequency except methotrexate. But, highly inhibited mitotic indices and delayed cell cycle kinetics were observed except for cyclophosphamide. The author suggest that the difference of SCE frequency is due to the differences in the cytotoxic action of anticancer agents, but although the induction of SCEs has a correlation with cell cycle delay, in some cases the induction of SCEs is not always related to cell cycle delay because of different cytotoxic action of anticancer agents.

        독서치료가 경증 치매노인의 인지도와 우울증에 미치는 효과 - S 독서치료연구회 임상사례를 중심으로 -

        본 연구서는 인지장애나 경증 치매로 의심되는 65세 이상 90세 이하의 남녀 노인 12명을 실험집단으로 선정하여 6개월간 독서치료 프로그램을 실시하고, 그 결과를 토대로 독서치료가 치매노인의 인지도와 우울증에 미치는 효과에 대해 연구하였다. 측정도구는 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 한국판 MMSE-K와 우울정도를 측정하기 위해 단축형 노인 우울척도를 사용하였다. 치매노인을 위한 독서치료 프로그램을 실시한 결과 인지도는 향상되고 우울증은 감소함으로써 독서치료가 경증 치매노인의 증상을 호전시키는데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This research aimed at the investigation of the effectiveness of bibliotherapy for depressed older adults from 90 to 65 years of age and older. For implementing the research, 12 subjects, aged 65 or over, were recruited from the community on a volunteer basis to participate in a bibliotherapy program. The score of MMSE-K, while there was no statistical significance in the score of SDS. Experiment results were analyzed via t-ananlysis. The analysis of hypothesis was revealed that the Depressed effectiveness of interactive Remark bibliotherapy was superior to that of reading bibliotherapy.

        保健診療員 및 保健診療補助員의 勤務時間活用에 대한 調査硏究

        A study on analysis of daily activities and time allocations of Community Health Practitioners (CHP) and Community Health Aids (CHA) who assigned to Ocku Demonstration Health Project of the Korean Health Development Institute was conducted for one week from 3rd through 8th December 1979. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy including productivity of the community Health Workers developed by KHDI for rural areas. Five Community Health Practitioners and eight Community Health Aids were selected for the studies and their activities and time allocations were measured by designed format for one week. The followings are the summary of the findings. 1. The mean age of the CHPs was 34.4 years with standard deviation 4.8 years, while that of CHAs was 26.9 years with standard deviation 3.1 years. 2. On educational background, all of the CHPs were graduated from Junior Nursing College, six CHAs were from high school and the rest of them from middle school. 3. On marital status, all CHPs were married, meanwhile four CHAs were married and the rest of them were single. 4. On service duration in public health fields, all of the CHPs have worked for less than three years, meanwhile five CHAs for 5 to 9 years and one CHA for more than 10 years. 5. Only one CHP lives in the myon where she works, and the rest of them live in other areas. Three CHAs live in the same myon where they work, and five live in other areas. 6. On types of work, the CHPs have worked on technical areas for 3.6 hours per day and on supportive and administrative activities for 2.7 hours and other activities for 1.8 hours on average. 7. The CHAs have spent 2.9 hours a day on technical activities, 4.2 hours on supportive and administrative activities and 1.6 hours on other activities in terms of time spent on average. 8. The average hours per day spent by CHPs on functional areas were 2.2 hours for clinic activities, 13.7 minutes for maternal health, 30.1 minutes for infant and child health, 13.4 minutes for family planning, 1.1 hours for supporting activities and 1.7 hours for administrative affairs. 9. The average hours per day spent by CHAs on functional areas were 4.1 hours for administrative affairs, 2.6 hours for supportive activities and only 2.9 for maternal health, infant and child health an family planning, and other technical works. 10. The average time spent by CHPs on clinical works were 1.0 minutes for history takings on disease, 2.6 minutes for physical examinations, 1.1 minutes for measurements, 3.8 minutes for administration of medications, 1.5 minutes for educations and 0.9 minutes for others. 11. On the average 92.8 percent of whole working hours of CHPs were spent in the substations, meanwhile 70.4 percent of CHAs were spent in the substations. 12. 17.8 percent of field working hours of CHAs were spent on the roal for their transportations. 13. The average time for unit service performance by CHPs were 10.9 minutes on clinical case, 18.1 minutes on maternal health, 14.8 minutes on infant and child health, 20.5 minutes on family planning and 29.9 minutes on tuberculosis control. 14. The average time for unit service performance by CHAs were 19.4 minutes on clinical work, 19.9 minutes on maternal health, 20.1 minutes on infant and child health, 17.2 minutes on family planning, 22.2 minutes on tuberculosis control.
