전기 조향 장치용 직류 전동기에서의 코깅 토크 저감을 위한 설계 기술 개발

Cogging torque is often a principal source of vibration and control difficulty in permanent magnet motors, especially at low speeds and loads. For example, reduction of cogging torque is a important specification for DC motors used for electric power steering. This paper examines two motor design techniques, stator tooth notching and rotor pole skewing with magnet pole shaping, for reduction of cogging torque, and the effect of each method on the output torque. Prediction of results was performed by finite element analysis of the airgap flux, and the use of the Maxwell stress method and Fourier decomposition to calculate the periodic cogging torque. The analyses show that the cogging torque can be nearly elimimated by the suggested designs, with minimal sacrifice of output torque.

For permanent magnet brushless DC motors used for high speed fuel pumps, torque ripple is an important origin of vibration, acoustic noise and speed fluctuation. In this paper, the output torque profile of a PM motor with one phase energized is decomposed into the commutation torque, the reluctance torque and the armature reaction according to their source origins. It verifies that the output torque profile is qualitatively equivalent to the BEMF profile for low reluctance motors. This paper discusses the effect of magnet pole shaping and magnet arc length on the output torque and torque ripple. A magnet dege shaping is proposed to design a trapezoidal BEMF motor without torque ripple, with minimal sacrifice of the maximum output torque.<br/>

Therefore, with this development assignment we'd like to develop the hybrid system combining 800W DMFC (Direct Methanol Fuel Cell) and 1.6kW of Lithium secondary battery pack which can be applied to the most common small cart. a scooter, to secure the development capability of hundreds of Watts DMFC, the high-capacity Lithium secondary battery pack, the technology of BMS (Battery Management System) and the development technology of hybrid system. DMFC, in fact, has lower energy efficiency than PEMFC (Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell); however, it has several advantages in terms of fuel storage and use. It is pretty easy to be stored and used without any additional colling and heating devices because of its insensitive liquid methanol to temperature. In conclusion, DMFC system is the most suitable device for small mobile vehicles.

Introduction : Interests in personalized medicine or tailored medicine is growing in recent years, but traditional medicine with properties of tailored medicine have already been developing from many parts of the world. In this review paper, we tried to investigate the current research status and characteristics of traditional constitutional medicine by a comparative study. Methods and Material : We compared Sasang medicine from Korea, Ikkando medicine from Japan, Chinese constitutional medicine, Ayurveda from India. We investigated the current research status by searching academic DBs such as Medline, Riss4u, Kiss, CNKI, CINII. Then we examined characteristics of each medicine from various aspects of physiology-pathology-diagnosis-treatment-prevention. Results : We found out that each constitutional medicine is being studied the most in their native land. In addition, after analysing characteristics of these constitutional medicine, we learned that Sasang medicine and Ayurveda were putting emphasis on psychological factors in physiology-pathology-diagnosis-treatment-prevention, while Chinese constitutional medicine and Ikkando medicine were focusing on pathological factors. Discussion : We studied theories of constitutional medicine in various traditional medicine, and verified that Sasang medicine shares similarities and differences with these medicine. We suggest that deeper understandings of other constitutional medicine and attempts at clinical application can lead to advance of Sasang medicine.

직접메탄올 연료전지는 액체 메탄올 저장의 이점을 가지고 있어 이동형 전원 등의 응용에 적합하며, 최근 군사용 통신 전원이나 노트북용 전원으로 사용하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 그러나 연료전지 스스로는 초기 기동을 할 수 없고 부하의 응답 특성에 빠르게 대응하기 어렵다. 따라서 연료전지와 배터리를 하이브리드로 구성하면 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 연료전지에 대한 부하가 안정되어 수명 연장에도 긍정적인 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 직접메탄올 연료전지와 리튬 이차전지를 연계하여 하이브리드 시스템을 구성하고자한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 채널 형상에 따른 유동 및 차압을 해석하였으며, Single Cell, Short Stack 및 Stack의 특성을 평가하였다. 또한 하이브리드 시스템은 연료전지 스택, 연료전지 운전 장치, 리튬 이차전지, BMS, PCM, DC/DC Converter 등을 구성하여 시스템의 특성 등을 관찰하고자한다.
