본 연구는 성인 발달장애인 부모가 지각하는 상담요구에 대해 개념도 방법론을 통해 분석하고 이를 기초로 중요도와 실행수준을 알아보았다. 연구대상은 서울, 인천, 경기 지역에 거주하는 부모 15명을 초점집단으로 선정하고, 103명의 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 성인 발달장애인 부모의 상담요구는 2차원 7개 범주로 나타났다. 둘째, 상담요구에 대한 중요도 인식에서 부모들은 ‘경제적 부담’을 가장 높게 지각하고, ‘가족관계 갈등’을 가장 낮게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실행도 평가에서 부모들은 ‘제 도적 필요성 요구’를 가장 높게 평가하고 ‘가족관계 갈등’을 가장 낮게 평가하였다. 넷째, 진술문의 중요도와 실행도 평가 간 차이는 중요도에 비해 실행도 평가는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze what parents of adults with developmental disabilities have recognized counseling needs by concept mapping and to investigate the importance and the level of performance. 15 parents who live in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi were chosen as the focus group and then 103 parents responded to the survey. The main research findings were as follows: First, counseling needs for parents with adults of developmental disabilities were categorized by two-dimensions and 7 categories. Second, in the awareness for the importance of counseling needs, ‘Financial burden’ ranked the highest and ‘Trobles about family relations’ ranked the lowest. Third, in the assessment of the performance, ‘Needs for institutional necessity’ ranked the highest and ‘Troubles about family relations’ ranked the lowest. Fourth, the result analyzed between the importance and performance of the statements was shown that the performance assessment is lower than the importance. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to establish common indicators that constitute a "low-carbon green city" and determine their priorities from the perspective of Incheon Metropolitan City with a view to help develop its climate change strategy strategic city. Several major cities, domestic and overseas, were benchmarked to come up with preliminary indicators consisting of six areas, twenty two planning factors, and 74 indicators. In order to evaluate the validity and relevance of preliminary indicators, expert FGI (Focus Group Interview) was conducted that changed the numbers of final indicators to six areas, twenty two planning factors, and 82 indicators. Finally, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was conducted to assign relative importance (i.e. weights) to each indicator. Through the layering process of AHP, the upper category of "field" and lower category of "planning factors" were set up as policy prerequisites for constructing a low-carbon green city (6 fields, 22 planning factors). The AHP results for the first level (fields), green city space was ranked first, followed by energy and resource circulation, green traffic, ecological preservation, green logistics, and governance. Among all planning factors, land use, energy efficiency, traffic system improvement, location planning, securing of ecological area, efficiency of logistics, and cooperative organization showed the highest priorities.
임상연구 : 전신마취 및 진정 시 EEG-entropy와 BIS의 측정값 비교

Background: The bispectral index (BIS) has been used as a monitor measuring hypnotic level of anesthesia or sedation. Recently EEG-entropy (M-Entropy(TM), S/5(TM) Entropy Module) has been provided and started to use domestically. This study was designed to compare the measured values between EEG-entropy and BIS monitor on general anesthesia and sedation. Methods: Thirty patients undergoing total hysterectomy were anesthetized with propofol target controlled infusion (TCI), fentanyl, rocuronium and BIS, RE (response entropy), SE (state entropy), and hemodynamic variables were measured at the effect site concentration of 1.5-10.0μg/ml (P15-P100). On the other hand, fifteen patients undergoing breast biopsy were sedated with propfol TCI and BIS, RE and SE were measured at 0.9-2.3μg/ml (P09-P23). Results: During general anesthesia, SE values were significantly lower than BIS or RE at baseline. But RE alone at P15, RE and SE at P20 were significantly higher than BIS. During sedation, SE values were significantly lower than BIS or RE at baseline-P09 and significantly lower than RE alone at P10-P15, and RE were significantly higher than BIS at P13-P20. After P21, RE and SE values fell abruptly and approached to BIS. Conclusions: EEG-entropy reflected hypnotic level well equal to BIS during general anesthesia. However, EEG-entropy did less reflected the hypnotic level than BIS during sedation. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2006; 50: 501~5)
