국가과학기술문헌센터 공간구성 및 최적입지 현황분석 연구

본 연구는 국가과학기술문헌센터 건립에 대한 이론적 기반하에 국가과학기술문헌센터의 기능과 역할에 부합한 적정규모의 최적모형을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 국가과학기술문헌센터의 대표성, 상징성, 다목적성 등의 건립구상을 제시하였으며, 선행연구를 통해 이에 걸맞는 건물의 규모산출 및 최적시설, 최첨단 설비 등의 공간구성프로그램을 제안하였다. 또한 문헌조사를 통한 대안입지 선정 및 입지에 대한 현장조사를 실시하여 최적입지를 제시하였다. This research aims to find an optimal space program and analysis of optimal land of the national model of the scientific and technical information center. And the objective of this study is to contribute to strengthen the need of the building of information center and provide operation programs and vision toward information center which will be established later. We suggested a basic plan of scale and space program for proper space uses and optimal facilities and state-ofthe-art equipment of building. Also, we selected alternative land by document study, and suggested optimal land by field works and studies.

사서자격인증제도의 도입방안에 관한 논의 및 분석연구

The purpose of this study was to focus on the discussion on the introduction of the librarian qualification certification system, which is being discussed as a way to raise the qualification level of experts as a system for expert certification and to raise social awareness as experts. First, the introduction of the library and information science curriculum certification system was discussed. Second, the issues to be considered when introducing the certification system were discussed. In other words, we analyzed in depth what matters we should consider when discussing the certification system. Third, the components of domestic and overseas certification systems were investigated and analyzed, and measures applicable to the librarian qualification certification system were discussed. Fourth, it was proposed to introduce a certification system for the Department of Library and Information Science. Also, based on the results of the analysis, it was suggested what could be a problem when introducing the certification system to the Department of Library and Information Science in Korea and what contents should be reviewed. In this study, in order to propose the introduction of the librarian qualification certification system, the purpose of the librarian qualification certification system, the certification criteria, the certification institution, and the contrast between the university and the Department of Library and Information Science were also dealt with in detail. 본 연구에서는 전문가 인증을 위한 제도로서 전문가의 자격수준을 높이고 전문가로서의 사회적 인지도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 논의되고 있는 사서자격인증제도 도입에 대한 논의를 집중적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫째, 문헌정보학 교육과정 인증제도 도입에 대한 논의를 하였다. 둘째, 인증제도 도입 시 고려할 사항에 대해서 논의하였다. 즉, 인증제도를 논할 때 우리가 고려해야 할 사항이 무엇인지에 대해 깊이 있게 분석했다. 셋째, 국내외 인증제도의 구성요소를 조사·분석하고, 사서자격인증제도에 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 넷째, 문헌정보학과 인증제도 도입 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 분석결과를 기반으로 국내 문헌정보학과에 인증제도를 도입할 때 문제가 될 수 있는 것은 무엇이고 어떠한 내용들이 검토되어야 하는지를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 사서자격인증제도 도입을 제안하기 위하여 세부적으로 사서자격인증제도의 목적, 인증 기준, 인증기관, 대학과 문헌정보학과의 대비 등에 대한 내용도 구체적으로 다루었다.

한국근대문학 주제가이드 개발에 관한 연구

이 연구에서는 국립중앙도서관이 소장하고 있는 한국근대문학 자료를 대상으로 한국근대문학 주제가이드를 개발하였다. 이는 특수한 역사적 조건하에 존재하는 한국근대문학만의 특성을 반영하기 위해 한국근대문학 및 주제가이드에 대한 이론적 고찰, 이용자 인식조사, 국내외 사례조사 등의 과정을 통해 개발하였으며, 실제 데이터 구축 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국근대문학 저자 117명에 대한 인물정보 및 작품 23,731건에 대한 서지데이터를 구축하였다. 둘째, 1894년부터 1945년까지 해당 저자에 의해 생산된 원자료와 이를 바탕으로 현재까지 다른 저자에 의해 생산된 파생자료를 범위로 하였다. 셋째, 저자별, 장르별, 시기별 배열체계를 통해 관련정보의 군집화를 시도하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 관련 학계조차 당시의 작가에 대한 정확한 통계를 알 수 없을 만큼 복잡한 양상으로 존재하는 한국근대문학에 대해 체계화와 구조화를 시도하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 본다. This study developed subject guides for modern Korean literature materials that National Library of Korea owns. These were developed through processes such as domestic and foreign case studies, research on user's awareness, and theoretical investigation of modern Korean literature and subject guides in order to reflect characteristics unique to modern Korean literature which existed under special historical conditions. The results of acquiring actual data are as follows. First, this study acquired bibliographic data on 23,731 cases of works and information about figures regarding 117 authors of modern Korean literature. Second, this study covered raw data generated by the corresponding authors from 1894 to 1945 and the derived data generated by other authors until now on the basis of that. Third, an attempt was made to cluster the relevant information through arrangement system by author, genre and time period. The above-mentioned study results are regarded to be significant because an attempt is made to systematize and structure modern Korean literature existing in a complicated condition to such an extent that it was not possible for even the relevant academic world to find exact statistical data on author at that time.

한국근대문학 주제가이드에 대한 이용자 인식 조사

이 연구는 한국근대문학 주제가이드 개발 과정에서 수행된 것으로, 주제가이드의 개선점과 한국근대문학의 주제 특수성에 기반한 주제접근도구를 개발하기 위해 수행된 이용자 요구분석이다. 이는 설문으로 수행되었으며, 307명의 자료 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주제가이드에 대한 이해도 및 이용경험은 낮은 반면 이용의향은 매우 높았다. 둘째, 한국근대문학의 생산형태의 중요도는 원자료와 파생자료 모두 높게 나타났다. 자료유형의 중요도는 시와 소설이 높았다. 자료구축은 저자별, 장르별, 시기별, 사조별 구축방법을 선호하며, 집단별 로 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 주제가 이드의 홍보에 대한 동의도가 매우 높았다. This research performed on the development process of subject guide of Korean modern literature is to show subject guide and find improvements and to reflect user's requests regarding subject access too development. Survey was performed on user's awareness and the result from analyzing 307 questionnaires are as follow. Firstly, understanding and utilization experience of subject guide were very low while future intension to utilize the subject guide was very high. Secondly, not only the original materials but also derived materials showed high result regarding the importance of production type of Korean modern literature. Lastly, Regarding the establishment of materials, establishment by writer, genre, time or trend was preferred in overall but difference was shown by group.

국제기구 지식정보원과 국내 도서관 활용 현황에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국제기구 지식정보원과 국내 도서관들의 국제기구 정보원의 입수 및 활용 현황을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 유엔 산하 국제기구 및 전문기구 59개, 다자간 국제기구 29개, 지역기구 27개 등 총 115개 기구를 선정한 후 이 기구들의 정보정책과 정보원을 조사하였다 그리고 국내 4년제 대학의 대학도서관 국가도서관. 그리고 일정 규모 이상의 전문도서관을 대상으로 국내 국제기구 정보원의 활용 현황을 조사하였다. 설문을 통해 국제기구 정보원의 소장현황과 기탁도서관 지정여부. 소장하고 있는 국제기구 출판물의 주제분야, 자료관리 및 이용현황, 그리고 국제기구 정보원에 대한 수요도 및 요구도를 분석하였으며, 분석된 결과는 향후 국가 차원의 공식적인 국제기구 정보유통기관의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This study is designed to identify the knowledge information resources of international organizations and the current situation and problems of gaining and using the information resources of international organizations. The researcher made a selection of a total of 115 organizations: 59 international organizations and Professional organizations under the jurisdiction of UN, 29 intergovernmental organizations, and 27 regional organizations. The questionnaire subjects were domestic university libraries. national libraries. and professional libraries of a certain size. The researcher took a look at the current collection situations of international organization information resources, the designation of trusted libraries. the subject areas of Possessed international organizational publications. the current situations of material management and use, the demand for international information resources. The findings will hopefully be used as basic materials for the service model of official international integrate information organization.

문헌정보학 교과과정에 대한 현황조사 및 인식조사 연구

본 연구에서는 한국 문헌정보학의 교과과정 현황과 전공과목별 필요성에 대한 인식을 조사·분석함으로써 문헌정보학의 교육과정의 발전방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 문헌정보학과의 교육과정을 전수 조사하였고, 조사된 교과목을 기반으로 필수·선택과목에 대한 의견을 전체 문헌정보학과 교수들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 문헌정보학 총 개설과목 수는 최근 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 필수과목과 기초과목의 비중이 축소되고 선택과목의 비중이 늘어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 정보학은 중요성과 비중이 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며 빅데이터 및 프로그램밍, 데이터 분석 등 새로운 과목의 신설 요구가 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 도서관·정보센터 경영학은 전체 교과과정에서 차지하는 비중은 다소 감소하고 있었다. 하지만 여전히 기본 영역으로 중시되고 있으며, 세부과목의 증설·심화에 대한 필요성은 높게 인식되고 있었다. 넷째, 서지학은 점차 비중이 축소되는 것으로 조사되었다. 다섯째, 기록관리학은 전공필수 과목은 아니지만 선택과목으로서 비중이 증가하는 반면, 어학 과목은 필요성에 대한 인식이 거의 사라진 것으로 나타났다. This study attempted to present the direction of development of the curriculum of Library & Information Science by investigating and analyzing the current status of the curriculum of Library & Information Science in Korea and the perception of the necessity of each major subject. To this end, the curriculum of the Department of Library and Information Sciences nationwide was thoroughly investigated. Based on the subjects, a questionnaire survey was conducted for all professors of the Department of Library and Information Science on the degree of consent for required and elective subjects. As a result, first, the total number of courses opened in the Department of Library and Information Science has recently decreased. It was confirmed that the proportion of the required subjects and basic subjects decreased, and the proportion of elective subjects increased. Second, it was found that the importance and weight of informatics are constantly increasing, and there is a high demand for new subjects such as big data, programming, and data analysis. Third, the proportion of library management in all subjects is decreasing, but the necessity of detailed subjects is highly recognized. Fourth, it was confirmed that the proportion of bibliography was gradually decreasing. Fifth, although records management was not a required major subject, its weight increased as an elective subject, while language subjects showed almost no awareness of the necessity.

웹 기반 데이터베이스의 품질평가 기준 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 웹 기반 데이터베이스 품질에 대한 종합적인 평가모형을 설계하고, 평가지표들의 중요성에 대한 인지도를 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 웹 기반 데이터베이스 평가기준은 크게 데이터영역, 서비스영역, 효과성영역 등 3개 영역의 총 19개 평가지표, 45개 평가요소로 구성되어 있다. 데이터베이스 전문가들과 일반 이용자들을 대상으로 웹 데이터베이스 평가요인의 중요도 인식치를 설문 조사하였는데, 분석된 결과는 데이터베이스 평가에 대한 추후의 보다 심도 있는 연구를 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to design an extensive evaluation model for the quality of web-based database and to make a comparative analysis of People's awareness of the importance of assessment indices. The evaluation standard developed in this study was constituted by 19 indices and 45 elements in three different areas, including data, service and effectiveness. And a survey was conducted on database experts and nonprofessional users to find out their awareness of the importance of web-based database evaluation elements, and the findings of the study might contribute to laying the foundation for expediting more in-depth research efforts in the future.

공공도서관 사서 직무에 대한 인식조사 연구

In this study, a survey of public library librarians was conducted to examine the current librarian's job status by conducting a survey on the library's environment, such as the size of books, number of employees, and operating subjects. As a result of the study, it was found that based on the current job content and recognition, librarians are mainly working in the order of operating reading culture programs, planning reading culture programs, and user information services. In addition, it can be seen that librarians highly value the importance of their respective duties, and in the case of labor intensity, more than half of them recognize that the current labor intensity is high. Among the detailed competency units corresponding to each task in the future, more appropriate competency unit elements should be considered in consideration of the essential competency, additional supplementation, and lower factors through this study. In addition, the higher the number and experience of regular workers in the library, the higher the degree of librarian certification, and the higher the current position, the higher the importance, difficulty, and expertise of the current work, so it is expected that the library should continue to build experience in the future.

공공도서관의 성과평가에 관한 이론적 연구

국내의 공공도서관들은 도서관조직의 성과에 대해 외부의 평가는 물론 자체적인 평가작업도 거의 실시하지 않는 것으로 조사되고 있음에 따라 우리나라 공공도서관의 성과평가에 대한 포괄적인 연구가 시급하다. 이 연구에서는 공공도서관 성과평가 이론의 발전과정을 살피고, 이론적인 고찰을 바탕으로 하여 우리 실정에 적합하다고 생각하는 평가지표를 제시하였다. 이 지표들은 공공도서관의 자료, 직원, 이용자 봉사, 시설, 예산${\cdot}$운영관리 등 5개 영역에서 총 62개의 평가지표로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 이 지표들 이외에도 일선 도서관에서 자체적으로 심층적인 성과 측정을 하기 위해서 필요하다고 생각되는 보다 다양하고 질적인 평가지표들이 제시되어 있다. According to the recent survey, it was reported that the public libraries in Korea had seldom conducted the measurement and evaluation of the public library performance. This study, therefore. has investigated the wide range of existing literature on performance measurement and analyzed the different approaches to the problem of measuring public library performance. The performance indicators suggested in this study are 62 indicators and fall into five domains, such as materials, staff resources, user services, facilities, budget and management. Besides, some indicators are suggested to be used in cases where a more detailed examination is required - usually when measuring the performance of an individual library.
