장래, 철도기술개발은 열차의 탈선, 충돌 및 화재 등으로 일어나는 철도삭를 예방하기 위한 안전에 관한 기술과제, 편리성 향상에 관한 기술과제(기존선 고속화 , 고속 철도망 구축, 저 진동 철도개발, 연계수송, 저비용 유지보수), 도시철도에 관한 기술과제(유지보수성, 도시철도 혼잡완화, 시간제약 철폐, 거점역간 연계), 철도를 이용한 물류에 관한 기술과제(고밀도/소량수송, 연계수송, 고속 화물 수송, 지능철도기술개발) 등의 개발이 이루어질 것으로 기대된다. Future, developemtn of railway system is expected to be made technological development such as technical project on the railway accident(derailment, collision, fire, etc.) prevention, technical project on the improve convenience(the speed-up of conventional railway lines, high-speed rail network, low vibration railway, transportation connection, low cost maintenance), technical project on the urban railway(maintainability, congestion alleviation, time constraints elimination, intro-base connection), technical project on the railroad logistics(higher volume/small quantity transport, transportation connection, high-speed freight transportation, intelligent railway technical development).
철도차량의 진동과 변위로부터 유추할 수 있는 탈선가능성에 관한 연구

The important factor to evaluate the running safety of a railway vehicle would be the interaction force between wheel and rail(derailment coefficient), for which is one of important factors to check the running safety of a railway vehicle that may cause a tragic accident. Especially, a newly developed vehicle that first runs commercially requires necessarily the measurement and evaluation of derailment coefficient for securing the safety of a vehicle while measuring the derailment coefficient in view of securing running safety could be the more important factor than any other factors. In this paper, examined possibility that can forecast derailment possibility to behavior of only vibration and displacement by measuring vibration acceleration and displacement in vehicles that travel actuality rail track, and compares with data of wheel load/lateral force result.

The inter-laboratory comparison test which is demanded on the authorized test of ISO/IEC 17025 is the program to guarantee the confidence of test result. This paper, as a part of the inter-laboratory comparison test between South Korea and China, is refered to the characteristic of friction coefficient of disk brake lining for rolling stock according to disk type. Brake tests were carried out under constant brake force and operating sequence by using dynamo-tester according to disk and disk lining types. To establishing the confidence of test result, we calculated A type uncertainty about friction coefficient and investigated the factors about the variation of friction coefficient.
