실내 수조에서 수온의 변화에 따른 아무르불가사리(Asterias amurensis)와 별불가사리(Asterina pectinifera)의 행동 패턴

A series of experiments which observed the movement patterns of starfishs (Asterias amurensis and Asterina pectinifera.) upon changes of water temperature (10, 15, 20 and 25°C) were carried out in an indoor water tank. In the experiment, the moving speed and distance of starfishs (Asterias amurensis and Asterina pectinifera) in the water tank was analyzed based through observations of video camera footage and PVS software. A total of 24 starfishs were used, with an initial body wet weight of 79.86±20.12 g (Asterias amurensis), 66.50±38.03 g (Asterina pectinifera) respetively. The movement patterns of starfishs (Asterias amurensis and Asterina pectinifera.) were observed using video camera for 12 h a day. Asterias amurensis showed the highest activity at 15℃ of water temperature. The maximum moving distance and speed of Asterias amurensis were about 2.64 m and approximately 0.0040 ㎧ at 15℃, respectively. The minimum observed moving distance and speed of Asterias amurensis were about 0.40 m at 25℃ and approximately 0.0012 ㎧ at 25℃, respectively. On the other hand, Asterina pectinifera showed the highest activity at 25℃ of water temperature. The maximum moving distance and speed of Asterina pectinifera were about 3.18 m and approximately 0.0049 ㎧ at 25°C, respectively. The minimum observed moving distance and speed of Asterina pectinifera were about 0.55 m at 15℃ and approximately 0.0018 ㎧ at 10℃, respectively. It was observed that the optimum water temperature for starfishs (Asterias amurensis and Asterina pectinifera) movement was about Asterias amurensis in 15°C and Asterina pectinifera in 25℃, respectively.

배달 어플리케이션의 서비스품질과 소비자의 구매행동 간 관계연구

본 연구의 목적은 배달 어플리케이션의 서비스품질과 소비자의 구매행동 간 관계를 알아보는 것이며, 이러한 관계영향에 타 소비자의 구전이 조절작용을 하는지 알아보는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구를 바탕으로 배달 어플리케이션을 활성화 하는데 기여하고자 했다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울·경기지역에서 배달 어플리케이션을 이용해 본적이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 조사하였다. 설문지는 234부의 설문지를 배포, 그 중 불성실한 설문을 제외하고 총 210부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 배달 어플리케이션의 서비스품질을 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 정감성으로 설정하고 구매와 재 구매, 구전으로 연구 설계를 하였으며, 타당성분석과 신뢰성 분석 후 회귀분석과 조절효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 (1) 서비스품질 중 유형성, 반응성, 확신성이 구매에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (2) 서비스품질 중 유형성과 확실성이 재 구매에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (3) 배달 어플리케이션의 서비스품질과 구매, 재 구매의 영향관계에 있어서 구전이 확신성에 한하여 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to find out the relations between service quality of food delivery application and consumer s purchase behavior as well as how consumer s word of mouth has an effect as a control action on the aforementioned relations. The service quality of food delivery application consists of 5 criteria with tangibility, reliability, reactivity, certainty and emotional bonding and purchase/re-purchase/word of mouth are another part of the study design accordingly. Regression analysis and moderator effect analysis were conducted after testing validity and reliability. The result are as follows; (1) Among the service quality criteria, tangibility, reactivity and certainty have positive effects on consumer s purchase behavior. (2) Tangibility and certainty have positive effects on consumer s re-purchase behavior. (3) With regard to how the quality service of food delivery application and customer s purchase, re-purchase behavior are correlated, consumer s word of mouth acts as a moderator effect on certainty.

본 연구는 치열한 시장경쟁 환경 속에서 내부고객이 경쟁우위의 원천임을 인식 하고 내부마케팅이 외식종사원의 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 규명해보고자 하였 다. 서울, 경기, 인천지역에 있는 외식기업 종사원을 대상으로 한정하여 설문조사 하였다. 조사된 설문은 Spss 18.0와 Amos 18.0을 사용하여 통계 분석하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 외식기업에 접목할 수 있는 내부마케팅 요인들을 제시하고 직무만족, 직무몰입, 고객지향성 간 구성요인에 대하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 내부마케팅 요인 중 교육훈련과 경영층지원, 보상제도가 외식종사원의 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내부마케팅 요인 중 권한위임과 내부의사소통이 외식종사원의 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족은 외식종사원의 직무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무만족은 외식종사원의 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 직무몰입은 외식종사원의 고객지향성에 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 내부마케팅 요인 중 권한위임과 내부 의사소통이 외식종사원의 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 보상제도는 외식 종사원의 고객지향성에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 내부마케팅을 인적자원관리에 적절히 활용한다면 내부고객이 외부고객에게 접점에서 긍정적인 상호작용을 할 것임을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to recognize an internal customer as a source of competitive advantage in the cut-throat market competition and to understand how internal marketing has an influence on food service employee’s customer orientation. The results are as follow: first, among internal marketing factors, on the job training, management class support, and compensation system have a positive effect on job satisfaction. second, among empowerment and internal communication have a positive effect on job commitment. third, job satisfaction have a positive effect on job commitment. fourth, job satisfaction have a positive effect on customer orientation. fifth, Job commitment have a positive effect on customer orientation. sixth, among internal marketing factors, empowerment and internal communication have a positive effect on customer orientation but compensation system has shown a negative effect on customer orientation. According to those above results, in proper application of internal marketing on human resource management will be useful to have a positive internal and external customer interaction.

본 논문에서는 해외 선진사에 의해 독점되어 있는 국내발전소 제어시스템 기술자립을 달성하기 위한 화력발전용 통합 감시제어시스템 개발 프로젝트에 대해 설명하고 해당 시스템의 구조와 특징에 대해 언급하고자 한다. 해당 시스템은 IMCS(Integrated Monitoring and Control System)라는 고유 명칭을 갖고 있으며 발전소의 보일러, 터빈, 발전기 각각의 개별 제어 방식이 아닌 통합된 단일 Platform 기반으로 개발되었다. 전체 시스템은 크게 제어기 시스템과 운영자 환경 시스템으로 구분할 수 있다. 제어기는 보일러/터빈/발전기 통합제어를 목표로 이중화/삼중화구성이 자유로우며 세부적으로 다중화 지원 CPU 모률, 입출력(I/O) 모듈, 필드버스 모듈이 있다. 해당 제어기는 선진사 제품 대비 동동 또는 이상의 성능을 보유하고 있으며 '수/화력발전소 제어시스템 환경시험 기준'에 따른 기기검증 수행을 완료하였다. 운영자환경 시스템은 개발 전 과정에서 국제 표준(IEEE10l2, IEEE1074, NUREC-0800)에 따라 진행함으로써 운영자환경 개발 절차에 대한 신뢰성 및 적합성을 확보하고 결과물에 대한 안전성을 보증할 수 있도록 하였다. 이에 따라 IEC61131-3 Standard 에 기반한 Engineering Tool, 발전 제어용 User-defined Function Block, Thin Client 기반의 감시제어 기능, 고속 대용량 Historian, 지능형 경보시스템, Asset Management System(AMS) 등이 개발 완료되었다. IMCS는 최근 4 가지 항목에 대한 기능 검증 시험(통합 기능 시험, 시뮬레이터 연계시험, 기기검증/인증 시험, 현장적용 시작품 통합시험)을 성공적으로 수행 완료하였다. IMCS 는 확보된 기술을 바탕으로 국내외 발전 분야 및 담수, 신재생, 산업 분야 등 다양한 제어시스템 분야로의 확대 적용이 가능하며 현재 90% 이상 외국사에 의존하는 제어시스템 시장의 수입을 대체해 나갈 것이다.
