        본 논문에서는 건물 외장벽돌의 박락사고와 관련하여 박락의 응력 원인 및 방지대책 등에 고찰 및 제안하였다. 즉, 설계자는 건축물 시공전 설계도면 및 시방서를 철저히 검토하여 건조수축 및 온도 변화에 따른 팽창수축 등 거동에 무리가 없는지, 또한 연결철물도 단단히 고정되게 되어있는지를 검토하고, 시공과정에서 시공 및 감리자는 철저히 확인 및 감독할 필요가 있는 것이다.

        우리나라 신발산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 c-SCM 비즈니스 모델

        현재 우리나라 신발산업은 고객만족을 최우선 목표로 삼고, 내부프로세스 개선의 활동을 통한 원가절감과 생산성 향상에 집중하고 있다. 이에 비해 외부와의 정보공유를 위한 노력은 기울이지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이로 인해 산업전체가 하나의 유기체와 같이 움직이지 못하게 되어 시너지 효과(synergy effect)를 창출하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구진은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 신발업체가 생산과 관련한 다양한 정보를 공유함으로써 산업 전반적인 효과를 거둘 수 있도록 하는 비즈니스 모델을 개발하고자 하였다. Now, the Korean footwear industry needs the concrete enhancement of its competitive edge for regaining of its previous well known reputation. For this purpose, this study emphasizes the cooperation between the members through the supply chain of korean footwear industry, as a c-SCM (Collaborative Supply Chain Management). In this study, at first we analyze the traditional structure of supply chain in Korean footwear industry and find out critical problems which are the main barriers against its efficiency and potential competitiveness. And then, we develop the collaborative structure to resolve these problems through the system design of supply chain and finally we suggest the c-SCM business model consists of several collaborative process modules for the Korean footwear industry. The procedure of this system modelling follows the system design methodology with the empirical way through field trips of the relevant industry and depth interviews with practitioners as well as with analytical way. The proposed c-SCM business model provides the collaborative procurement and production plans of footwear manufacturing, and it will support a mutual-supplementary reliance relationships among members of its supply chain. In this way, the enhancement of the efficiency and competitiveness can be expected through the synergy effect of coordination of information and material flow, the reduction of lead times, and production costs.

        한국 반도체 산업의 유럽 진출에 관한 전략 연구

        Korean semiconductor industry became a leading international producer within a short period of time as a result of surviving cut-throat competition with producers from industrialized countries. As the electronic industry began approaching the saturation stage, however, Korean manufacturers faced such difficulties to keep up the current competitive position as lack of the structural adjustments in product lines and relevant technology innovation. In order to restore the competitive edge in Korean semiconductor industry, the fundamental strategic change are required such as restructuring of the main production lines and reconstruction of global management network. Korean semiconductor manufacturers need to consider the consistent adapting of advanced technology in relevant areas, and the expanding of global operations through FDI by taking advantage of the accumulated memory products technology and success. European countries, in particular, have the considerable values for Korean manufacturers` global operations, such as the well developed R&D programs, the superior technology of telecommunications and electronic devices, and the geographical advantages for global management networks. This study provides the strategic scheme of cooperative tie with European semiconductor industry to increase competitiveness of Korean industry. It suggests the strategic global operations in Europe by consorting with European R&D programs like JESSP, MEDEA, GRESSI, IMEC. Also it shows the supportive operations tactics in order to get the efficiency and effectiveness of FDI in Europe. Based on the previous case activated by one of the Korean semiconductor companies, it`s strategy and practice are analyzed and the strategic suggestion is provided in practical way.

      • 양생온도 및 초지연제 혼입율 변화에 따른 응결지연 성능

        본 연구에서는 응결시간 지연용 초지연제를 사용한 콘크리트의 성능 확보 방안을 고찰하기 위한 연구로서 건설공사 현장에서 영향을 받을 수 있는 양생온도 변화에 따른 초지연제 콘크리트의 응결성능을 분석하였다. 초지연제를 0.5 %까지 혼입할 경우 20℃에서는 22.3시간, 35℃에서는 8.7시간 지연되는 것으로 나타나 양생온도가 높아짐에 따라 응결지연성능이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study is a fundamental consideration for using CGS from the IGCC as a fine aggregate for concrete. For the review, the physical properties and hazardous materials content of KS F 2527 were considered. The results showed that KS F 2527 standard was generally satisfied, making it possible to confirm the possibility that it is a fine metal considering its physical properties and hazardous materials content characteristics.

      • 효과적 ERP 활용을 위한 조선기자재업체의 영업부문 프로세스 재설계에 관한 연구

        As the speedy change of business environment, the Korean shipbuilding equipments industry is practicing the manufacturing innovation with the new technology for the global competitiveness. Adoption of ERP in this industry is the one of the cases. Although the industry is eager to grab the edge of the competitiveness, the implementation of this new technology shows the poor performance often. It is due to the operational gap between the characteristics of shipbuilding equipments industry and the built in standardization process in ERP system. The shipbuilding equipments industry does mainly OEM business with shipbuilders, in fact, its process is under lots of volatile conditions, such as non standard items, customer order changes, and due date changes, etc. Without fine tuning and practical adjustment, the process in standard ERP system will not work properly and its performance is to be very limited. This research analyzes the mis-implementation of the ERP in a shipbuilding equipments company and shows the redesign details for the effective ERP performance, along with as-is, to-be BPR process focusing on sales process.

        BPR을 통한 조선기자재업체의 ERP 시스템 설계와 구현에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 중소 조선기자재업체를 대상으로 실제 ERP 시스템을 프로세스별로 설계하고 구축하는 전 과정을 제시하고, 시스템 구현 효과와 구현 과정에서 나타난 문제점에 대해 다루고 있다. 조선기자재업체의 업무특성에 맞는 고객맞춤 설계의 구체화에 주안점을 두고, BPR을 통하여 현행 업무프로세스(AS-IS)를 세분화하여 분석하고, GAP(문제점 및 요구사항)을 도출하여 대응방안을 모색하고, 이에 따른 개선 프로세스(TO-BE)를 확정하는 ERP 시스템 설계 및 구축 과정을 단계별로 구체화 하였다. 영업관리, 구매/자재관리, 그리고 생산관리의 업무프로세스를 중점적으로 연계한 ERP 시스템을 통하여 중소 조선기자재업체의 ERP 시스템 구현 효과를 측정하였고 더불어 시스템 구축과 구현 과정에서 발생한 애로점 및 해결 방안을 통해 실무적 가이드라인을 제공코자 하였다. This study deals with the details of designing and implementation processes of ERP system for the medium sized shipbuilding materials company. Focusing on the customization design for the shipbuilding material work process flows, the ERP system, which consists of sales, purchasing/ materials, and production modules, is introduced using the full range of BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Through the BPR phases, series of the AS-IS analysis, the GAP analysis, and the TO-BE process are conducted and the subsequent ERP systems is developed. For construction of ERP system, the entire processes of this shipbuilding materials company are redesigned and are fully integrated among the it's relevant departments. After the initial system development, the ERP system has been implemented for two years along with the system adjustment and tuning processes. At the end, the study shows the result of system performance, and also provides the trouble shooting issues which are found during the designing and implementation phases.

      • Fluid Control 자재 생산라인에 TOC/DBR을 적용한 프로세스 개선

        Fluid Control materials which control the flow of fluid and gas and play a role in connecting pipelines are a kind of a machine part used in diverse sectors such as shipbuilding, construction and car industry. As Fluid Control materials industry which has rapidly grown as of 2012, S company this study conducted is best-known, constructs unequaled field. But the part of production process needs to be reformed as the side effect caused by the rapid growth. This study examines the ways to reform the production process by using TOC/DBR. In the whole process of production demand, cut and T/C, the problems found in each process were improved and T/C process was recognized as the most restricted process during this process. As a result, the utilization of machine equipment becomes more efficient and the due-date performance is improved.

      • 한국 자동차 부품산업의 경쟁력 향상이 수출에 미치는 영향

        The FTA between Korea and the U.S. is expected to bring the growth of Korean Automobile part industry. Although the Korean Automobile part companies are keeping on making efforts to improve their competitive edge, the most previous Studies of Automobile industry have been focusing on national or industrial competitiveness in the final assembly sectors, i, e. Automobile makers, In this study, we try to focus on Automobile part companies in order to find the factors" influences on their international competitiveness. For this purpose, this study makes a related literature review and then we make a questionnaire survey for the Korean Automobile part companies, those are manufacturing the 1st tier auto parts, Also the statistical analysis is followed to find determinants of the significant factors in the international competitiveness of Korean Automobile part companies. The study shows that the international competitiveness of these companies is depending on their performances in price, quality technology and service, but the influence of each factor is in difference.
