『伊勢物語古意』についての考察

本論文は、『伊勢物語古意』の内容的な特徴を考察したものである。『伊勢物語古意』の内容的な特徴について考察してみると、まず、物語と歌を理解する態度については、「興」を通じて説明しているが、「興」というのは作者の技巧によって表現された内容を表している所で、物語と歌を理解するためには「興」を考える必要があるが、読者が作者の「興」によって、作者の本当の意味を読み取らないのは誤りであるということを示している。次に、「時世」を反映する注釈態度については、「時世」を反映している「制」と「令律」について詳しく説明しながらも、素直な「古人」と古い治世の時を知るべきであることを示している。また、「古語」を重視する注釈態度については、「古語」を正確に理解すべきであることを強調している。古えの言葉と心を解明する際には、日本古代の言葉である神代の言葉の意味と『古事記』、『日本紀』の歌の心を明らかにすることが重要である。最後に、歌については、素直な心が感じられる自然な表現の「古歌」の重要性を表し、また、「古歌」の理解を通じて、歌を詠むのが重要であると強調している。 以上のように、契冲や春満の後を受け、形成したものである『古意』は、古えの歌を詠むこと、「古語」の読解、古えの治まり、そして「古人」の心というすべてのことを含んでおり、日本古代の追究を通じて、国学者としての真淵の面が見られる注釈書であることがわかる。

A Study on Audio-Visual Expression with Sleep Cycle Data : Focused on [Dailiness]

Reappearance method of arts is innovatively changed by development of modern digital technology. Namely, the advent of the electronic times has changed the existing traditional method in the fields of picturing, printing, sculpture and photo to digital method, and combination between digital technology and arts formed by a flow of modern arts which has been media art. Especially, interaction with spectators became a keyword on the basis of interactive art. Differing from that works separated from spectators in pure art, works are completed by spectators' participation and communication in interactive media art. It is interaction and a method that spectators communicate with within media art. [Dailiness], an audio-visual expressive research work discussed by the study, used an individual's sleep cycle data. On the basis of each spectator related data, the work is started and spectators can approach the work easily. Sleep cycle data is one out of data flowing the process of unconsciousness in repeated daily life. Data with such dailiness is an element deciding on each individual's lifestyle. Therefore, it is meaningful to reanalyze and look back upon such data. Sleep cycle data collected by smart phone's application is vocalized by orgel mapping and orgel sound and visualized by processing. Through the process, spectators have emotional experience in which their own daily life is changed to a new form of aesthetics. And spectators communicate with the work through a simple behavior of turning an orgel bar with music converting their own data. A voiceless orgel sound and image changed by being interacted with sound can give spectators pleasure through interaction. The study explained design work and technological process of manufacturing and arranged a developmental direction of the work in the future.

伊勢物語童子問'について

本論文は、江戸時代に出来た伊勢物語童子問という伊勢物語注釈書の内容的特徴を考察し、以前の中世の注釈書との差異を明らかにしたものである。伊勢物語童子問は室町時代の旧注が重んじていた定家の説を否 定しながら真名本に従う旧注否定の態度から注釈が出発しているが、本稿では、国学者としての春満の文芸論的な態度について具体的に触れてみる。漢学、特に古学の多大な思想的影響を受けていて、国学を確立した春満の伊勢物語童子問を通じて、江戸前期の注釈書である伊勢物語童子問の特徴を探ることができる。伊勢物語童子問の注釈態度として3つ ほどの特徴が挙げられるが、まず、伊勢物語の作者について、業平自記説と伊勢筆作説を両方とも否定している。そして、文芸論的な態度である作物語については、伊勢物語を詠む際には、歌の実事と物語を結び付けないで、虚談である作物として見ることを強調しながら作物語について、一貫性のある態度が見られる。作物語という概念について文芸論的 に一層、進んだ注釈書であることが分かる。最後、歌学者、歌道という詞を通じて、古学を基にしながら、典拠を重視する国学者としての注釈態度が見られる。以上のように、中世の注釈との差異を明らかにしながら、国学を確立した文芸論的な態度である伊勢物語童子問注釈の性格がある程度明らかになってきたと思われる。

반묘 BuOH층의 U937세포주에 대한 apoptosis유도 효과

Mylabris phalerata (MP) is an insect that has been used for the treatment of cancer in oriental medicine. To evaluate the anticancer activity of Mylabris phalerata, We measured the cytotoxicity of Mylabris phalerata solvent fractions such as MC, EA, BuOH and residual layers on U937, human monocytic leukemia cells. Of those fractions BuOH layer of Mylabris phalerata was the moat effective with IC50 of 140 μg/ml. It effectively caused DNA fragmentation from the concentration of 50μg/ml, showed apoptotic nucleus by tenet assay and expressed apototic portion stained by Annexin-V It also induced the activation of caspase-3 and cleavage of the substrate poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). These results suggest BuOH layer of Mylabris phalerata exerts anticancer activity by induction of apoptosis via activation of caspase-3 protease.

미만성대형 B세포 림프종에 의한 급성 신부전으로, 복막강내 임파절에 의한 양측성 요관 폐쇄, 요도 및 콩팥 깔때기의 종양 침범, 종양 용해 증후군, 급성 세뇨관 괴사 혹은 림프종의 신침범 등이 종종 보고되어지고 있는데, 덩이 효과에 의한 신동맥의 직접적 압박으로 인한 급성신부전은 매우 드문 경우이다. 이에 저자들은 미만성대형 B세포 림프종이 진행됨에 따라 동반된 급성 신부전의 진단 및 치료 경과를 문헌과 같이 보고하는 바이다. Malignant lymphomas can involve any organ, but rarely cause acute renal failure as an initial manifestation. Impaired renal function secondary to renal arterial compression by a tumor mass has not been reported. A 50-year-old man was admitted with low back pain, weight loss, and a palpable abdominal mass. He developed non-oliguric acute renal failure secondary to extrinsic compression of the left renal artery by enlarged lymph nodes in the posterior wall of the pelvic cavity. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) showed the complete absence of perfusion of the left kidney due to extrinsic compression of the left renal artery by a huge diffuse large B cell lymphoma (stage IVa, International Prognostic Index score 3). We report a case of malignant lymphoma presenting as acute renal failure due to extrinsic compression of the left renal artery; this was treated successfully with systemic combination chemotherapy. 강직척추염 환자의 대동맥 탄력성의 변화, 유병기간과 BASDAI 사이의 연관성

Objective: Cardiac manifestations are well recognized complication of ankylosing spondylitis (AS). They include aortic incompetence, conduction defects, mitral valve disease, pericarditis and cardiomyopathy. There was one study to evaluate the change of aortic elasticity in AS patient and the association between the aortic strain and duration of AS, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI). We designed this study to determine whether aortic elasticity changes in Korean AS patients and is associated with the duration of AS or BASDAI. Methods: 18 AS patients without cardiovascular involvement and 18 sex and age-matched healthy subjects were enrolled in the study. Aortic strain and distensibility was calculated from aortic diameters measured by echocardiography and blood pressure measured by sphygmomanometry. Results: The mean aortic strain and mean aortic distensibility in AS group indicated that there was not any correlation with those of control group, based on the statistical analysis. Moreover, there was no statistical correlation between the means of aortic strain, aortic distensibility and the duration or BASDAI of AS. Conclusion: In patients with AS without cardiac involvement, the aortic elasticity was not decreased than that of control group, and aortic strain and distensibility were not correlated with the duration or BASDAI of AS.

대학생 연줄망 측정을 위한 척도 개발

본 연구는 대학생들의 연줄망을 측정하는 도구개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰, 전문가집단의 회의, 대학생을 대상으로 한 면대면 심층 인터뷰 및 두 차례의 사전조사를 통해 연줄망의 관계적, 구조적, 기능적 영역의 개념을 도출하고 25개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 본 조사를 통한 최종결과로 연줄망의 관계적 영역 2개, 구조적 영역 7개, 기능적 영역 14개 등 총 23개 문항의 척도를 확정하였다. 연줄망의 기능적 영역에 대한 척도는 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 정서적ㆍ경제적ㆍ영적ㆍ사회관계적 기능 등 네 가지의 하위요인으로 구성되었으며, 전체 Cronbach's α값이 0.716으로 만족할 만한 신뢰도와 타당도를 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 대학생들의 연줄망 측정도구는 대학생들이 처한 다양한 사회적 문제들을 가시화하는 동시에 대학생들의 특정한 욕구를 해소해 나가는 전략을 수립하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop a scale for the social network of college students in Korea. The social network scale for college students in this paper was developed through 1) literature review and item development 2) focus-group meeting 3) depth-interview with college students 4) pilot-studies and 5) study. The scale of 23 items has been constructed with three features : The first is 'relational feature' with 2 items; the second 'structural feature' with 7 items; and the third 'functional feature' with 14 items. The functional feature in this social network scale has consisted of emotional, economic, spiritual, and socio-relational aspects and has been revealed to the validity and the reliability of Cronbach's α 0.716. This study would contribute for college students to solve the many problems in their own lives through the social networks.

백서 심근에서 plasmid 벡터를 이용한 유전자 전달 및 VEGF 유전자 발현의 특성

N/A Background : The purpose of this study was to compare gene expression among newly designed eukaryotic expression vectors, and to characterize the pattern of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression using the most potent plasmids DNA vector. Methods : After exposure of a beating rat heart (Sprague-Dawley, 250-300g), 5 different types of plasmid DNA was injected directly into the myocardium. Reporter protein was analyzed by ELISA in the extracted heart. Results : The vector harboring cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter and enhancer induced the strongest expression of reporter gene (chloramphenicol acetyl transferase; CAT) compared to those of pC3.1, pEF1a, RSV, pActin in the rat heart via direct injection of plasmid DNA into the apex (p<0.001). Using pCN-CAT, gene expression showed a dose-dependent response over a range of 0.3-10 ㎍. CAT expression could be detected up to 30 days after 10 ㎍ of pCN-CAT injection with the maximal expression on day 5. In X-gal staining of injected pCN-lacZ gene, β-galactosidase was found only around the needle track in the apex. The expressed hVEGF121 had biologic activity with vascular permeability assay (Miles assay) in guinea pigs. After injection of pCN-hVEGF121 into the apex of the rat heart, the expression of VEGF protein was dose-dependent over the range of 25 and 500 ㎍. VEGF expression was detected up to 14 days with its peak on day 2 after injection of 250 ㎍ of pCN-hVEGF121. When plasmid was injected into the apex of the rat heart, the expression of VEGF in the heart showed concentration gradient from the apex to the base. However, the expression of CAT was detected only in the apex. Conclusion : Plasmids vector with hCMV IE promoter/enhancer will provide clear advantages over other previously developed plasmids and the information regarding the behaviors of VEGF expression may be useful in angiogenic gene therapy of the heart.(Korean J Med 60:3-15, 2001)
