        1년간의 자발적인 운동참여가 중년 남성 제2형 당뇨병 환자의 혈중 지질 성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of voluntary exercise participation on blood lipids in type II diabetes mellitus middle-aged men. Eighteen male volunteers were recruited and exercised, jogging, cycle ergometer, swimming, in the sports center for 12 months without any supervision. They had educated heart rate calculation method to keep their target heart rate during exercise. Before and after the training, their body composition, maximal oxygen uptake, and blood lipids profiles were analyzed. Body weight was not changed during experimental periods; however body fat ratio was statistically decreased at the same periods. Blood glucose, TC, LDL-C, and TG were decreased significantly and HDL-C was significantly increased (p<.05). RQ was significantly lower compared to the before exercise and their maximal oxygen consumption and exercise time to fatigue were increased significantly (p<.05). These results suggested that voluntary exercise with simple exercise prescription was also effectual to enhance blood lipids in type II diabetes mellitus middle-aged men.

        유산소 운동과 저항성 운동이 남자대학생의 폐기능과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to body composition, isokinetic muscle strength, pulmonary function and blood lipids investigate the change after 8 weeks of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise of college man. Subject were consisted of aerobic exercise group(n=8) and resistance exercise group(n=8). Aerobic exercise program was performed for THR 60-70% intensity, 60-80 minute a day, 3 days a week. and Resistance exercise program was performed for 1-RM 70-80% intensity, 70 minute a day, 3 days a week. The change of body composition, aerobic capacity, isokinetic muscle strength, pulmonary function, blood lipids were 2 times measures(before, after 8 weeks). The result for this study was drawn. 1. Aerobic exercise program and resistance exercise program were not significantly in Body composition and aerobic capactity(p>.05). 2. Aerobic and resistance exercise program were significantly increased in isokinetic muscle strength on leg flexion(p<.05). 3. Aerobic and resistance exercise program were not significantly in pulmonary function(p>.05), but aerobic exercise program were significantly increased in FVC1.0(p<.05). 4. Aerobic and resistance exercise program were not significantly in blood lipids(p>.05), but HDL-C were significantly increased(p<.05). The result of this study showed that 8 weeks of aerobic and resistance exercise program were significantly improved the isokinetic muscle strength but not significantly improved the body composition, pulmonary and blood lipids. these results suggest that male college students need aerobic and resistance exercising habit. The future study to effects of exercise intensity for improved pulmonary and blood lipids.

        필라테스 지도자의 신체상이 섭식태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of personal characteristics of the Pilates instructors on unsatisfaction in weight, appearance, body and eating attitude as well as the eating attitude, and provide basic information to improve the health and the eating attitude of the Pilates instructors to a more constructive direction. This study was carried out for the 243 Pilates instructors and the survey was conducted in a self-evaluation method and SPSS 12.0 was used to find out the influence of physical differences of the Pilates instructors on eating attitude. The value of Cronbach's a was used to verify the feasibility and reliability of the survey and the variables that are related with personal characteristics were analyzed based on the outcome of t-test and ANOVA that was conducted for the differences among groups in the response regarding physical aspects. And the eating attitude resulting from negative and positive thoughts on physical aspects was analyzed by correlation and regression study and the statistical significance of the study was .05. As the result of the analysis, it was found out as follow: 1) The influence of age on dissatisfaction in weight, appearance, physical aspects and eating attitudes was not found to be significantly different(p>.05). 2) Dissatisfaction in eating attitudes was found to be significantly low in the groups who have diploma no better than high school diploma and the groups were less stressed for eating attitudes(p<.05). 3) The difference in dissatisfaction in weight, appearance, physical aspects and eating attitudes was found to be insignificant among respondents who exercise differently in intensity, time and frequency(p>.05). 4) The weight, appearance, physical aspects and eating attitudes of the Pilates leaders had positive correlation among themselves. 5) In the physically positive group of the Pilates instructors, it was found that dissatisfaction in weight, appearance and physical aspects influence the eating attitude(p<.05). 6) In the physically negative group of the Pilates instructors, it was found that dissatisfaction in weight influences the eating attitude(p<.001). Consequently, it was found that the Pilates instructors who are physically positive but have excessive expectation for their body showed a negative influence on their eating attitude and the Pilates instructors who are physically negative in the aspect of weight showed the most negative influence on their eating attitude. Therefore, it is necessary that the definition on healthy body and the study on efficient eating attitude of the instructors should be consistently conducted during the Pilates training.

        일반인의 ACL 수술 후 등속성 트레이닝이 회복에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of isokinetic exercise on rehabilitation of muscle strength after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. subjects were consisted of 10 persons(age=30.50±4.552 yrs) who had knee operation were involved in this study. To regain the muscle strength and power of injured leg compared to those of uninjured leg, they received isokinetic training(30-40 min/3 day/8 weeks) on biodex system Ⅲ with gradually overload principle. the test time were pre, 4week, and 8weeks after isokinetic training, muscle strength, muscle average power, were determined at 60deg/sec, 180 deg/sec of biodex system Ⅲ. The result for this study was drawn. 1. At the velocity of 60deg/sec, 180 deg/sec the peak torque of extension were significantly in creased at injured leg after 8 week training(p<.05). 2. At the velocity of 60 deg/sec the average power of extension was significantly in creased at injured leg after 8 week training(p<.05), and At the velocity of 180 deg/sec the average power of extension and flexion were significantly in creased at injured leg after 8 week training(p<.05). 3. Muscle deficit ratio between injured leg and uninjured leg were significantly decreased at velocity of 60deg/sec, 180 deg/sec the peak torque of Leg extension after 8 week training(p<.05). 4. Flexion/extension ratio were not significantly different at velocity of 60 deg/sec, 180 deg/sec the peak torque(p>.05). Although the 8 week training for rehabilitation biodex system Ⅲ significantly improved the muscle strength and average power the specifically knee extension was not fully recovered. Therefore we suggest that the rehabilitation training by using biodex system Ⅲ is effectable for the knee sugery leg.

        12주간의 다양한 스포츠활동이 비만 초등여학생의 체지방율, GH, IGF-1 및 대사성증후군 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to weight, %fat, GH, IGF-1 and metabolic syndrome fisk factors investigate the change after 12 weeks of variety of Sport Activities of the Obese Primary School Girls. Subject were consisted of exercise program group(n=6) and control group(n=6) that were over the 27% fat, exercise program was performed for variety of Sport Activities and muscle training, 60 minute a day, over 4 days a week. The change of weight, %fat, GH, IGF-1 were 2 times measures(before, after 12 weeks). The result for this study was drawn. 1. there were decreased %fat but increased GH, IGF-1 in performance for exercise program. and it were no different of weight on group and time. 2. There were decreased TG but increased HDL-C in performance for exercise program and it were no different of WHR, SBP, DBP on group and time. The result of this study showed that 12 weeks of a variety of Sport Activities were positive change of the %fat, TG, HDL-C and after exercise effect were increased TG, IGF-1 on variety of Sport Activities.

        복지관 이용 노인과 경로당 이용 노인의 신체활동 만족도 비교 분석

        The objective of this study is to determine whether the program of the aged welfare center and the hall for the aged are appropriate for activation or participation in the interest of the aged for the increasing population of the aged. Targeting 21 old people making use of the aged welfare center and :l) old people using the hall for the aged, this study was performed to provide basic data for old people's utilization of social welfare program by comparing demographic and social property, satisfaction in physical activity and the current result of physical examination. 1) The demographic and social property of old people using welfare center and the hall for the aged did not show statistically significant difference in all items except average monthly pocket money. The monthly pocket money of old people using welfare center was significantly higher(p<.05). 2) In the satisfaction in physical activity of old people using welfare center and the hall for the aged, statistically significant difference was not seen between 2 groups in all items except "How would others think of my physical constitution?" It turned out that the old people using welfare center were more interested in appearance. 3) In the result of physical examination of old people using welfare center and the hall for the aged, statistically significant difference was not seen between 2 groups in items such as physical ingredient, physical strength, circulatory system, pulmonary function and blood test However, the blood pressure of old people using welfare center was significantly higher(p<.05). This result may suggest that the old people using welfare center have more personal relation, spend more monthly pocket money, are more interested in physical constitution, make effort to gain more social support and more satisfied with physical welfare. Thus, it is required to ensure satisfaction in physical activity by activating welfare center program. I think that constant study should be made for better Quality of life and satisfaction in physical welfare.

        웨이트 트레이닝 경력에 따른 1-RM의 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate muscle functions such as I-repetition maximum (1-RM) depending on career on weight training. For the study, 44 males (25.35±5.90 years) who worked out through weight training were divided into 3 groups. They are less than 6-month, more than 12-month, and more than 6 but less than 12 month groups. One-way ANOVA followed by Turkey LSD post-hoc tests were used to evaluate 1-RM responses. Significance level was set to .05. The result is as follows; First, bench press 1-RM significantly increased more in the groups of 6-to-12-month and less than 6-month than in the group of less than 6 month. Second, Squat 1-RM significantly increased more in the group of more than 12-month than in other two groups. Third, Dead-lift 1-RM does not show any difference among groups. In order for 1-RM responses to show significant improvement in weight training in the large muscle group are used, the exercise has to be done regularly and steadily. Especially, the posture must be stable to get higher response to 1-RM measurement.

      • 저항성 운동이 혈중 호르몬과 효소의 반응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effect of elastic resistance strength training (ERST) on plasma testosterone, cortisol, CPK and LDH reponses. Five college male students who were not experienced in resistance training were participated in this study (Height = 172.0±1.8 ㎝; Body weight = 67.3±3.1 ㎏; Age = 19.4±0.9 years). Rubber band was used for elastic resistance training. Training protocol was based on progressive overload principle for 4 week period. Isokinetic strength, Wingate power test and blood analysis were performed at prior to training, after 1-week, 2-week, 3-week and 4-week training. Isokinetic strengths were not significantly different between pre and post training, but during training they were significantly increased and decreased following the change of training intensity. LDH was not significantly affected during the whole training period but CPK at the end of the current experiment was significantly increased. The plasma cortisol and testosterone reponses were not affect from the present ERST, respectively. Therefore, the results of the present study indicated that the present ERST did affect the isokinetic strengths during training in the absence of the significantly change of humoral factors.

        혈압 분류에 따른 고령 여성의 중강도 걷기운동이 혈압 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to find the effects of walking exercises have on elderly female over the age of 60 who are not taking medication for normal blood pressure, pre-stage hypertension, and stage 1 hypertension patients. The subjects of this study were elderly female of city C in Gyeongsangnam-do, consisting of 14 member groups of a total of 42 participants, and SPSS 14.0 was used for data analysis with ANCOVA and 2-way RM ANOVA for examination. For pre and post testing difference, paired t-test was used and significance level was set at 0.05. Results were as follows. 1. In body composition, there was no significant difference(p>.05) in weight, waist/hip ratio, and BMI. However, in weight change pre and post testing, significant decrease(p<.05) showed in pre-stage hypertension and stage 1 hypertension groups. Also, significant decrease(p<.01) showed in hip ratio for the pre-stage hypertension group, and BMI showed significant decrease(p<.05) in pre-stage hypertension and stage 1 hypertension groups. There was no interaction between % body fat and BMR (p>.05). However, significant decrease (p<.05) was displayed in the pre and post testing difference in body fat percentage of the pre-stage hypertension group. 2. For change of blood pressure there as no significant difference (p>.05) in SBP and DBP. However, in SBP pre and post testing difference, significant decrease showed in the normal group (p<.05), pre-stage hypertension group(p<.001), and the stage 1 hypertension group(p<.001). Also, in DBP, significant decrease(p<.05) was displayed in the pre-stage hypertension group(p<.01) and the stage 1 hypertension group (p<.001). There was no interaction in resting heart rate(p>.05). 3. There was no interaction in all variables for change in blood(p>.05). However, in pre and post testing for pre-stage hypertension, there was significant decrease in glucose(p<.001), and for sGPT, there was significant difference for the normal blood pressure group(p<.05). However, after the examination, all groups carne within normal range. 4. In lipoprotein composition change, no interaction was displayed pre and post testing (p>.05). However, in HDL-C, significant decrease was displayed in pre-stage hypertension and stage 1 hypertension groups(p<.05). Under these results, change in blood pressure shows positive change in body composition and medium intensity exercise. Therefore, with regular simple medium intensity walking exercise in pre-stage hypertension and stage 1 hypertension patients, a leading cause in adult disease such as obesity and hypertension can be prevented in elderly women.

        스포츠 종목별 대학선수의 대퇴 상대근력 분석

        The purpose of this study was investigate and elevate leg strength peak torque, leg strength peak torque % body weight and H/Q ratio of male elite college athletes in korea. The subject were 44 male elite college athletes and college student 9 male, total 53 male who were divided 7 groups(soccer=10, soft tennis=6, volleyball=6, taekwondo=8, track and field(sprint)=7, ssirum=7, college student=9). 7 groups were compared by data obtained through Cybex 340 dynamometer at 60°/s max isokinetic resistive exercise test. These data were compared to leg peak torque, leg peak torque % body weight and muscle strength ratio in each groups. All groups were compared by using oneway ANOVA precudure. The results of this study were follows; 1. The leg muscle peak torque were significantly highst ssirum, volleyball than the orther groups. 2. The leg muscle peak torque % body weight were significantly highst Track and field, volletball than the other groups. 3. the leg muscle H/Q ratio wrer no significantly each groups. We obtained strength developement very important to improve leg muscle throught muscle exercise.
