Intradermal test using the heat concentrated synthetic medium and purified protein derivative tuberculin has been applied for the detection of bovine tuberculosis. The data accumulated during the years of 1984 to 1989 were analysed with epidemiologic factors affecting tuberculin reaction. Incidence of tuberculin reactors in dairy cattle in 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989 were 0.20%, 0.40%, 0.15%, 0.37%, 0.04% and 0.06%, respectively. Distribution of tubercle lesions by the induration size (≥10㎜) were 63.3%. Cattle slaughtered with HCSM tuberculin reactors were 90.2%, whereas PPD tuberculin reactors were 9.8%. Incidence of bovine tuberculosis in dairy cattle in Namku, Namdongku, Soku and Bukku were 40.02%, 39.22%, 7.84%, 3.92%, respectively. Incidence of bovine tuberculosis by 2, 3, 4 and 5 years of age were 41.18%, 23.53%, 9.80% and 11.76%, respectively. Incidence of bovine tuberculosis by the farms reared with 1~5, 6~10, 11~20 and 31~50 cattle herd scales were 12.5%, 18.75%, 31.15% and 12.5%, respectively. Incidence of tubercle lesions in the lungs, pulmonary lymph nodes and mesenteric lymphnode were 18.6%, 27.9% and 29.5%, respectively.

본 연구는 하지마비 척수장애인의 유연성 검사를 바탕으로 현장에서 활용하기 위한 평가 기준을 제시하고, 등급별 유연성검사 기준을 일반인의 유연성 검사 기준과 비교 및 평가하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 측정 대상은 수도권을 중심으로 생활을 하고 있는 하지마비장애인 20~59세까지 총 149명의 남성을 대상으로 등뒤로양손맞대기로 유연성 검사를 실시하였다. 그리고 본 연구 자료는 향후 교차 타당화 연구를 거쳐 척수장애인의 건강체력을 일반인과 비교 평가할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있도록 구체화시켰다. 이 연구 결과는 척수장애인과 일반인의 유연성 비교 평가 기준으로 적용가능하며, 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력, 신체구성의 건강체력 요소들도 일반인 체력 검사 항목별로 비교하여 체력 비교 및 경기력 예측이 가능한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 하지마비 척수장애인의 유연성 검사 및 기준을 연령 및 등급별로 제시하였다. This study was carried out with the purpose of presenting evaluation standards to be practically used at actual field based on the flexibility test of Persons with Paraplegia-Spinal Cord Injury and making a comparison with flexibility test criteria of general people to make the standards of physical strength evaluable and comparable. For measurement objects, 149 men of Persons with Paraplegia-Spinal Cord Injury aged between 20 and 59 in capital area were tested for flexibility by holding their both hands behind their back. This study data were actualized through cross validation study to be utilized as fundamental data enable to make comparative evaluation of health-related physical fitness of Persons with Paraplegia-Spinal Cord Injury with that of general people. The study results are applicable to evaluation criteria in flexibility comparison of Persons with Paraplegia-Spinal Cord Injury and general people and available as fundamental data for prediction of performance and comparison of physical strength by comparing health-related physical fitness elements of muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, and body composition by item of physcial strength test of general people. Thus, flexibility evaluation and standards of Persons with Paraplegia-Spinal Cord Injury were presented by age and rating.
