        볼 밀링한 CuO-Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> 혼합분말의 수소환원 거동과 미세조직 특성

        The hydrogen reduction behavior of the $CuO-SCo_3O_4$ powder mixture for the synthesis of the homogeneous Cu-15at%Co composite powder has been investigated. The composite powder is prepared by ball milling the oxide powders, followed by a hydrogen reduction process. The reduction behavior of the ball-milled powder mixture is analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperature-programmed reduction at different heating rates in an Ar-10%H2 atmosphere. The scanning electron microscopy and XRD results reveal that the hydrogen-reduced powder mixture is composed of fine agglomerates of nanosized Cu and Co particles. The hydrogen reduction kinetics is studied by determining the degree of peak shift as a function of the heating rate. The activation energies for the reduction of the oxide powders estimated from the slopes of the Kissinger plots are 58.1 kJ/mol and 65.8 kJ/mol, depending on the reduction reaction: CuO to Cu and $SCo_3O_4$ to Co, respectively. The measured temperature and activation energy for the reduction of $SCo_3O_4$ are explained on the basis of the effect of pre-reduced Cu particles.

        노후공동주택 리모델링의 사업성 확보를 위한 수직증축 제안

        리모델링은 기존 구조체를 재활용함으로써 국가적인 자원절감과 친환경적인 기여 등, 재건축과 비교해 큰 장점을 가지고 있다. 리모델링의 이와 같은 장점과 기존 용적률과 관계없이 전용면적의 30% 이내 증축 이라는 적용범위의 완화, 짧은 사업기간 등은 강력한 규제정책으로 재건축 추진이 어려운 노후화 된 고층 공동주택의 거주환경 개선을 위한 대안으로 여겨졌다. 하지만 현재 리모델링을 추진하던 노후화 된 고층 공동주택의 거주자들은 리모델링을 포기하거나 재건축으로 돌아서고 있다. 이러한 주된 원인은 주택 재건축사업과 달리 가구수를 늘릴 수 없어 일반분양이 불가하고, 안전상의 문제를 이유로 리모델링 이전보다 층수를 올리는 것이 원칙적으로 불허되기 때문이다. 즉, 모든 공사비를 거주자들이 부담해야 하는 경제적인 부담감에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 상황을 개선하기 위해서는 리모델링의 수행 주체인 거주자들의 부담금을 저감시킬 수 있어야 하며, 거주자들의 부담금을 저감시킬 수 있는 방향은 세대수 증가가 가장 직접적인 수단이므로 이를 어느 정도 허용할 수 있는 방향의 제도개선이 단기적으로 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수직증축을 포함한 리모델링 대안을 제시하고, 제시한 대안과 현행 리모델링 안과의 개략공사비 산정을 통해 세대당 분담금을 비교해봄으로써 리모델링 활성화를 위한 제도개선의 기반을 마련하고자 한다. Remodeling the existing building structure by recycling has great advantages compared with reconstruction in terms of environmentally contributions and reduced use of national resources. And no matter the existing floor area ratio, extension up to 30% of the exclusive using area and short project period have made remodeling a good alternative to reconstruction. However, the residents of aged housings that were being remodeled are either abandoning the remodeling project and turning to reconstruction. The main reason is remodeling project cannot increase the number of householders. In principal, it is prohibited to increase the number of floors during remodeling due to matters of safety. That is, all remodeling construction costs are borne by the residents, which leads to great financial pressure. Therefore, in order to improve these conditions, the residents' burden of remodeling charges should be reduced, and one of the ways to do so is to increase the number of householders. In this study, there will be suggestions of alternatives, including the story increase during remodeling, and compare the burden of remodeling charges on each of the residents, between proposed alternatives and the current remodeling plans by calculating the construction costs in order to prepare a foundation for a system that will promote remodeling.

        보문 : 버섯 세균성갈색무늬병원균(Pseudomonas tolaasii)의 분비 독소(tolaasin)를 저해하는 미생물 Pseudomonas sp. HC1

        A Gram-negative bacterium was isolated from mushroom media that markedly reduces the level of extracellular toxins (i.e., tolaasins) produced by Pseudomonas tolaasii, the most destructive pathogen of cultivated mushrooms. The HC1 strain was selected as detoxifying tolaasin by bioassay on potato and it was identified Pseudomonas sp. by the cultural, morphological and physiological characteristics, and analysis of the 16S rRNA.. The isolated bacterium is saprophytic but not parasitic nor pathogenic to cultivation mushroom. The isolated bacterium for P. tolaasii cell, was sufficient for detoxification in vitro. Inoculation of the isolated bacterium prevents the development of bacterial disease in Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammunia velutipes and Agaricus bisporus. Control efficacy of brown blotch of strain HC1 treatment was 69, 68 and 55% on Agaricus bisporus, Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus ostreatus, respectively. The suppressive bacterium may be useful in future for the development of biocontrol system and the construction of genetically modified edible fungi resistant to the disease caused by P. tolaasii.

      • 아파트 단지 내 영역성 관련 갈등의 현황과 개선방안 연구: 관련 신문기사의 내용분석을 중심으로

        This study aims to propose possible solutions for social conflicts caused by apartment complexes, especially the ones originating from their territorial nature, based on previous studies and proposals. To do so, this study collected media cases reported, then analyzed their contents, thereby examining the causes of frequently presented conflicts. In order to view the conflict in apartment complexes from a new perspective, this study aims to define the conflict resulting from the territorial nature of apartments and grasp related theories to understand it. In this study, the ‘territorial conflict’ is defined as a conflict between two or more groups that can be clearly distinguished from each other, including residents and outsiders, tenants and logistics workers, rental residents and pre-sale residents, residents and co-users. Second, it is intended to collect media cases over the past 10 years with territorial conflicts by keywords, and to summarize the timing and frequency of such cases. Lastly, the study aims to propose guidelines for consideration when resolving conflicts based on existing theories and related laws.

        미용실기교사의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 교육만족도와 수업태도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find the effects of nonverbal communication of beauty teachers on class satisfaction and learning attitudes in beauty specialized high schools. For this study, a total of 506 second-to third-grade students attending beauty education high schools in Seoul, Incheon, and Daejeon were studied from March 2, 2020 to April 3, 2020. As a result of the study, male students showed a higher learning attitude, which is affected by the nonverbal communication of beauty treatment teachers at beauty high schools. Body language, a nonverbal communication factor for beauty treatment teachers, has been found to significantly affect class satisfaction. Physical appearance, a nonverbal communication factor for beauty treatment teachers, has been found to affect learning attitude. Therefore, efforts should be made to efficiently achieve the educational goals and the learners personal goals by creating trust among learners through the non-verbal communication of beauty treatment teachers and to develop educational methods that can improve class satisfaction.

        다중현장관리를 위한 자원조달 지원 모델

        This paper presents resource-planning supporting-model for multi-project management in medium-sized construction companies which need to develop suitable and effective information system. Therefore it is intended to raise the standard of information system in overall construction industry. We analyzed the works that related reusable resource delivery in medium-sized construction companies, then reorganized the process to underpin the problems. The process that reorganized is classified into resource delivery planning, executing planning and accomplishment reporting which is same classification as old one but we broke down resource planning process into the works that support decision making in each phases. Furthermore, the system support resource-planning, cars-allocation-planning with consideration of several factors and establish resource pool that furnish actual results data as estimation data. As a result, we can select the resource planning which maximize reusability.

      • 2020년대 전후 준공된 공동주택 특화설계의 웰인증 기반 평가 및 발전 방향 제안

        This study aims to find out the relationship between occupant well-being and specialized design of Korean apartment complexes, especially indoor and outdoor restorative area, landscaping and health programs. This is done by analyzing the elements of specialized design through the occupant wellbeing related criteria of WELL certification. To achieve this, five apartment complexes from the Korean Architecture Award were selected as representative research subjects. Second, photograph and video materials are collected from newspaper articles and the platform Youtube. Then, the standards regarding occupant wellbeing from WELL were chosen, and each collected case was analyzed based on the made analysis frame. Lastly, the study proposed management and improvement plan for future apartment complexes’ specialized design.
