        조현병 환자에서 다감각적 되먹임에 의한 원격현존감 특성 및 관련 신경 기전 : 기능자기공명영상 연구

        Objectives : The multimodal telepresence systems have been adopted in a variety of applications, such as telemedicine, space or underwater teleoperation and videoconference. Multimedia, one of the telepresence systems, has been used in various fields including entertainment, education and communication. The degree of subjective telepresence is defined as the probability that a person perceives to be physically in the remote place when he/she experiences a multisensory feedback from the multimedia. The current study aimed to explore the neural mechanism of telepresence related to multisensory feedback in patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Brain activity was measured using functional magnetic resonance imaging while fifteen healthy controls and fifteen patients with schizophrenia were experiencing filmed referential conversation at various distances (1 m, 5 m and 10 m). Correlations between the image contrast values and the telepresence scores were analyzed. Results : Subjective telepresence was not significantly different between the two groups. Some significant correlations of brain activities with the telepresence scores were found in the left postcentral gyrus, bilateral inferior frontal gyri, right fusiform gyrus, and left superior temporal sulcus. There were no main effects of group and distance. Conclusion : These results suggest that patients with schizophrenia experience telepresence as appropriately as healthy people do when exposed to multimedia. Therefore, patients with schizophrenia would have no difficulty in immersing themselves in multimedia which may be used in clinical training therapies.

        고객관련 스트레스가 감정노동에 미치는 영향: 호텔종사원이 지각하는 감성지능의 조절효과

        본 연구에서는 고객과 종사원의 상호작용에서 발생하는 정신적·신체적 긴장상태로 일종의 사회적 상황을 반영하는 고객과 관련된 사회적 스트레스가 감정노동에 미치는 영향관계, 그리고 고객관련 스트레스원이 감정노동에 미치는 영향에 있어 감성지능의 조절효과를 보고자 한다. 실증분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 고객관련 스트레스에 대한 높게 지각하면 감정노동을 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 고객접점에 의해 기업의 성과가 달라지는 호텔기업에서는 종사원들의 감정노동 수행과 관련하여 감정노동으로 인한 구성원의 감정적 및 심리적 건강을 지킬 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이며 표면행위와 같이 거짓된 감정을 내면행위와 같은 진정성에 기반을 감정표현을 할 수 있도록 다양한 내부마케팅 방안을 수립해야 할 것이다. 즉 금전적 보상과 같은 외재적 동기부여와 함께 교육활동 등을 통해 내재적 동기부여 활동도 필요하다. 둘째, 고객관련 스트레스가 감정노동에 미치는 영향에 있어 감정지능의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 표면행위에 미치는 영향에 있어 자기감성의 이해와 내면행위에 미치는 영향에 있어 감성조절만이 조절 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며 감성지능의 다른 하위요인들은 감정노동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 독립변수로 나타났다. 따라서 호텔기업에서는 감정노동을 강화시킬 수 있는 감성지능을 높이기 위한 노력을 하여야 할 것이다 In this study, the moderating effect of emotional intelligence in the impact relation on emotional labor by the social stress associated with a customer who reflects a sort of social situation, the situation of mental and physical tension arising from an interaction of customer and employee, and the effect of customer-related stress resource are intended to be shown. Results of this study are as below. First, if a customer-related perceived stress is high, then the emotional labor is perceived high. Therefore, in a hotel companies where their achievements vary with customer contact point, measures to keep employee members`` emotional and psychological health caused by emotional labors associated with employees`` performance and various internal marketing plan will have to be established to emotionally express a false feeling such as an ostensible action to an authenticity base such as an internal action. In other words, an intrinsic motivation through educational activities and etc. with an extrinsic motivation such as monetary rewards is needed. Second, the results which examined the moderating effect of emotional intelligence in the effect of a custpmer-related stress on emotional labor revealed that only the moderation of emotion showed a moderation effect in the effect of the ostensible behavior, understanding of own emotion and internal action and sub-factors of emotional intelligence are shown to be independent variables directly influencing an emotional labor. Therefore, a hotel company should put an effort to increase emotional intelligence which can reinforce emotional labor.

        호텔종사원이 지각하는 고객관련 스트레스가 감정노동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the emotional labor by the social stress associated with a customer who reflects a sort of social situation, the situation of mental and physical tension arising from an interaction of customer and employee, and the effect of customer-related stress resource are intended to be shown. And turnover intention as an affective response of emotional labor result is intended to be understood. Results of this study are as below. First, if a customer-related perceived stress is high, then the emotional labor is perceived high. Therefore, in a hotel companies where their achievements vary with customer contact point, measures to keep employee members` emotional and psychological health caused by emotional labors associated with employees` performance and various internal marketing plan will have to be established to emotionally express a false feeling such as an ostensible action to an authenticity base such as an internal action.Finally, the analyzed results of an impact relation of emotional labor and turnover intention showed that the higher an ostensible action was perceived, the higher a turnover intention was and the higher an internal action was perceived, the lower a turnover intention was. Thus, companies will have to prepare a measure to switch an ostensible action to an internal action as to employee`s emotional labor.

        정신질환에서 뇌영상의 이해와 전망

        Neuroimaging in psychiatry encompasses the powerful tools available for the in vivo study of brain structure and function. MRI including the volumetry, voxel-base morphometry(VBM) and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) are useful for assessing brain structure, whereas function MRI, positron emission tomography(PET) and magnetoencephalography(MEG) are well established for probing brain function. These tools are well tolerated by the vast majority of psychiatric patients because they provide a powerful but noninvasive means to directly evaluate the brain. Although neuroimaging technology is currently used only to rule in or rule out general medical conditions as opposed to diagnosing primary mental disorders, it may be used to confirm or make psychiatric diagnoses in the future. In addition, neuroimaging may be valuable for predicting the natural course of psychiatric illness as well as treatment response.

        면세점 선택속성의 중요도-만족도(IPA)가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 -방한 중국인 관광객을 중심으로-

        Duty-free shopping is not only critical to tourist shopping, but also a sizable part in oversea tourism. From records of the Korea National Tourism Organization, Chinese tourists are increasing, and accordingly it estimates that the trend would accelerate in the future. To unleash the shopping passion of the expected Chinese tourists in Korea duty-free shops, it is necessary to study the duty-free shopping pattern of Chinese tourists to Korea. The following research is conducted for above reasons. Conclusions as below: First, in terms of optional attributes of duty-free shops, customers` importance scores higher than satisfaction, meaning the high expectation on duty-free shops. Thus to attract more Chinese tourists, the managers ought to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction. Second, though little correlation between importance and loyalty of optional attributes from Chinese tourists in Korea, there is strong mutual influence of satisfaction and loyalty of optional attributes. Therefore, improvement of satisfaction would lead improvement of loyalty. Third, from IPA analysis, it is obvious that Chinese tourists have high importance yet low satisfaction, and the other part which deserves centralized management is in-store activities. Managers of duty-free shops would realize that, among in-store activities, price is critical for tourists` selection, so that relevant policies on pricing should be the focus.

        가상현실을 이용한 알코올 관련 자극이 음주 갈망감 유발에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 "가상현실기법을 활용한 음주 갈망감 유발 프로그램"을 알코올중독 환자를 대상으로 실시하여, 음주거절훈련을 위한 전 단계로 가상현실을 통한 자극제시가 갈망감 유발에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 가상현실 자극은 알코올중독자들의 음주유발 상황으로 알려진 음주권유(사회적 압력)상황을 중심으로 알코올 노출 여부와 긍정적 상황·부정적 상황으로 구성하였다. 분석결과 아바타가 등장하여 음주를 권유(사회적 압력)하는 상황과 알코올이 노출된 상황에서의 갈망감이 더 높게 나타났다. 이 결과는 어떠한 형태로든 사회적 압력상황에 대처할 수 있는 방법이나 기술을 실시하는 것이 알코올중독 치료와 예방에 꼭 필요하며, 이에 가상현실의 활용이 새로운 효과적인 도구로서의 가능성이 있음을 보여준다. 가상현실 자극 중 긍정적 상황이냐 부정적 상황이냐는 변수는 갈망감에 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았는데 이는 갈망감을 느끼는 음주유발 상황이 개인마다 차이를 보이기 때문인 것으로 보여 향후 대상자의 갈망감을 느끼는 감정적인 상황에 대한 사전분류에 따른 연구나 집단별 음주상활 특성에 대한 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. This study examined whether stimulation using virtual reality technology, the stage ahead of training to refuse alcohol, arouses alcohol craving by implementing "a program that arouses alcohol craving through the utilization of virtual reality technology". With regard to stimulation, it included alcohol exposure, a positive situation, and a negative situation on the basis of drinking encouraging situations (social pressure) known as drinking stimulating situations for alcoholics. The purpose of the study is to provide fundamental materials for the development of new training programs to refuse alcohol and for the examination of the possibility of utilizing virtual reality technology as a new treatment and training tool for alcoholics. The analysis results(10 alcohol dependent patients) indicate that avatars encouraging drinking caused more craving than just the background, that the scenes with alcohol exposed caused more craving than the scenes with no alcohol exposed, and that there were no significant changes to craving according to a positive or negative situation. The results confirmed that training sessions using virtual reality presented a situation and environment of drinking pressure that`s similar to the actual social pressure and that the virtual reality approach had enormous potential as an effective treatment tool when combined with the existing treatment techniques.
