정보통신기술의 발달과 지식정보화사회로 발전하면서 개인과 사회, 국가 전체가 정보생활을 영위하고 있다. 그러나 장애인, 고령자 등 정보소외 계층은 정보통신에 대한 접근성이 어려워 정보서비스에서 외면당하고 있다. 저 출산, 고령화 사회를 맞이하여 우리사회에 직면하고 있는 문제는 고령인구의 증가와 장애인구의 증가하고 있기 문제이다. 우리나라는 2018년 고령사회에 진입하고 2026년에는 본격적인 고령화 사회에 도달할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 앞으로 시각장애인 뿐만 아니라 고령화 사회를 대비하여 인터넷 공간에서 균등한 정보제공 및 교육서비스를 제공하고 사회와 소통할 수 있는 정보 교육지원를 준비해야한다. 효율적인 교육지원을 위하여 기존의 교육환경에서는 다른 환경과 시장애인 위한 지원을 통해 동일한 목표를 달성할 수 있는 다양한 원격지원 교육 서비스가 필요한 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 시각장애학생이 교육현장에 필요한 점역사와 수업 보조공학장비등의 부족한 현실에서 시간, 공간, 인적, 경제적인 문제를 해결하기위하여 온라인 환경에서 사용자중심의 인터페이스(Interface)에 설계를 통한 원격지원 포탈서비스를 구축하고 사용자와 강의자의 정보를 효과적으로 DB(Database)화 하여 활용함으로서 소외계층에 대한 정보격차감소를 할 수 있는 원격교육지원 서비스 관한 콘텐츠를 제안하고자 한다. Disability student limit many kinds of life conditions in their education environments because they dep end on individual mental, physical, and mental abilities when they dedicate on their studies. Especially, blind people cannot read their text books and seldom use visual materials, so if they do not use the distance education system supports; for example, transforming of voice or sound systems to visual systems, the blind people are not able to get some information. Therefore, they need to have distance education system for blind people in the fast internet and developed computer programs. In fact, many blind people seldom accept some systematical information if it does not transfer from visual information to sound material systems. In order to discover and handle some problems of education systems of blind people, this study analyzes data bases and collects many cases of studies in web-sites and computer home pages. For effective results and solving the problems, this project makes distance education support of portal site for blind people. Through analyzing aspects and characteristics of supporting information system for blind people, this study focuses on developing the UI(User Interface) for helping voice system, checking web data bases, and supporting some programs for blind people are easy to have some information. Also, it is helpful to disable people to overcome so me information gaps and is able to take various contents in the interactive on-line communications.

의사결정지원을 위한 BIM 4D 시뮬레이션 시각화 서비스 연구

디지털 기술과 정보기술의 급속한 발전으로 건설관리에 있어서 공정관리와 3차원설계를 연동한 공정 시뮬레이션 기반의 프로젝트 관리업무에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 그러나 기존의 건설관리 시스템들은 현장관리시스템을 통해 단순한 정보 저장 및 공유의 역할을 하는데 그치고 있다. 따라서 이러한 시스템이 프로젝트 관리 기능으로 각 공사의 공정에 따른 실무적 관리가 가능하기 위해서는 프로젝트 특성에 맞는 BIM(Building Information Modeling)기반의 3차원 설계를 통한 공정관리의 시각적 시스템이 도입이 필요하다. 현재 시공단계에서 간섭 체크 등 각 공정간 업무의 효율성을 향상하기 위한 노력으로 4D CAD와 연계하여 4D 시뮬레이션이 업계에서 사용되고 있으나, 단지 시각적으로 표현하는 것에 그칠 뿐, 작업시간을 단축시키는 등 효율적인 작업을 위하여 쓰이고 있지는 않은 실정이다. 그러나 4D 시뮬레이션은 단지 시각화 도구로서 사용되기보다 본래의 목적인 작업의 최적화 및 효율적이어야 하며, 기존의 4D 시뮬레이션 프로그램과는 차별성을 가져야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 의사결정지원을 위한 건설관리의 효율적인 업무처리를 위한 시각화 공정관리 기법을 적용한 공동주택 개발 사례의 실무적 기능구현 적용사례를 통해 의사결정지원을 위한 건설관리 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 본 연구는 건설관리 효율화을 높이기 위해 차별화된 공정시각화 시스템의 기능을 구축함으로써 건설관리업무에 실무적으로 적용하여 분석 평가하고자 한다. Thank to the rapid advance of a digital technology and an information technology, there has been active research into process simulation-based project management job interlinking process management with 3D design also in construction management. However, existing construction management systems merely play the role of saving and sharing information through a field management system. This study is supposed to be utilized as a construction management alternative for d decision-making support while proposing another possibility to those engaged in related industries and academic circles. Nowadays 4D simulation connected with 4D CAD is used for improving the efficiency of the operation among every process such as the interference check in pre-construction phase. The purpose of this study is to develop BIM-based construction simulation application. 4D simulation should be used for the optimization and efficiency, and be differentiated from the existing 4D simulation program.

도시재생이란 종전의 주거, 상업 등 단일기능의 도시개발을 복합 기능 도시개발로 탈바꿈 시켜 도시의 정체성과 테마를 갖추는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 최근 세계 도시들의 화두가 되고 있는 이 같은 도시 재생은 시민들의 삶의 질을 보다 충실히 담아내고 지역이 가진 제반 물질적·문화적 여건과 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 도시를 만들어가는 창조적 역할이라 할 수 있겠다. 경춘선 폐선지역 일제시대 건설이 되어 오랜 기간 강촌, 대성리와 같은 많은 휴양지가 생성되기도 하였지만, 서울 인근의 신설된 많은 교통망으로 인하여 철로의 복선화가 진행이 됨에 따라 남겨진 폐선부지에 관한 새로운 활용이 요청되고 있으며, 경춘선 주변지역 개발현황 및 기존시설 등 대상지를 조사?분석하여 제시하며, 폐선부지 비전계획과 연계한 지역개발 및 동북지역의 발전을 촉진시키고 활성화를 유도할 수 있도록 토지이용 구상을 통한 방안이 제시되어야 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통하여 도시재생에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 경우에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 사례조사를 통하여 이론적 고찰에서 나타난 유형, 쟁점 등의 현황 분석을 실시하였으며, 대상지의 현재의 포지셔닝을 파악하기 위한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 내용을 바탕으로 대상지의 활용방안을 제시하였다. 경춘선 폐선부지의 공간계획을 통하여 서울의 중심도시로 발전을 도약하기 위한 비전을 제시하는 계획 수립에 그 목적이 있다. The urban regeneration means to change the urban development of single function such as existing resident, commercial etc. to multi-functional urban development so to obtain the identity and theme of the city. Recently the urban regeneration which became the topic of the cities of the world is the creative role which reflects the quality of citizen"s life and the city of new concept which applies the base material and cultural conditions and resources effectively. The "Kyoung-Chun" railroad line was built in the Japanese colonial period, a lot of vacation spots were created such as Gang-chon, Daeseong-li, but the new application of remained disused line was requested as the double tracking of railroad progressed due to any transport lines near Seoul, the site was researched and analyzed like development present condition of areas around "Kyoung-Chun" railroad and existie vision plan of disused line and development of East Northern area was prompted and applied by the plan of land usage, and this study aims to present the vision for Seoul to be developed as central city by the space plan of "Kyoung-Chun" railroad disused line and accomplish the plan. Focusing on vitalization of region and base industry which appeared as biggest problem of region based on the examples, the present condition and requirements, the planning space was operated so the result was deducted finally.
