장기간동안 여러 기관의 협력을 통해 이루어지는 전사적 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture, EA)의 특성상, 기관에서 EA를 도입부터 운영 및 정착, 그리고 고도화시키기 위해서는, 조직의 EA업무 수행 능력을 평가하고 개선하기 위한 적합한 EA기준이 필요하다. 하지만 국내 EA에 대한 연구는 아직 도입단계이기 때문에, EA조직의 수준측정을 위한 EA성숙도모델에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않다. 이러한 상황에 따라, EA성숙도 모델을 정의하고, 측정을 위한 평가항목과 해당 지침을 제시하고자 한다. EA성숙도 모델은 CMMI의 연속형 모델을 참고하여, EA성숙도 모델의 선진사례 분석과 정부의 ‘정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률’을 기반으로 하여 총 4개영역 15개평가요소를 정의하였다. 성숙도 단계는 인식부터 최적화 단계까지 총 5단계로 정의하였으며, 이 중에서 첫 번째 단계인 인식단계의 평가 항복별 지침을 제시하였다. 이렇게 각 항목에 대한 측정 대상자들의 이해를 높임으로써 좀 더 정확한 성숙도 평가 결과와 이를 기반으로 EA고도화를 위한 좋은 기준을 제시하고자 정의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-concepts, leisure attitude, flow experience and degree of participation in leisure sports of office workers. To achieve the purpose of this study, white color workers who were working in a company located in Seoul, were selected as population of this study. After selecting 10 companies randomly, by using stratified cluster random sampling method,490 office workers were sampled for this study. A total of 450 subjects were used for employee data analysis. Instruments used in this study were Self-concepts scale, Leisure attitude scale, Flow experience scale, Participation in leisure sports scale. To analyze data, multiple regression and path analysis were conducted. The results of this study as follows; First,, social self-concept has the most strong effect on cognitive, affective, behavioral leisure attitude. Self-concepts mostly influence on affective leisure attitude than other variables. And, social self concept has the most strong effects on flow experience. Also, social self-concept has the most strong effects on cognitive, behavioral participation. And general self concept largely influence on affective participation. Self-concepts influence on affective participation larger than other variables. Second, this result was exposed to the caused relationship among self concepts, leisure attitude, flow experience and degree of participation in leisure sports. Behavioral leisure attitude has the most strong effects on cognitive participation. Self-concepts has an indirect effect through affective, behavioral leisure attitude, flow experience. Affective leisure attitude has most strong effects on affective participation and self-concepts has an indirect effect through affective leisure attitude. Behavioral leisure attitude has most strong effects on behavioral participation and self-concepts has an indirect effect through cognitive, affective, behavioral leisure attitude.
직장인의 여가활동유형과 여가기능 및 여가활동 참여정도의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among type of leisure activity, leisure function and degree of leisure participation of office workers. To achieve the purpose of this study, white color workers who were working in a company located in Seoul, were selected as population of this study. After selecting 21 companies by means of stratified cluster random sampling method, 1050 office workers were sampled for this study. A total of 955 subjects were used for employee data analysis. Instruments used in this study were Leisure function scale, Participation in Leisure scale. To analyze data, analysis of covariance, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study as follows ; First, there is significant difference between type of leisure activity on perceived competence, control, leisure need, depth in leisure experience. Second, there is significant difference between type of leisure activity on cognitive, affective, behavioral participation. Third, perceived competence, depth in leisure experience(in sport), perceived competence(in audiance and spectator, sociable activity, entertaining) influence on cognitive participation. Perceived control, leisure need, depth in leisure experience(in sport), perceived control, leisure need(in audience and spectator), leisure need(in sociable activity), perceived competence, leisure need(in entertaining) influence on affective participation. Perceived competence, leisure need(in sport, sociable activity), perceived competence(in audiance and spectator), perceived control(in sociable activity) influence on behavioral participation.
어머니의 양육행동과 형제 갈등 상황에서의 개입행동이 유아의 형제관계에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of mother"s parenting behavior and involvement behavior in sibling conflict on young children"s sibling relationship, The participants of this study consisted of mothers with 7 year old children attending 13 kindergartens located in Cheong ju, Chung ju, Cheong won-gun and Eum seong-gun.<BR> The results of this study were as follows:<BR> First, among the mothers" parenting behaviors, reasonable parenting behavior showed to have the strongest influence on affectionate and close sibling relationship. The children of mothers who showed more authoritarian controls had more sibling discords and had more status or power-oriented relationship.<BR> Second, it was found that mother"s child-oriented involvement behavior in verbal and physical discord of siblings resulted into more affectionate and close sibling relationship. It was also found that the more use of mother"s parent-oriented control in verbal and physical discord of siblings led children to have more sibling discords. Lastly, it was found that the more mothers used parent-oriented control in verbal and physical discord of sibling, the more siblings had status and power-oriented relationship.

The propose of this study was to explore current issues of leisure cultures in Korea based on activity patterns, perceptions, and educational programs of leisure cultures. It was also the purpose of this study to provide fundamental informations for the practical solutions on these issues. This study indicated great expense of leisure activity, lacking of various leisure cultures, absence of leisure education programs and professionals as current problems of leisure culture in Korea Consequently, two solutions were suggested a) developing and promoting leisure educational programs, and b) developing and promotins various leisure programs.
