The present study is PSD(power spectral density) profile for BSR(buzz, squeak and rattle) evaluation of automotive parts and modules. Road data for made PSD profile is measured using the PG(proving ground) conditions. PSD profiles for BSR noise detection of major automotive part/modules are developed using the professional program. To evaluate the prepared PSD profiles for individual modules : seats and seat belt retractors. The test method for evaluating PSD profiles was random excitation using multi-axis BSR excitation system of AMPRIC(Advanced Motor Parts Regional Innovation Center). In this work, Selected PSD profiles were performed to evaluate total RMS(root mean square) levels and dB(A)(dB SPL, A weighted) levels through comparing and analyzing test results.
