        정보 기술의 발전과 더불어 사용자의 구매 행태 또한 빠르게 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 수요를 가지는 사용자가 섞인 그룹에 최적의 아이템을 제시하는 그룹 추천시스템의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 그룹 내 사용자들의 만족도를 최대화하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 게임 이론의 내쉬 균형을 고려한 그룹 추천 알고리즘을 제안하여 최적의 내쉬 아이템 목록을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 성능 평가를 실시해 본 결과 그룹에게 추천해준 아이템에 대하여 사용자들의 평균 선호도가 높다는 것을 확인하였다. With the development of Internet technology, the purchasing behavior of users is also changing rapidly. In particular, the need for a group recommendation system that presents optimal items to a group of users with various needs is growing. In order to maximize the satisfaction of users within a group, in this paper, a group recommendation algorithm considering the Nash equilibrium of game theory was proposed to derive an optimal list of Nash items. As a result of performing a performance evaluation based on this, it was confirmed that the average user preference for the item recommended to the group was high.

        흑마늘 와인의 발효 및 그 특성

        본 연구에서 와인발효의 최적 균주를 조사하였으며 최종 선발된 Saccharomyces sp. BCNU 6006의 발효 특성과 항산화 활성을 측정하였다. 먼저 효모는 막걸리, 과일 그리고 발효 식품에서 분리하였으며, 분리된 균주는 β-glucosidase, glycosidase와 protease 효소 활성과 에탄올 및 SO2 내성에 의해 선별하였고, 추가로 황화수소와 바이오제닉 아민을 생성하는 균주를 제외하여 총 9균주가 선별되었다, 한편 선별균주들은 계통적으로 K. sevazzii와 S. cerevisiae의 subcluster에 속하는 균주로 확인되었다. 최종 선발된 Saccharomyces sp. BCNU 6006균주의 흑마늘 와인 최적 발효조건은 26 brix, 28°C, 10일로 확인되었다. 발효가 완료된 흑마늘 와인의 성분은 에탄올 15.03%, 12brix, pH 4.01로 측정되었고, 총 polyphenol, 총 flavonoid함량, tannin 그리고 5-HMF의 함량은 각각 3.85 mg/ml, 0.51 mg/ml, 5.90 mg/ml, 0.07 mg/ml으로 확인되었다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능, ABTS 라디칼 소거능 및 환원력은 각각 90.77%, 95.20% 그리고 1.261로 측정되었으며, 흑마늘 진액보다 낮았으나, Superoxide anion 라디칼 소거능은 94.42%로 흑마늘 진액보다 높았다. 효소활성, 발효특성 그리고 항산화 효능을 기초로 판단하면 Saccharomyces sp. BCNU 6006에 의해 제조된 흑마늘 와인은 산업적으로 잠재성이 높음이 확인되었다. In the present study, we screened suitable yeasts for wine fermentation and evaluated the fermentative characteristics of Saccharomyces sp. BCNU 6006 and its anti-oxidant activities. Firstly, various yeasts were isolated from Makgeolli, fruits, and fermented foods. Then, the preliminary selections of suitable yeasts were made using an enzymatic activity assay of glucosidase, glycosidase, protease and tolerance to ethanol and SO2. In addition, the production of biogenic amines and hydrogen sulfide was also monitored. The 9 yeast strains initially selected were determined to belong to the genera Saccharomyces and Kazachtania phylogenetically. We investigated the optimal conditions for wine fermented with black garlic juice (BGJ). The optimal conditions of alcohol fermentation using BGJ were 26 brix, 28°C, and 10 days. Finally, the fermentation products of black garlic wine (BGW) fermented with Saccharomyces sp. BCNU 6006 exhibited 15.03% ethanol, 12 brix of sugar, and pH 4.01. The contents of total polyphenol, total flavonoid, tannin, and 5-HMF compound of BGW were 3.85 mg/ml, 0.51mg/ml, 5.90 mg/ml, and 0.07 mg/ml respectively, lower than that of BGJ. DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity, and reducing power of BGW were 90.77%, 95.20% and 1.261 respectively, lower than that of BGJ. Superoxide anion (O<SUP>2</SUP>-) radical scavenging activity was 94.42%, higher than that of BGJ. Based on the above results, the industrial potential of Saccharomyces sp. BCNU 6006 as a wine-making yeast was confirmed in the present study.

        Effects of Thorax Belt Application on the Spinal Stability in Subjects with Wide Infra-sternal Angle

        본 연구의 목적은 정상 범위보다 큰 명치각을 가진 대상자들에게 가슴벨트 적용이 척추 안정성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 정상 범위보다 큰 명치각을 가진 총 15 명의 대상자가 본 연구에 참여했으며 가슴벨트 적용 유-무의 조건에서 능동적 두 다리 내리기와 능동적한 다리 올리기가 수행되었다. 가슴 벨트 적용 여부에 따라 수행 된 두 가지 척추 안정성 테스트 (능동적 두 다리 내리기와 능동적 한 다리 올리기)는 각 조건 간에 유의 한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 가슴벨트 적용은 비정상적으로 증가된 명치각으로 인해 척추 또는 몸통 불안정성을 가진 대상자에게 척추를 안정화 시켜줄 수 있는 효과적인 치료적 방법으로 여겨진다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the application of a Thorax belt affects the stability of the spine in subjects with a wide infra-sternal angle. A total of 15 subject with wide infra-sternal angle participated in the experiment. Active Double leg lowering and active one-leg raising were performed with or without a thorax belt. Two spinal stability tests (active double lowering and active one-leg raising) performed with or without thorax belt application showed significant differences between each condition. Based on the results of present study, the application of a thorax belt is considered to be an effective therapeutic tool that can stabilize the spine to subjects with abnormally increased chest cage and spinal or trunk instability.

        곁가지 티올을 사용한 페로브스카이트 양자점의 리간드 교환 연구

        패로브스카이트 양자점의 리간드 교환을 통해 절대양자효율과 안정성이 향상되는 현상에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 곁가지 구조를 가지는 리간드로서 2-ethylhexyl thioglycolate를 사용한 표면 부동태화를 통해 올레이트 리간드를 곁가지 티올 리간드로 교환하였다. 곁가지 구조의 티올 리간드는 패로브스카이트 양자점의 Br 결함을 채워 절대양자효율이 30%에서 80%로 급격히 향상되었다. 또한 용액상에서 안정성이 우수하고 필름 평가에서도 광학 특성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. FT-IR 분석을 통해 티올 리간드가 올레이트 리간드를 떼어내고 패로브스카이트 양자점 표면에 붙음을 확인하였고 XRD 분석을 통해 교환된 티올 리간드가 결정 구조를 변형시키지 않음을 확인하였다. We studied the ligand exchange effect of the perovskite quantum dot (PeQD) to improve the quantum efficiency and stability. Firstly, the oleate ligand of PeQD was exchanged with a branched thiol ligand, 2-ethylhexyl thioglycolate, by using a surface passivation method. It was believed that the branched thiol ligand filled the Br defect of PeQD, which dramatically improved the quantum efficiency from 30% to 80%. In addition, it was found that the dispersion stability in solution was excellent and the optical properties were improved in film as well. FT-IR analyses confirmed that the thiol ligand replaced the oleate ligand and firmly adhered to the PeQD surface, and the thiol ligand did not change the crystal structure, which was further confirmed through XRD analyses.

        팔꿉관절 가쪽위관절 통증 환자에서 근위방향 가능적 마사지를 이용한 노쪽 손목 폄근 신장운동이 통증과 근력에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of two types of stretching extensor carpi radialis on the visual analog scale (VAS), pressure-pain thresholds (PPTs), grip strength (GS), and strength of wrist extensor (SWE) in patients with lateral epicondylalgia, Sixteen patients with lateral epicondylalgia were recruited for this study and randomly assigned to two groups; the conventional stretching group (CS) and the stretching of proximal functional massage group (PFM); the VAS, PPTs, GS, and SWE were measured before and after the intervention. Over a period of stretching exercises were performed for five minutes per day, five days per week. The paired t-test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test were used to determine the statistical differences in the VAS, PPTs, GS, and SWE (pre- and post-test). The Independent t-test and Mann-Whitney U test were used to compare the effects of stretching exercises between the CS and PFM groups. The results of this study demonstrated that in the PFM group, the PPTs, GS, and SWE significantly increased, and the VAS decreased (p<.05). In the CS group, the VAS and GS increased significantly after the three-week intervention (p<.05). Pain was decreased and strength (GS and SWE) was increased in the PFM group, compared to the CS group (p<.05). The findings of this study indicate that PFM technique can be applied for decreasing pain and increasing the GS and SWE in patients with lateral epicondylalgia.

        다열근 심부 및 표면 근섬유 두께에 대한 세 가지 요추안정화 운동의 효과

        The lumbar multifidus muscle, which can be separated into deep fascicles (DM) and superlicial fascicles (SM), is important for lumbar segmental stability. However, no previous studies have investigated the effect of lumbar stabilization exercises on the thickness of DM and SM. Thus, the purpose of this study was to assess DM thickness after three different lumbar segmental stabilization exercises. In total, 30 healthy male participants were recruited and randomly assigned to one of three exercise groups: hollowing in the quadruped position (H-Quad), contralateral arm and leg lift (CALL), and bilateral arm and leg lift (BALL). Each lumbar segmental stabilization exercise was conducted over 4 weeks. Ultrasonography was used to compare the DM and SM thickness before and after the 4 weeks of exercise. A mixed-model analysis of variance using Scheffe`s post-hoc test was used for statistical analysis. The results showed a significant effect for the measurement time (before vs. after 4 weeks of exercise) in the DM (F=31.26, p<.05) and SM (F=4.56, p<.05). At the end of the 4 weeks, the DM thickness had increased significantly in the H-Quad exercise group, and the SM thickness had increased significantly in the CALL and BALL exercise groups. Also in the BALL exercise group, the SM thickness was greater compared with that in the H-Quad exercise group. These findings suggest that the thickness of the DM and SM were increased by different types of lumbar segmental stability exercise after 4 weeks.

        견관절 외전 각도에 따른 중간 및 하부 승모근의 근 활성도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare electromyography (EMG) activity for the middle and lower trapezius muscle according to various shoulder abduction angles. Thirty healthy male subjects were recruited for this study. Each subject performed three repetitions of horizontal abduction at 75°, 90°, 125°, 160°, and 180° of shoulder abduction angle in a prone position. Surface EMG activity was recorded from the middle and lower trapezius while the subjects held for five seconds at a predetermined position. The EMG activity was normalized using the maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) elicited using a manual muscle testing technique. A repeatedly measured ANOVA was performed by Bonferroni`s post hoc test. The EMG activity of the middle and lower trapezius was significantly different among shoulder abduction angles (p<.05). The greatest level of muscle activity for the middle and lower trapezius were demonstrated at 90° and 160° of shoulder abduction angle, respectively. These results suggest that middle and lower trapezius strengthening exercise and manual muscle testing should be performed at different shoulder abduction angles.
