한국형 척도 개발을 위한 승마 참여 동기 요인 추출에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is attempt to design newly measurement tools to reflect Korean reality by understanding the participation motive focusing on the participants involved directly in horse back riding, to establish policies and measures to popularize horse back riding. It researched the previous studies associated with participation motive in horse back riding and literature related to the participation motive of leisure areas, then it extracted a total of 40 questions. After it extracted 27 items through a purification work, it conducted a preliminary survey with 47 horse back riding. Since then, 22 items of 7 factors was derived through the exploratory factor analysis and expert review. And after main survey was conducted that structured questionnaires reflecting 22 items offered for 520 people, validity and reliability were verified through exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was performed for valid 514 surveys. According to such analysis and validation, 7 factors(favorable impression on the horse, health, media, external display, achievement, friendship, acquiring skills) and 21 detail items were derived. Because of the final factors and item are helpful to understand behavior of consumers as the prerequisite popularizing horse back riding, it is expected to offer provide analysis data for horse back riding popularization and to be the basis data for the strategy or plan for growth of related industries.
