The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting on the income of the greenhouse strawberry farms. The 2013-2014 Agricultural Products Income Data (RDA) was used for analysis and classified into two groups: 292 farm households of forcing culture and 222 semi-forcing culture. The input cost, quantities, management cost, and quality of strawberry were selected as exogenous variables. The technological level of strawberry farm was quantified based on management consultation records. The Path Analysis was used. As the results of the study, the quantity was more influential to affect the income of strawberry farms than price and/or management cost. The management cost has a disadvantageous effect on income.
시설원예 농가의 지열 냉난방시설 도입에 따른 경제적 효과

국민소득 수준 향상으로 연중 신선한 과일과 채소를 요구하게 됐고 이는 시설재배로 작부체계를 전환케 했다. 최근 국제유가 상승은 시설재배 농가의 경영비를 상승시켜 환경을 보전하면서 난방비를 절감할 수 있는 가온재배 기술의 도입성이 대두되어 2009년부터 지열히터펌프 시설이 집중적으로 설치되기 시작했다. 지열히터펌프는 시설 내구연한이 길어 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있고, 탄소발생량이 적어 친환경적인 난방시설이지만 초기 투자비가 많이 소요되어 농가 자부담으로 도입할 경우 현재의 유가수준에서 보면 대부분의 작목에서 경제성이 없는 것으로 분석된다. 하지만 정부의 지원으로 20%만 시설비를 부담할 경우 파프리카, 장미, 난류등 고온성작물과 육묘 생산시설과 같은 연중 생산시설에서는 경제성이 있었다. 지속적인 국제 유가 상승 추세를 반영한다면 지열히터펌프의 확대 보급이 요구된다. South Korea raised vegetables and flowers in the winter season at the first time in the world around 1950 with heating floor facilities under bed and roofed over with oil paper. The suburban agricultural greenhouses for supply products to city were activated by development of the greenhouses complexes in 1970`s. In the 1990`s, the modern facilities which is a production facilities automation and a labor saving machinery were expanded rapidly. At the same time, the hot air growing system was began by development and expanded of air heater. Nowdays, a variety of energy-saving technologies and environmental control technologies have been used to prepare for weather disasters. In addition, a importance of the environment are being emphasized as well as a rising international oil prices. A geothermal heating pump system that is reducing carbon dioxide as well as saving energy has been introduced to the farm since 2009. These facilities can be used as a semi-permanent and environmentally friendly heating, but a lot of initial investment is a only disadvantage of this system. If horticulture farmers pay 20 % of investment in these facilities and receive a government aid 80%, Paprika, roses, orchids farming are economically feasible and are good for thermophilic and annual crops. In the future, prices of fossil fuels are continue rising, a number of horticulture farmers are expected to use geothermal heating pump system.
