태권도 지도자의 조직몰입과 조직효과성에 대한 연구

The purpose of this research is to closely examine leaders` satisfaction according to organizational commitment of Taekwondo leaders and the influence on job satisfaction. By using the cluster random sampling method I made a sampling of total 550 persons of Taekwondo leaders in all over the country, and 504 leaders except for 46 persons were used for the final analysis. As a organizational-commitment questionnaire used in this research, the OCQ which Choi Jong-jin (1996) had used was used after its restructuring. And the leader-satisfaction questionnaire is the one of Lee Jae-gil (1998) whose foundation was the LBDQ scale, and the job satisfaction questionnaire used the one of Lee Jae-gil (1998). As the data processing method, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were made. The results are as follows. First, it was examined that Organizational Commitment was an important variable in measuring an organizational effectiveness. Second, organizational commitment (pride, a sense of duty) of Taekwondo leaders had a statistically significant influence on leader`s satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment (pride, a sense of duty) of Taekwondo leaders had a statistically significant influence on job satisfaction (duties satisfaction, colleagueship satisfaction, job security sense, duties autonomy). Pride of the low variables of organizational commitment showed bigger statistical significance than a sense of duty, so that it was found that pride of Taekwondo leaders exerted a great influence upon organizational effectiveness. Therefore, a manager of a Taekwondo hall should give consideration to Taekwondo leaders in order that they may work very positively on their organizations by it that he or she makes the active close examination of the plan to give pride to them.

근린체육시설 서비스품질과 관여도, 재방문의도와의 관계

이 연구는 중년층이 노인기에 건강한 삶을 향유하기 위한 근린체육시설의 효과적인 운영과 활용에 필요한 정책을 마련하는 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 근린체육시설의 이용에 따른 서비스품질 지각과 건강관련 관여도, 근린체육시설 이용 후 재방문의도에 미치는 인과관계를 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2006년 현재 1개 특별시(서울)와 6개 광역시(부산, 대전, 인천, 울산, 대구, 광주)에 소재한 근린체육시설을 이용하는 중년층을 대상으로 최종 1,049부를 이 연구의 자료로 활용하였다. 구체적인 목적을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질과 관여도와의 관계 규명, 둘째, 서비스품질과 재방문의도와의 관계 규명, 셋째, 관여도와 재방문의도와의 관계 규명이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS12.0K 통계프로그램을 사용하여 요인분석과 Cronbach`s α 검사, 빈도분석, 기술분석, 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 근린체육시설의 서비스품질이 높을수록 건강관련 관여도의 수준에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 근린체육시설의 서비스품질이 높을수록 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 건강관련 관여도의 수준이 높을수록 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study is to examine the causality among the perception of service quality arising from using a neighborhood sports facility, the level of user``s involvement for health, and the intention to revisit the facility. This study can be utilized as a basic material for the effective management and usage of a neighborhood sports facility, whose importance is getting more emphasized as a society enters the "silver age," so called the senescence in order for the middle aged people to have a healthy life in their later years. The subjects that this study covers are 1,049 middle aged people who use neighborhood sports facilities, residing in Seoul, the special city and six metropolitan cities, namely Busan, Daejeon, Incheon, Ulsan, Daegu, and Gwangju as of 2006. The more specific objects of the study are described following; Firstly, the examination of relation between service quality and level of involvement, secondly, the examination of relation between service quality and revisiting intention, and thirdly, the examination of relations between level of involvement and revisiting intention. For verification of the result, correlation analysis, Cronbach′s α-test, frequency analysis, technical analysis, co-relational analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the statistical program of SPSS12.0K, and several conclusions are drawn as follows: First, the higher service quality a neighborhood sports facility has, the more positive (+) effect it has on the level of user``s involvement for health. Second, the higher service quality a neighborhood sports facility has, the more positive (+) effect it has on the user``s intention to revisit a facility. Third, the higher a level of user``s involvement for health is, the more positive (+) effect it has on their intention to revisit a neighborhood sports facility.

학교폭력에 관한 이론적 고찰과 실태분석을 통한 해결 방안

본 연구의 목적은 학생의 학교폭력에 대한 인식 및 운영 실태분석을 통하여 보다 효과적인 학교폭력의 예방 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과로 학교폭력을 당한 경험이 있는 학생들이 많았으며, 학교폭력의 심각성에 대해서는 대부분의 학생이 인식하고 있었다. 학교폭력의 원인으로는 가해학생과 피해학생의 내부적인 요인이 가장 컸다. 학생 대상의 학교폭력 예방교육은 대부분의 학교에서 실시하고 있으나 그 내용이 부실하였다. 따라서 학교폭력의 근본적인 원인에 대한 분석, 가정과 학교, 사회 구성원 모두의 관심과 애정, 전문 상담인력의 확대 배치, 인성교육강화, 선도나 예방위주의 사려 깊은 대응을 위한 제도적 방안 강구, 국가적 차원의 학교폭력예방 활성화 방안이 마련되어져야 할 것이다. This study intends to suggest effective preventive measures to school violence through analyses on students` recognition of school violence and schools` current operation on it. As a research result, there are a number of students who have experienced school violence and most students are aware of its seriousness. The biggest cause of school violence lies with internal factors of the perpetrators and victims. The school violence prevention education is done in mot schools but its contents turn out to be poor. Therefore, it is required to analyze fundamental causes of school violence, give care and attention from all of families, schools and members of society, place more professional counselors, reinforce personality education, consider institutional measures for thoughtful actions focusing on guidance and prevention, and take measures to activate prevention of school violence on a national level.

초등돌봄정책의 실태와 나아가야할 방향

본 연구는 현재 실시되고 있는 초등돌봄정책의 실태와 초등돌봄교실 운영상의 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 제안을 제시하기 위해 시도해보았다. 현재 초등돌봄정책의 실태는 돌봄대상자와 돌봄학년의 연차적 확대 추구, 무상돌봄의 확대 추구, 돌봄시간의 연장 추구, 1학교 1실 전용교실 확보, 방과후돌봄서비스 연계체제 구축을 추구하고 있다. 초둥돌봄교실의 문제점은 법적 근거의 불분명, 돌봄교실의 시설환경이 미비와 참여 아동의 건강과 안전에 대한 우려, 저소득층 학부모들의 경제적 부담 중가, 돌봄교사의 전문성 부족과 근무환경의 열악, 전용교실의 미비와 돌봄인력 부족, 범정부 돌봄서비스 연계운영의 미흡, 학교와 돌봄교실 담당교원의 업무가중 등이다. 초등돌봄교실 정책의 나아갈 방향은 쾌적한 시설환경을 위한 지원과 안전생활 방안 강구, 학부모의 경비 부담을 최소화 할 수 있는 예산의 안정적 확보와 지원, 돌봄전담인력의 전문성확보와 근무환경 및 근무조건의 개선, 범정부 통합지원체제의 구축 및 운영, 학교와 돌봄담당교원의 업무간소화를 위한 대책을 찾아야 할 것이다. This study is to investigate actual state and problems in operation of elementary care service and to suggest the improvement policy. As for current state of elementary care service, there are in the process of annual expansion of care subject, care grade, free care, and care duration. Also it tries to establish an exclusive place for a school and the association system for after-school care service. The following is the problems in elementary care service; ambiguity of legal ground, inadequacy of care facility and concerns about participating children’s health and safety, increase in financial burden of low income parents, lack of expertise of care staffs and their poor working condition, lack of exclusive classroom and human resources for care, incomplete association in care service of government authorities, and heavy workload of school and staff in charge of care service. For improvement of elementary care service, there are suggestions to support the comfortable facility and devise the safety practice, secure the budget to minimize financial burden of parents, enhance the expertise of care staffs and improve their working condition, establish the comprehensive support system of government authorities, and find the way to simplify the task of care staff and school.

초등학교 학교운영위원회의 기능에 대한 인식 분석

본 연구는 학교운영위원회의 기능에 대하여 운영위원들 간에는 어떠한 인식의 차이가 있는지. 학교운영위원회의 기능에 대한 쟁점별 개선 방안은 무엇인지를 연구했다. 자료분석방법은 기능의 인식에 관한 차이를 알아보기 위하여 검증을 실시하였으며, 유의 수준은 p< .001이다. 학교운영위원회의 기능 면에서의 인식의 결과는 학부모위원과 지역위원은 대체적으로 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었으나, 교원위원은 다소 부정적으로 인식했다. 개선 방안으로는, 심의기능을 구체적으로 재검토하여 명확히 구분할 필요성이 있다. Comparing of advanced foreign countries, the opinions and evaluations of enforcement results of our School Management Committees are various. In their contructions and functions, they still have many conflicts. In this situation, it is very important and necessary to match the thought of each member. For this porpose, we have to investigate exactly how its members have the need and recognition on the main issue of the function of Schol Management Committee. The purpose of this study is the search and investigation of the successsul establishment of School Management Committee and the exact analysis of the need and recognition of function of Elementary School Management Committee. This study issues are as follows, First, What is the difference of recognition of committee members about the function of School Management Committee? Second, Are there any ideas of the improvement of each issue about the function of School Management Committee. For the more stable establishment and activation elementary school management committee, the ideas of cfunction are as follows, First, through the management class, comittee members have profefessionality. Second, it is necessary to re-examine detaily and classify clearly the consideration function to have the inquiry, consideration and decision. Third, it is necessary to adopt incentives for goodactive school committees to have real help and benefit for reinforcement of administrative and economical support.

골프장 캐디 서비스품질이 운동몰입과 운동만족에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 골프장 캐디의 다양한 서비스가 고객의 운동몰입 및 운동만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 서울특별시, 경기도, 강원도, 충청북도 및 충청남도에 소재한 골프장 및 골프 연습장의 고객으로 최종분석에는 465개의 자료가 사용되었다. 자료처리를 위한 통계분석방법은 다중회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 캐디서비스품질은 고객의 운동몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 캐디의 의사소통서비스와 경기진행서비스가 고객의 운동몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 캐디의 원활활 의사소통 서비스가 운동몰입에 강한 영향력을 행사하였다. 둘째, 캐디서비스품질은 고객의 운동만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 캐디의 측정 및 분석 지원서비스와 의사소통서비스, 경기진행서비스 그리고 문제 및 상황대처서비스가 고객의 운동만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 캐디의 측정 및 분석 지원서비스가 고객의 운동만족에 강한 영향력을 행사하였다. The purpose of this study was to closely examine how the various services provided by golf caddies can affect their customers`` exercise commitment and satisfaction. This study has been conducted on the customers at golf courses or golf practice ranges located in the Metropolis of Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon Province, Chungcheongbuk Province, and Chungcheongnam Province, using 465 units of data in the final analysis. Multiple regression analysis has been applied as a statistical analysis method for data processing, and the following results have been obtained. First, the caddie``s service quality has an effect on a customer``s exercise commitment. Concretely, it is shown that the smooth communication and game proceeding services of a caddie have meaningful positive effects on the customers`` exercise commitment. In particular, caddies`` smooth communication service strongly appeals to their customers`` exercise commitment. Secondly, it is revealed that the quality of a caddie``s service has an effect on customers`` exercise satisfaction. Concretely, it has been discovered that a caddie``s service, including measurement and analysis, smooth communication and game proceeding, and problem solving and circumstance management, have meaningful positive effects on customers`` exercise satisfaction. The measurement and analysis of the support service of the caddie, especially, has a strong influence on the customers`` athletic satisfaction.
